RM - Convenient you left this part off of mps1213’s quoted statement of clear observation:

He qualified his assertion by observation via experience engaging you in debates/discussions.
What and how he said it is not a violation of the CoC.

FINE, let them appeal. Even the judge who heard the case and other experts are saying the plaintiffs will prevail on appeal; and the P’s are prepared to take this to SCOTUS.

running red lights and not (initially) stopping for a traffic stop at high rates of speed ≠ a misdemeanor.
Especially when you defy orders not to flee again.
Neither victim was threatening anybody,
No, running red lights and driving at high rates of speed doesn’t threaten anyone. 🙄 No one at all, least of all the police let alone the suspect himself.

The truth always comes out, later than sooner, unfortunately but it still does.
AG from MO and LA have prevailed against the government establishing a case with solid evidence that the government worked with social media platforms to suppress free speech of users where COVID and Hunter’s laptop are concerned.
This has been discussed here before, and some of you claimed there was no conspiracy of collusion between the government and social media, well, you have now been proven wrong.
Enjoy that plate of crow.

Black Americans can and do see Ben Crump for what he is. This woman used the analogy of Crump being no different than a vulture. She’s spot on. Read the comments. Other black and brown people agree with her and see Crump for what he is.

Like with America and how there is no rage, care or concern when blacks kill one another, or there is black on white violence…it’s ignored; with Europe it’s Muslim criminality on children, women that gets equally ignored as the guest here describes an incident where children were stabbed in a park by a Muslim immigrant and no one cared, there was no rage or concern over it. But the shooting of a criminal 17yo who defied lawful orders…well, clearly another example of selective outrage.

Multiculturalism is a failed social experiment, and France with its mass migration from Northern Africa and other southern regions is evidence of that failure.
What Dennis Grimes says about the rioting being merely an excuse for criminal behavior is spot on. It’s the same as we saw in the summer of 2020 with BLM.

Benjamin (Ben) Crump is a race baiting whore who gets his money exploiting the injuries and/or deaths of people of color who reacted what they sowed due to the criminal exploits, claiming, more often than not, falsely, that a white person, namely police, unjustly killed a black person, more often than not a piece of shit criminal.
On March 12, roughly 10 months after George Floyd died during an altercation with Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin, Crump took the stage to announce the record-breaking settlement he negotiated on behalf of the Floyd family. “That the largest pre-trial settlement in a wrongful death case ever would be for the life of a black man sends a powerful message that Black lives do matter and police brutality against people of color must end,” he proclaimed to the crowd. The size of the judgment was indeed notable, but the timing of the announcement was even more so. It was announced during the Chauvin trial—likely influencing the final result. Touted as a step in the right direction by media outlets and politicians alike—the final haul was $27 million. This has become a standard for Crump cases—denounce and collect. The family of Trayvon Martinreceived a settlement of over $1 million in a 2012 wrongful death lawsuit. Michael Brown’s family received $1.5 million. Breonna Taylor’s family? They received $12 million.
“George Floyd’s Family Settles Suit Against Minneapolis for $27 Million.” Of course it did: not in the family’s wildest dreams could it have expected to acquire that much unearned wealth from the death of a man who was substantially responsible for his own fate”
“Ben Crump is the new Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton of the racial grievance game. He’s a slimy attorney, race hustler and dirtbag all around. He also tweeted (then deleted) the following about Sarah Comrie aka the media labeled “Citi Bike racist Karen”.”
“How did we get here?
The first high-profile Crump case occurred back in 2002, when he represented the surviving family of Genie McMeans, Jr., who was killed by a new black female police officer. The deceased initiated contact with the officer, yelled at her, and disobeyed her orders. When he eventually made a move to retrieve something from his car, he was fatally fired upon. Crump took the case, but after a short deliberation the officer was subsequently cleared of any charges by a grand jury.
Bottom line, Ben Crump is no different than the POS Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and any other worthless race hustler making money off the pain of black people.

I have an Xbox Series S and I own about 20-30 games, if not more; as well as an Xbox 360 with several games…but despite all the great games I have played and keep for future playing, I always find myself playing Call of Duty (COD) in its various formats. But online DMZ is most enjoyable as I crave the challenges of completing missions and taking out other operators.
What I miss most though are great Zombie games, which has fallen short as of late, so I stick to Multiplayer DMZ/Warzone.
Anyone else here play?

@RationalMadman
Also @Vegasgiants:
You both are missing the point.
When you give carte blanch to undisciplined, irresponsible, defiant, untrustworthy, and degenerates from third world countries to do as they please, like criminals in the US when the no cash bail and defund the police motives were broadly implemented, you reap what you sow: increased crime, chaos and destruction with unnecessary loss of innocent life due to the martyrdom of a single criminal (the 17yo in France and Floyd in the US).
These riots have costs as much if not more than the Floyd riots in the US; and for what, exactly? A criminal? *FACEPALM*

Liberals lie more, they misconstrue and mischaracterize anything and everything conservatives say and do.

Here we go again…
“The revolt started after an officer shot dead a 17-year-old last Tuesday, during a traffic stop in the Paris suburb of Nanterre. Similarly to the case of George Floyd, an African American man who was choked to death by Minneapolis police officers in front of several filming bystanders in 2020, the event was caught on a videothat widely circulated on social media, sparking a massive outcry.”
Similarly to the Floyd case? Way to mischaracterize two clearly different events here. Shooting =/= an overdose with the false claim of being “choked to death” (which the autopsy disproves). This is another example of the media, even abroad, fanning the flames of racial/ethnic discord and division where criminals are flourishing in the poor areas of France are concerned.
The people of France are getting tired of the black and Arab migrants crap: https://youtu.be/xq40bEL6w0w
The truth about France is yet another criminal minority exhibiting zero respect for authority was killed by his own piss poor choices.
In the above video (truth about France), Paul makes an excellent point about the results of unchecked mass migration from third world country shitholes. The crime and reaction to one of the criminals being killed results in millions, if not billions of dollars of destruction and further loss of life…and for what? A criminal taken out by law enforcement.
On the flip side we have seen what happens when the ah so tolerant left defunds the police and crime goes up causing further loss to life and property along with less peace and prosperity among law abiding citizens who have to deal with the degenerates, homeless, addicts, and an ever increasing criminal population who have been bestowed more rights than law abiding citizens.
The world is being flushed down the toilet by the left, progressives, democrats, and petty totalitarian rulers who think they are right when they are so grossly wrong.

I think the evidence will be adequate when scientific agencies like the APA say their is clear and convincing evidence of a cause for sexuality
That’s nothing more than appeal to authority fallacy without credibility.
The ACLU once stood for something just and noble, it no longer does. As such, they’ve lost their credibility. To cite them in support of something as “expert evidence” is laughable at best, obscenely negligent at worst.

Okay. What do you lose when calling transwomen women?
My grasp on scientific/biological reality, and a lack of integrity in oneself for lying to not only myself, but another.
Because if they say they like being called that, and it costs you nothing, where is the problem?
Fact vs fiction.
Schizophrenics like being called clairvoyant, does that mean they are in reality? Nope. And no one is going to refer to them as such.

Silly Rabbit, emotional/mental pain is unique to the individual claiming to experience…therefore it is subjective. There is no objective way for another to feel EXACTLY (without variance) how another’s claimed emotional/mental pain is experienced.
So laugh all you want, shows you’re the one being foolish here.

I couldnt (sic) help noticing that society is slowly going back to oppressing transgender individuals.
No one is oppressing anyone.
I consider oppression of any kind to be bad not just for an individual, but for society as a whole.
So, we shouldn't oppress criminal behavior?
Building society on hate should never be anyone's goal, as societies built on hate cannot last.
Oppression =/= hate!
American society is NOT built on so-called, "hate."
It costs you nothing to simply admit that a person can be what that person wants to be.
True. However, when it is forced tolerance, acceptance, special rights, and illegitimate laws forcing the aforementioned then that crosses the line.
To place people in roles, against their will, is the same as enslaving them.
No, it is not.
You wouldnt (sic) force someone to get married.
Clearly, you've never heard of the concept of arranged marriages.
Notwithstanding, this is a false equivalency fallacy where the freedom of association and leftist intolerance where trans are concerned goes.
However, we do not get to impose our views on others, as that is oppression.
And yet that is EXACTLY what the minority leftists/progressive who support and proliferate trans/queer/gender ideology are doing to the majority.
If you want to be called the way you like to be called, why call others the way they dont (sic) want to be called?
*Your fantasy is not my responsibility. You will be called what society, norms, culture and the law allow. If you're born a male, I will refer to you as such in any given context as appropriate to said societal norms, customs, culture and defined by law. If you don't like it, too bad. That's reality. I do not and will not live in your fantasy, and neither should the rest of the world. The world doesn't revolve around you!!!
If you want to be called a man, why call other person a man if that person wants to be called a woman?
See above comment in reply (*)
After all, the standard is only just if it is universal.
Your fantasy isn't universal, but reality is.
If you dont (sic) want to feel pain, then you should also not want for others to be in pain.
Emotional/mental pain is entirely subjective.
*sigh*
The rest of your OP is just nonsensical drivel; the entirety of which makes absolutely zero sense other than to pander to the mental disorder of gender dysphoria and transgender/queer/gender ideology (err, cult).
