You do have a right to ask, you don't have a right to say dumb shit and not get called out for it. What you want is the ability to sit behind a fence and throw mud at people without them coming up to you and confronting you about it. What you think is wrong means nothing to me. You think Whiteflame is a biased judge. Again you could not define objective if you tried. If it was half as bad as you think moderators would stop it, and yes they have way better judgement and a way more tuned moral compass than you do.

To be totally fair, before I went in on him. I was telling him the same exact thing you are telling him. Stop responding to luna, he refused and then directed a bunch of bull shit at max prior to the election. So then I figured may as well let him learn the hard way

The moderators enforce and interpret the rules. We can tag them if you want, and they can tell you for the 100th time, no rules have been broken. You just refused to accept it.

for context this stems back from DDO, airmax was head moderator over there and one of the main reasons the site did well. Max banned RM because he was toxic and a net detriment to the site. So RM has taken it upon himself to call max a liar, throw mud at him, question his character, his motives, etc because he still has a child like grudge against that ban from like (7 years ago?). All around just be a dick and character assassinate him with claims that are so far from the truth they are laughable. When you call him out on this he reports you and goes to moderation to try and have you banned because you have a different opinion, and plays himself off to be the victim of attacks when he is instigating half of it. If you read my prior interactions with him, I was actually pretty cordial. He just refused to stop so since it was election day and he was still going, I decided to meme him a little harder than I normally do. 

Maybe it is punching down in some ways, but I promise everything he gets he returns / deserves in kind. Whiteflame is one of the best moderators in the history of dart and ddo along with max so if it actually was as bad as RM says it was, he would be all over my ass. He just knows all the context to it. 

I could see how that is how you would take it without full context and I respect that, and I promise in all honesty its not taking advantage of him for amusement. The goal of this is to show him he can't just blindly insult and swing and not expect to receive shit back. For example he has went through posts and reported every thing someone posts when he disagrees with them just so moderation will hopefully eventually listen to him. He wants to be able to block you and say bad things about you without the consequences of someone calling him out or responding to him. When he does it someone it's fine because to him he sees it as a critique but when someone does it him, then they are a bully etc. I promise you if it was so one sided whiteflame or moderation would have stepped in and I ask them constantly if I'm going to far etc and they are fully aware that he dishes as much as he gets which is why they have not intervened. I know slapping on the hand publicly is probably not the best way to handle most situations like that but for him, it's the only way you drive it in his brain. 

I just don't take his bullshit victim mentality and instead of being just mean to him, usually meming him drives the point much harder because he responds poorly to it.
