I actually think the fact he posted the claim at the start of the game scummy af. Its a way to see if there is a motivator in the game and if there isn't he can point back to it and say what he just did. If there isn't a motivator he never has to mention it.

The part that gets me with speed is him changing the justification. He's said 2 different things now.

It’s possible Speed could be claiming his real character.

The role doesn’t fit though. I’d expect Speed to be a JOAT cause there are 3 Hyenas so 3 separate characters and hence three roles. It’s also possible it’s a fake role though. Speed couldn’t have know that he’d be the only one with a group of characters as scum. It’s possible he could be Scar himself but just chose to claim Hyenas cause he didn’t know the theme.

We have multiple lines of independent confirmation, making you an undeniable outlier and by far most likely to be scum. It's in town's interest to lynch you, as even should you flip town, we can use that info to sniff out false claims more effectively as it'll give us a better grasp of the split. 

Things would be different if you had a confirmable role, but this paired with your vanilla claim and the group thing.... yeah.

No one has and every character claimed so far fits that mold or has a justification that confirms that thought. Including mine

I think Speed is trying to desperately grab at straws to try to defend himself. He is now trying to switch what he said so he can change what is claimed to be the theme split of this game.

He also doesn't know the theme split, so it would be hard to fake claim.

He could claim scar but not enough information. He would have no idea whether scar does or does not exist. He only claimed because of the slip in live so it was fast pressure and he hadn't seen all the other claims so he went with the super safe one.

Negans absolutely a main antagonist for like 3 seasons. And he was liked so much they started to try and turn him good. 

I don't like the justification at all. We've been told from many people that their justification is that they were a villain that had some good justifications for their actions... Instead, his is basically just saying "you're not good at being a villain therefore you're actually not a villain".... That makes 0 sense. 

What he said. If there is another outlier that gives credence to that weird claim they need to speak up. But I suspect that it's all main antagonist

No, it's just antagonistic characters, and the hyenas definitely didn't have a point lol. It says that the other animals have a high horse and that the hyenas were starving, but not that they weren't bad
