Look. I don't like Trump, I'm a progressive, leftist, whatever. I also do not accept that we should wish him dead, or even sick in the least. That is sickening, to say the least, at worst proves you uncaring and cold. The entire purpose of progressivism and, for me, the left is to work towards equality and care for every person. Laughing at someone who is sick with a deadly virus is terrible.

Something is unfalsifiable whenever:

X is claimed to be true, whenever X cannot possible be proven false.

From that understanding, the "why" of the universe could be claimed to be any arbitrary standard, and asserted true. As the why is currently beyond the scope of our scientific testability, they couldn't demonstrate that arbitrary standard false. 

Not so much the question of being, but the question of why. As the question of why is unfalsifiable, therefore, it can not be solved one way or the other, thus, all it does is waste semantic debate.

A lack of anything could not be defined except by what it is not, why? If any such property could be ascribed to a nothing or lack of anything, it would not be nothing or a lack of anything. Such things are beyond human epistemology currently. Why are things, things? Because as far as the evidence we can demonstrate suggests, they are. Why they are seems to be an uninteresting subject, rather than what they are precisely. 

If that makes any sense.
