1. Oromagi
He must be one of my favourite debaters on the site, with an undefeated record of 86 debates won out of a total of 86 debates which he participated in. Furthermore, he is wholly dedicated to the site.
2. Discipulus_Didicit
He may not be the best debater on the site, but I think that he is very much underrated. He is an extremely friendly guy, and would certainly be willing to help others on the site out.
3. Ragnar
He also may not be the best debater on the site, but has proven his capacity and dedication as a moderator, and has given DART a very responsible moderator who does his work for free.
I may nominate forum threads and debates later on.

Plus, 'mistreatment of civilians' is considered a war crime.

@sadolite
Civilians are expendable,
The Geneva Convention lays down that civilians are not to be subject to attack. This includes direct attacks on civilians and indiscriminate attacks against areas in which civilians are present.
they are not even a consideration when you want to win a war.
The law of war rests on five fundamental principles that are inherent to all targeting decisions: military necessity, unnecessary suffering, proportionality, distinction (discrimination), and honor (chivalry).

Is not Jesus also Jehovah the god of the Hebrews and the Israelite? That was also this first the last, the Alpha & Omega from the beginning of time?
To quote Wikipedia, " Jehovah (/dʒɪˈhoʊvə/) is a Latinization of the Hebrew יְהֹוָה, one vocalization of the Tetragrammaton יהוה (YHWH), the proper name of the God of Israel in the Hebrew Bible and one of the seven names of God in Judaism."

@sadolite
There are no rules in war if you want to win.
No rules in war itself, except war crimes. However, what you use to win a war isn't supposed to be used during peacetime, and not banning these landmines would certainly cause a substantial amount of civilian deaths after the war.

"If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles." So you're trying to get information from every debater on the site and analysing them? Or are you reading finished debates to "know the enemy"?

Look here, if you're unhappy, why don't you keep your mouth shut? Because I see nothing wrong, and if you're offended in some way or other, then stay out, I never did ask what you though of it.

Winston Churchill was after Napoleon's time.

Napoleon was also the one that would've invaded Egypt if Admiral Nelson hadn't stopped him.

First, sir, I would appreciate you using proper sentences, making it easier to understand. Second, take the Peninsular War and the War of the Sixth Coalition, Napoleon was the "person or country that attacks another first." And third, whatever century he lived in, he would still be ultimately the aggressor, after refusing to release the British colonies.

@Dr.Franklin
Look here, sir. I see that you're extremely sceptic, and I don't despise Pyrrhon, mind you. However, you cannot deny reality, you cannot ignore facts and speak of a fantasy. The Haitian Revolution was a successful revolt conducted by black French slaves against French colonial rule in Saint-Domingue. Plus RM's article, so you can't dispute that. You also can't dispute that the Jews sent to prison camps were not German, because they were. Civilian deaths happened in 99% of wars, and all are simply accidental, or simply a country seized by maniacal values' failed attempt to fight to the last man standing. While I do accept the fact that every human is entitled to their own opinions, I also do know, and you should know also, that you can't deny the facts shoved under your nose in black and white.
I do not want this to be a heated and rude bicker, and if you feel offended sir, sorry about that. However, I'm presenting my own opinions, and hopefully this can be an interesting discussion instead of a locked thread that gets us both in trouble.

1 in 5 germas died in the thirty years war for example from armies, civilian deaths were on a much larger scale
Civilian deaths caused by the enemy is not intentional, however, Napoleon's genocide of his own countrymen was.
his gassing also seem to be of enemies, not random civilians
What he wants you to believe is that he gassed enemies, because of the Haitian Revolution conducted by the black French. However, they were still French, and Jews in Germany were still German, and so in that context, Napoleon is no different from Hitler.

Three days after the fall of France in 1940, Napoleon, lying in his marble tomb in Paris, received a visit from his greatest admirer.
Greatest admirer, you can't deny that.

I pretty much agree. Though I do admit that Napoleon was not a Fascist like Hitler or Mussolini, he was a villain, and a villain very much like Hitler, mind you.

I don't very much agree. He had the same intentions as Hitler, and yet you despise Hitler and call Napoleon, who inspired Hitler, a "good guy". Why is that?

For simpler reasons, I've seen debaters waiving to allow the Contender to present arguments first. To explain, you may find many debates (Or at least a few) where the Instigator is debating for the Con position. However, it is a widely accepted fact that the Pro position should present their arguments first, and so the Instigator waives the first round, as per the status quo.

If I may suggest, I realised that after completing the required task for a medal, it takes an extremely long time for the information to be refreshed, and it takes about an hour to earn a medal. So, it would be really interesting if you managed to make the medals more responsive.

I'd accept it as Pro, but since, as the contender, I have to argue against what I think profitable, I'm not accepting it.

Who can explain why there is both Old and New Biblical Testaments?
"The Old Testament contains the sacred scriptures of the Jewish faith, while Christianity draws on both Old and New Testaments, interpreting the New Testament as the fulfilment of the prophecies of the Old." [https://www.intelligencesquared.com/events/old-testament-vs-new-testament/]
What is a Testament, or Covenant?
Something that serves as a sign or evidence of a specified fact, event, or quality, but in this case the live of Jesus Christ.
