I know with a few exceptions here there is a question about criminal history even on Walmart or gas station applications and mandatory background checks.
It takes like one $1000 theft of a rare baseball card at 18 or bringing a bunch of weed to a party to make a person unemployable for the entire remainder of their lives.
It also should be noted that daycare is about $500 a week here and that is almost exactly the income you will get from a low paying job, canceling your entire paycheck. You almost have to eat out if you are working long shifts which even if you are eating cheap is $20 a day. So to work 7 days costs you $640 round up to $700 for gas.
Let's say you make $10 an hour at a low pay job you make $400 a week. Some people can't afford to pay an extra $300 a week to work

For one your data bares it out. We also know that your typical stay at home dad is a guy that thinks jobs are beneath him. "I have a PHD, I can't accept a factory job" so you have real long gaps of unemployment for people unwilling to just do whatever the fuck it takes to feed their children. I am a man, if I have to rob a bank to get my kid fed, it's going to happen.
The other type is some lazy guy unwilling to work, less qualified than the above but same general reasoning.
I will tell you there are exceptions though. The woman who is working 2 jobs to put her man through medical school. That's her supporting her man and it means she can retire in 8 years and live a nice lifestyle.
I also personally had a situation where I quit a job on impulse and when I did the fiance immediately pulled the kid out of daycare and she worked a 9-5.
I went from making 75k to nothing and her pulling him out of daycare meant I could only find jobs that I could work at night. It limited me to part time low paying work.
I did get fed up with it after about 3 months and told her I wasn't letting her limit my income potential because she was an idiot and I got a better job and then told her to figure it out. She had to take an Leave of absence which pissed her off and get the kid back in daycare.
After that I explained to her that my income potential is significantly higher than hers and if she ever pulls that shit again it won't be pretty.
So there are exceptions to the stay at home dad generalizations, but even those exceptions are a bad ideal to get yourself into.
Here is one exception
A woman asks her man to quit his job and take care of the kids so they can move to a new area and she can accept the new job offer for 6 figures. The man does this.
What happens is she'll lose respect for him because he doesn't make as much as her (income of partner is a trait only women care about). She'll start treating him like shit and then she will cheat or leave him for another man. That stay at home dad did what was right for his family but was naive and now has likely permanently damaged his income potential.
Either they aren't the bread winners because they are lazy bitches or they aren't the bread winners in the relationship because they are henpecked, and emasculated losers. It isn't their fault but they need to correct the situation.

I think Pence is running. He isn't an insider like the Bushes so getting that support may be tricky, but from his interviews with the liberal media, they seem to love him. He has some broad appeal and the debates between him and trump will likely give us some insight into things he has been too dignified to speak about.

The reason I think it was a telephone poll is because I read about 20 articles by respected publications before commenting on this thread. People who were willing to pay the pay wall or get around it I guess and they seemed to indicate it was a phone survey

My use of crude language wasn't accidental. If you hear a pollster ask "How do you feel about the phrase "it is okay to be white" you will probably have a more emotional response than other questions.
Let's be honest they asked how do you feel about that phrase as opposed to asking how do you feel about white people, because they already intuited it would get a more favorable response that they were looking for.
The Crude language was meant to pull at you emotionally. Even most self proclaimed white nationalist cringe when they see. Or hear the word nigger. A statement like "It's okay to be white" where trolls have also left images of. Swastikas and other hateful material around could evoke an emotional response.
People are less likely to be perfectly rational when they are emotional. You are a woman, so you understand this. Men are taught to suppress their emotions, but women generally don't get the same pressure
If I get you emotional and ask you a question, you will answer differently depending on how you feel. If you are mad at your significant other, you may yell that you hate his guts, if I give you an orgasm you might scream that you love me.
Your most logical and honest answer will not be when I make you horny or angry. It will be when you are in an unemotional state.
The statement due to the media attention that surrounds it, evokes an emotional response where answers are more likely out of anger.
Why did 50% answer in a way that seems less racist?
Well I believe this was a phone poll, so most likely an older demographic that isn't terminally online meaning those 50% perhaps have not heard the phrase, perhaps that 50% is more rational and in control of their emotions than the rest.
The 27% are perhaps mostly from a younger demographic or seen posters with swastikas nearby in their neighborhood or something that made them emotional before responding. Maybe only half of that 27% is racist. The unsure ones, given it is a phone poll I could see myself landing on that list

I can tell you that I was in school in the mid and early 90s with predominantly black students. Those kids were really fucking racist. They legitimately hated me for my skin color, but I had some black friends and we all looked out for each other.
I sent my son to a predominantly black daycare for like a year. He was a very popular kid and well loved. Due to my own history I did get him to a predominantly white school as fast as possible, but the racism in the black community just isn't that bad anymore. The most racist people against whites are liberal white guys with cuckold fantasies.

There are actually studies out there that ask less leading questions, having respondents ask how they feel about various races and African Americans in these polls tend to rate whites pretty well.

I've just seen in the news that a black boy was shot in the head by a white old man just for knocking his door.
That's the news perpetrating racist stereotypes. Dude has black ups drivers dropping off packages at his house. This isn't likely a case of "black guy on porch let me shoot him"
This is the case of somebody being told they have the wrong address when knocking, chimping out and getting shot or of an attempted knock knock robbery (Google it) or the case of an overly paranoid old man. In situation 1 and 3 he deserves to go to jail though in scenario 1 the boy is partially at fault. None of these situations would imply any sort of racism and it's stupid to assume racism based merely on the skin color of the shooter.
