I should note that I don’t have a protective role like Wylted speculated. I do have a NP action. My action should be noticeable by any beneficiary.

I am Iron Man.
Oh no you ain't.
I am Tony Stark- known genius. I win with Town. In post #18, I soft claimed by repeated "i m" without capitals or punctuation to indicate Iron Man.
Hopefully, we still have time to lynch you.

sorry, I saw "Drafter is still kicked though" #256
so I checked drafterman's prior state and that was
"drafter is replacing Cog now" #252
so I read "still kicked" to mean "still kicked over to Cog Now"
but drafter interprets this as kicked off the game (which he had much improved) and Speed does not seem to correcting.
so.... is it both dead for now?

During the day the Gladiator can choose someone. Usually done in the same manner a daykill is, they can CHALLENGE <TARGET PLAYER>. All votes are reset. Only two players are now votable, the Gladiator and their target. It is almost always one-shot.
Variations
The Gladiator is an amazingly strong role[disputed] and should be used sparingly or not outside Role Madness games. In the hands of a strong town player who is in good standing (or a town player that has been confirmed), it should almost always spell death for their opponent. However, the possibility is always there for the tables to be turned. As a scum role, it should be used very carefully, or with a lot of flair, depending on person
Variations
- Sometimes the Gladiator can choose more than one person
- Some mods give the Gladiator a time limit as to when they can use their power, like they cannot use their power past a midway point towards the deadline. (Imagine a 14 day deadline. They could not use their power past 7 days into the Day Phase)
- Sometimes the Gladiator's ability cannot be used in Lylo.

@Wylted
so are u and target silence forever or just until voting is over?I am not very active so I will full claim though no pressure is on me. It is only fair so people can more easily analyze me until I get more time. I am Thor. My role is gladiater but with a caveat. Once I use it, me and the person I use it on is silenced. I have had this role twice in the past and fucked up using it, so unless we are at LYLO and a rare situation presents itself, I won't be using it.

An Oracle is a player who can ask the moderator about general information regarding the setup.
Of course, this role has obvious potential to be overpowered if not restricted. Some common restrictions include:
Use and Power
Oracle can range from a reasonably useful informative role for breaking falseclaims and giving the Oracle a reading on the game state to being a game-breaker. It should be balanced according to the most damaging results it could possibly receive. (Note that no matter how good a fakeclaim is, an Oracle is likely to be able to disprove it, and a carefully-worded question can often check multiple claims at once; it is thus very rare for a Town-aligned Oracle to fail to catch at least one scum.)
Of course, this role has obvious potential to be overpowered if not restricted. Some common restrictions include:
- The information given can only be that which the moderator would have known before assigning alignments to players (so "who are the scum" would become unanswerable).
- The moderator's response can only be two words long at most.
Keep in mind Warren claims special variation

A Motivator is a role that can target a player at Night to allow them to use an extra action during the following Night. Note that factional abilities such as the Mafia's Night-kill cannot be used twice in one Night.
Generally speaking, Motivators are Town-aligned, but not seen outside role madness games.
Use and Power
Motivator is a swingy way to increase its faction's overall power, as there is no guarantee that it will target Town. As long as it cannot cause a role or combination to become unreasonably powerful, it's usually considered fine overall.
Doublevoter can be used as a role modifier or as a role in its own right. It allows the player to cast the equivalent of two votes.
Exactly how the double vote works is up to the moderator. Some examples include:
It is possible for a Doublevoter to simultaneously hammer two wagons if they are both at L-1 and the Doublevoter is on neither of them (and so is the only player not currently voting). What the moderator does in this scenario is not standardized simply because it's not a commonly plied strategy - if you're interested, contact your moderator to ask how they would handle such an occurrence.
Use and Power
Unless the moderator resorts to shenanigans such as obscuring the weight of EVERY player's vote, the presence of a doublevoter will become obvious before too long.
For Town, Doublevoter is a very mild power role. While it has the potential to stop Mafia from endgaming the Town when they make up 50% of the living players (because they do not control 50% of the votes), they will usually be targeted to die much earlier than then because of the above point. In addition, possessing two votes does not imply that the doublevoter has any special knowledge about who is scum, and Towns tend to get quite angry if a doublevoter tries to use its power to push its will on the other players. Thus, Doublevoter is an especially weak Town power role that is often treated as an obstacle by the Town.
For scum, Doublevoter is immensely valuable because it allows the faction to endgame the other players (that is, control 50% of the votes) earlier than usual. This is especially true if the scum's doublevote is hidden, as they can fool the Town into believing they have more chances to lynch scum than they actually do. Thus, scum doublevoters are not unheard of but still remarkably powerful.
Play Advice
As a general rule, a Town Doublevoter's second vote is wasted if it is not on the same player as the Doublevoter's first vote. The exception is the simultaneous-hammer scenario detailed in "Variations".
Variations
Exactly how the double vote works is up to the moderator. Some examples include:
- A player may have two votes in play at a time, controlled with Vote: PLAYERNAME and Second Vote: PLAYERNAME.
- A player may cast a single vote, but it has the weight of two votes. If this is done, the moderator may explicitly list the vote twice, or just once.
- A player may cast a single vote inthread, but control an invisible second vote via PM.

Both are inactive, but one for much longer. What made you determine PressF over Cogent?
Both have failed to check in, but PressF has been online and interacting on other forums whereas Cogent is entirely absent and rumored sick.
Both are equally unhelpful to town at this point, which is our justification, but PressF is the more suspicious for the lurking which is one traditional scum tell.

He's also made only 10 posts in 4 days, only 2 7 hours ago. His activity is spotty in the first place. He hasn't sat down to play. If it's been like, 18 hours from now we can lynch for inactivity or something but not yet. Patience.
Bizarre. You are counseling me to be patient and not lynch PressF4 when two hours ago I stated "we have gobs of time" and one hour ago I unvoted to make sure we used that time. Meanwhile, you retain your VTL on PressF4.
You are either confused about the mechanics of lynching or you are playing to provoke. My interpretation is the latter.

BTW- I saw Scarlett Johansson at the Telluride Film Fest a few weeks ago. she was there with Adam Driver for the premiere of a new movie "marriage story" The little theater is built for sound inside of a skating rink, so there's no back stage. I was working concessions and after everybody sits the little lobby is the only space for the stars to wait to be introduced so they're all dressed up and getting ready for a speech and just standing in front us for a couple of minutes. Even us gay guys thought she looked quite hot.
