Yelling loud and saying 'kill ze jew zieg heil' is not remotely good speech but it should be noted that good speeches tend to fall on deaf ears as majority of humans are idiots and the IQ bell curve is SEVERELY slanted further down that would make sense. If you actually meet the average of the IQ bell curve and are remotely intelligent (IQ above 114 is in my eyes remotely intelligent) you will be shocked at how stupid they are.
There is literally a level in the thinking process called 'why am I right or am I actually wrong' that the normal human doesn't even achieve as they are already on the next thought process since they short-circuit the thinking process.

The best orators who happened to get famous hmm, in modern days I find Jordan Peterson is extremely articulate and one of the best author-orators (speaks via his books but happily does interviews) is Robert Greene. He is an absolute genius of a depth of thinking superior to my own. He understand strategy of war and how to turn intellect into actual dominance to degrees few humans can even begin to fathom and his books of the strategy of war and laws of power have fascinated me and helped me to degrees no other book ever has or frankly can.

I am of huge opposition to the word 'should' being involved in law.
Animal rights maybe 'should' be EQUAL to humans but aren't. To me, there's absolutely nothing in animals rights that isn't able to be applied to AI that shows personality and would go further to give them more rights than the average animal if they show potential to contribute to human society well.

Something very strange has happened in this thread, you can't properly use the customising on Chrome or at least I can't and it may be a Cookie issue if it's unique to me.
This is not due to me creating a hyperlink that is custom because I did that here and nothing has happened in my ability to customise quotes and links:
Yet in the first link I can't make a custom hyperlink and the 'quote' function totally doesn't work.
What can be done in the thread first posted is to click the button of hyperlink and while nothing shows you can paste a URL and it turns into a linked one (which doesn't normally happen if you paste a URL on its own)

The recent spam attack had a totally different form of bot spammer.
The former were a group of humans who set up '20 message at a time' bot programs and were desperate for cash sitting in Saudi, India or Romania or wherever hoping you had issues that you wanted to fix with voodoo spells or whatever else you needed and would ring their payphone line. It also was at times product owners or service providers.
What has happened recently is not actual advertising as you know it and has an EASIER solution. What's occurring at present is totally illegal in all senses of the word and is faster, organised hacker gangs making their pirated media easier to find on Google by posting it to a site they've heard in the hacker community doesn't have an active admin team and is high on Google search results of the free movie etc.

I was a returned, active member for a fair few months until the most recent spam attack. You just seem to deny that I was back.
I do agree that it is good to have me back but I do not see myself as crazy, just unpredictable. The reason I am a madman is my temperament and ability to shock any and all allies at any time in any situation in real life or online, I spend very little effort on explaining myself to others or on asking permission, I spend a lot more effort on being sure that the punishment for doing what I do is minimised and that what I do is the ultimately right decision and so I see myself as a rational madman.

Take away the 51% here. If someone is truly entirely powerful over another group, they could be the richest 1% and we'd be left powerless if we didn't expose them and tactically take them on. (Very relevant to present day politics). Without the ability to fight back, you are powerless to bring good. Might does not make right, might makes the ability to bring about great malice as well as great benevolence. You can't defeat a powerful team of enemies by being a powerless band of heroes. It never will work. This is not a 'should' or 'fine' scenario, this is an undeniable fact of what will be the outcome of a side being so powerful over another.
So society now has a well-defined goal: the majority, acting in their self-interests, try to create a system where no change is needed.
You keep obsessing over 'majority'. Democracy is about what's best for all in net outcome being the situation at hand. If this means a minority decide and the majority accept it, then it's sustainable. It doesn't have to be the majority. What i do argue is that as soon as we begin having citizens thinking they are anything but a selfish entity, we begin to have corruption, stagnancy and so many other issues where we end up having to either violently revolt against a dictatorial regime or needing to admit we are selfish and reform properly. I can give you countless examples of societies based on selflessness leading to some of the worst corruption humanity has known. The most present-day one is North Korea.
But what do you mean by not needing change? Do you mean that it does not need change because it is just, or because it conforms with all the interests of the majority, or just descriptively that it doesn't have to be changed because the status quo works well enough, or something else?
There is no such thing as justice beyond semantics. In reality what happens is there's the solution that the majority of the potent in society agree is the one to use and this gets ascribed 'justice' or 'law' and any other system which gets labelled as going against law and is any moral compass a criminal is using at any time as well as the moral compass a non-acting criminal is using who would wish to be a criminal if it were not too big a risk to be one and if they had the means to alter the society to accept their ways. I am of the latter kind as are many (anyone who voted Clinton is currently that in USA as well as those who simply didn't vote Trump, even some who voted Trump do not in any way at all necessarily agree to the entirety of his regime). The system I propose will always aim, actively so, to be what the majority of the potent in society agree is optimal (whether potent by intellect, income, military strength or capacity to influence others). It should actively ask them what they think about any law and the enforcement of said law at any time. It should constantly question its own 'core values' and even things like term limits. At any time it is failing to be exactly the optimal solution in the yes of the majority of the potent in society, it is failing to be my system and failing to strive towards being a system that needn' t be changed for as long as possible, hence aiming to become the most sustainable.
You've also laid out that it is in the majority's interest to educate everyone ("informing many people of many things"). No argument there.

As far as your views about the minority challenging the system, am I to understand this as you saying that the minority may speak out when and only when it would be expedient for the majority to let them do so?
You keep using majority and minority but a very potent minority is actually the ones who should rule over a powerless majority and will inevitably do so. I support active surrendering in the face of enemies who are psychotic and dividing and conquering them instead to root out the particular maniacs by turning the sane among them against the insane so on and so forth.

I am not a refugee of DDO, I am an exile of DDO who enjoyed watching its demise personally.
That being said, I did come here due to DDO's downfall and was a regular user there so perhaps you can argue I am a legal immigrant from DDO who didn't demand refugee status.
I'd have survived just fine had this site not been created, let's put it like that (refugees are defined as having little else to do but run to your nation for salvation).

Not if the 49% are significant enough in potency to severely harm the 51% if a war broke out, no.
The goal is a system where no change is needed for as long as possible. This is the ultimate system always. This is achieved by informing many people of many things and letting the majority analyse what is best. At times a smarter minority is welcome to actively challenge and unite as a lesser party or band of individuals preaching against the state's views but if they begin to lie to win the debate, I support arresting them and silencing them.
