What we know does impact reality. If we don't know anything how can we make claims about reality?
Our knowledge to the fact that someone is gay is what we require to know if someone is gay.
I claim that in order for us to know and for them to truly understand what they might be feeling they would need to act upon it. If they don't act upon it then they are not gay due to same-sex actions. They are gay in their head or theoretically which removing the positive of the theoretical really has no pragmatic purpose if never acted upon outside the mind.
People could be gay. You won't know it until they tell you or you see them do a same-sex act.
We not knowing someone is gay does mean they can or cannot be gay. We can't go into everyone's mind instead would have to wait and trust a claim made by the person.
If someone is starving and you can't prove they are or not starving then we don't know what is going on.
If someone is trapped in a well and you can't prove it then we don't know what is or isn't in the well.
Okay then.
I also take the position we are in a matrix. We just don't know it yet.
I also take the position climate change will end life. We just don't know it yet.
I am not saying being gay is a choice. I am saying someone being gay is more of a Nurture thing than Nature.
I think 20/80 or 40/60. Something like that.
Sure the Nature might be more important but I can't deny the amount of external support was used to make that happen. So much so it overshadows the Nature because that was just stepping stone not the thing that slowly made the Nature prosper.
If a gay person found no men how would he be gay?
If a gay person had no way of showing his feelings how would he be gay?
That is why I think Nurture plays a part more in pretty much anything. Nature can make it easier to attain things like beauty, muscle etc. So basically Nurture does most of the work but Nature can be the oomph to even allow that to occur or make it easier or beat people who rely only on Nurture.
I don't know. If you have someone like SupaDudz then you have a much higher chance with your songs being used but you never know. You just might have a debate with someone like me instead.
My way is the best because you are not really countering instead simply making sure they haven't picked the exact same songs then you need to change. You should be okay if you only have 1 song each Round.
I pretty much played every game on the list apart from Persona 5. I can buy the game but I hardly play my PS4 or would like to so that is stopping me. Wish it was on Steam and work on a toaster and I will do just fine. Steam as a priority then options to allow me to make the game look like a PS2 so that I can play it.
The ones that I liked I have already heard but thanks for reminding me. Lost Woods is fun to listen too. Reminds me of playing Ocarina of Time as a kid and now having the game on the 3DS ready to play it whenever I feel like. I just can't really get myself to finish it. Maybe to me the game is boring and I am even having the same problem with Majora's Mask. Guess it must be the Zelda franchise. I think the thing I could blame it on would be the lack of RPG elements in the game or lack of direction the fault of the developers not clearly telling you where things are or what I am able to do with what thing. Navi is not helpful enough.
This debate is unrated so even if you lose it doesn't count to your leaderboard score. I mainly do this for fun not for the competition and want to find other nice sounding music.
If you want to know more things that you don't currently unsure or general things you don't know ask bsh1, Virutoso or Ramshutu. Start with bsh1 then end with Ramshutu. bsh1 is the head who knows the rules because he created them. Virtuoso is the beating heart of the DA so he does the leg work. Ramshutu is new to moderation or at least moderation to DA so ask him if you run out of options from the other two.
I can't live without the fast roll which is why I either barely wear anything or increase my stamina to fast roll. I think only my first playthrough I was mid rolling but after that I always geared everything to fast roll.
Giant clams are not difficult if they don't go inside the boss room. I can just simply avoid them while running into the boss room and hope they don't follow me in.
Black knight shield is basically a heavier heater shield. Both block 100% physical damage but I think the BKS blocks I think magic more but you wouldn't need a shield given how easy his fight is. The hard part is getting to him not fighting him.
My next playthrough I want to do SL1 but I want the achievements so I'll wait until I have got them all.
If you don't use exactly the same song. That is okay.
I think it is implied that if I pick a specific song you can't pick it but my fault for not adding that rule in. I'll add it in next time.
I am currently on my way to fighting Seath the Scaleless. That area is a nightmare for magic users because of how resilient the mobs are to the damage so I am pretty much forced to use my Longsword. Thankfully it is at max upgrade so I should be able to do it now. After that it is off to the DLC then facing Gwyn.
Anything that was used in a video game. This can be an original soundtrack, trailer and some others officially brought about by the companies.
I can make a new one if you want.
Can you actually support what you said or are going to keep calling it semnatics?
You saying there is a true faulty logic makes no sense. There are various ways to have faulty logic. Calling one of them true doesn't make it more true than another.
That isn't a fallacy and semantics are important.
If I said your a mother f*cker but meant X is a mother f*cker.
I am arguing semantics but it is pivotal to the point at hand.
Can you actually tell me what specific fallacy is committed or am I going to take this as a paragraph not really thought over?
I should have already knew what debating was about but I had a different aim. When that comes into contact with lets say what debating is actually about. I run into a problem. I tend not to be persuasive and just speak about the arguments my opponent lays out instead of simply picking the best ones to suit my narrative. Debating is a popularity contest and I should tailor my arguments to that but I don't really want to. I think I would feel scummy and too ideologically bent to see the other side if I did that. Doesn't stop others using the same tactics but that just means I would have to work even hard. 30k characters is enough to make that happen. It is only me not using the entire amount to thoroughly dissect my opponent.
>>you're making the claim that being gay is 100% a choice
Strawman? You seriously can't even read.
What I said: I am not saying being gay is a choice. I am saying someone being gay is more of a Nurture thing than Nature.
>>You're saying that until they CHOOSE to tell someone or commit the act, they are not gay.
How would you or the person in question would no?
Can I survive a jump off a cliff if I haven't tested it?
>>Being gay has nothing to do with actions.
We label people based on actions they commit.
>>Someone can be straight and commit same sex acts.
Yes. What is your point?
>>What is your actual disagreement here?
Other then the strawman here you claimed it is 80-90% Nature
You said: I'm more of a 80-90% nature kind of person for most issues

Have any problems with what I said?
Tell me is a murderer still a murderer if no one has proven they did it?
You didn't really address what I said.
If a gay man had no way of expressing their feelings would they still be gay?
Acting upon those makes people an assigned category. If you vote Republican you support the Republican party. If you act on same-sex acts you are gay.
Think of Nature as internal. Nurture as external.
I am not saying being gay is a choice. I am saying someone being gay is more of a Nurture thing than Nature.
I think 20/80 or 40/60. Something like that.

Nature V Nurture
If a gay person found no men how would he be gay?

Better representation of his argument is that he believes nurture plays more of a role in a person's sexual preferences than nature.
Where is the snarky comments?
In the absence of rules you are going to vote however you like?
Where was that in your reason for voting?
Isn't a concession similar to a FF where you are supposed to award me the points?
Given that both mean that my opponent either stated he forfeits or forfeits by not saying anything.
How does he win the conduct vote?
Do I have to say it is not hidden?
Do I have to show how the FBI statistics are wrong?
Do I have to show how whites don't commit more crime?
Feck this is long.
It was SOMEBODY not Somebody.
I will have my argument early tomorrow if I can or late tomorrow. I'll try and be detailed so that you understand my position.
Am I allowed to rebut in the first Round?
No shade it is just that I think you have SupaDudz have similar tastes.
I don't know. If you have someone like SupaDudz then you have a much higher chance with your songs being used but you never know. You just might have a debate with someone like me instead.
Weird phrasing but I don't want to fix it. Sorry.
My way is the best because you are not really countering instead simply making sure they haven't picked the exact same songs then you need to change. You should be okay if you only have 1 song each Round.
Not next to my computer so I can't copy my saved songs. It will be some time before I am able to post it.
Maybe in the next one.
Can you vote based on my guidelines please?
Yeah sure
I am going to be posting this much later so don't expect something anytime soon.
Just type in on YouTube a specific game then ost. If it can be found in an ost then use can use it. If not then no.
Takes time. Ramshutu voted on my last one. Ask people to vote on this or something.
Okay. Just give me some time. I'll create it but would have to find new songs to put in my Rounds.
Sure RM said it doesn't matter so make sure you have additional arguments if that fails. I only thought of that at the top of my head.
Thanks for the debate as well.

I'll make another tomorrow challenging you. Is that okay?

Crystal f*ckboys more like.

I am currently playing through it again.
I maybe use it if Average doesn't want to.
Updated my comment to you.
Okay.

If you use my example as your only example RM can say that you cheated or something since my argument came before yours.
"Free Wins on DDO?"
Yes debate backwardseden. Wait for dsjpk5 to vote for you. Done.
Free win for RM then.
That isn't a fallacy and semantics are important.

You said
>the US can now be labelled as a true fallacy.
What is a "true fallacy"?
You didn't really explain what this debate was about.
Does RM know or are we supposed to wait until Round 2 to know what this debate is about.
How do you think the US will end and when?
What is a true fallacy?
