I believe this can occur with things such as "ban the box" which prevents asking people randomly if they are felons and by making sure prison doesn't serve as a type of felon university. If a felon gets out of prison and nobody will hire them because of a criminal record and now they have all these connections to other criminals from doing time, well then we as a society have a problem.

You do know that the president can just declassify stuff on a whim. This came up previously when a president accidentally stated confidential information out loud, so it is really stupid to think he didn't just on a whim declassify the files he took as he left office. He doesn't have to do a stroke of a pen or anything like that, the president can just declassify whatever the hell he wants whenever he wants to.

I have several times been in charge of large groups of people and I have always been really good at my job. I start by blaming myself for every problem.
Of course my psychologist says I have been good at those jobs despite this not because of it. I readily admit it's likely a psychological problem on my part
I did one time see this GM get slightly worse results than me, but watching her she placed the blame for things on the crew and managers in general and it worked for her. On top of that I noticed that her job was significantly easier and she didn't sacrifice that much in terms of quality.
I also tend to keep quitting higher paying supervisory jobs because of burn out. That doesn't necessarily mean my approach to blaming the leader is wrong though. Perhaps I am just to much of a pussy to handle all the pressure I take on. Perhaps somebody who is more of a man (or strong woman) could do it. My theory is I am just too much of a pussy for my inability to sustain the level of pressure I put on me.

A lot of these hood guns are from legal purchases or were legal purchases, but some are zip guns (home made), and a good amount for whatever reason are counterfeit guns from South America, the counterfeit ones are on the west coast mostly though.

You raise a good point about guns though. In a society with so many guns, obviously the police will have to have a more itchy trigger finger because the first person to draw a gun in a gun fight normally wins the fight. We also see shootings occur because of the fact police have guns on them, meaning if they are in a fist fight with a suspect and about to lose the fight, they are almost required to shoot the suspect because of the opportunity to disarm the cop if he is unconscious.
For whatever reason. I do see a lot of ghetto people in videos do things like in the dark reach for their phone and aim it a cop so it appears to be a gun. In England this probably won't get you shot, but in America it means you will definitely be shot.
Some of these people that do that are doing suicide by cop sure, but I think the majority are just trying to win the ghetto lottery.

I want to ask about a hypothetical scenario and learn not only what your response would be, but why.
Let's say in this hypothetical. There exists 2 islands. One island has 5000 people and so does the other Island. One island every person owns a gun, so does the other one. The only difference between these 2 islands that we are going to discuss, is that one of the islands has zero gun deaths per year on average, while the other Island has 5 gun deaths a year.
Island A=
population= 5000
guns= 5000
gun deaths= 0
island B
Population= 5000
guns= 5000
gun deaths = 5
So we can know from the following, that clearly gun deaths are not caused primarily by the number of guns. So something else is going on. I am asking you guys to share, so I will share first.
My inclination is towards a pro freedom approach (as defined by libertarian ideology) . I would avoid banning guns at all costs or regulating them in any way, because there is a counter example of an island that doesn't need gun control measures to eliminate shootings. I personally would find out what other factors contribute to gun deaths and try to work on fixing those factors.
My intuition is that a lot of real life gun control advocates would still advocate for more gun control even knowing what we know above about the other island. If number of guns are not to blame,.
1. if there are other things that contributed to gun violence, are you guys still proposing gun control methods for island B?
2. Would you consider reducing gun control measures on island B, if the contributing factors for gun violence outside of guns, were solved?
