For Christ sake Covid isn't on the list, what is your obsession, pick from the list and then tell us what restrictions and mandates the govt should force on the people to reduce the numbers. Its a simple question.  Here I'll do one and then maybe you will get the question.  Accidental poisoning: The govt should mandate that all new homes and existing homes and businesses be outfitted with a lockable cabinet and any and all poisonous substances must be placed in said cabinet  to prevent stupid people and children from having access to them. Furthermore the owner of said house or business is 100% fully liable for damages if anyone is poisoned in their said business or home for failure to lock up poisonous items. Failure to comply should result in a $100 a day  fine until in compliance. A small price to pay if it saves a life in my opinion.

Its from the CDC so if you don't like what's on the list or the numbers cry to them.  Anyhow which one concerns you the most and what regulations and mandates should govt force on people to lower the numbers?

The law says you cant enter the country illegally , yet there are over 20 million people who entered this country illegally living here. The law is as worthless as two tits on a hog. Um all vaccines are still experimental. It takes 4to 5 years to approve a vaccine. You are confusing approved for "emergency use" with actually being a FDA approved vaccine. That is why you cant sue any of the companies that make vaccines if you are permanently injured or die from it.

The law also says science can patent something altered by science. The purpose of the vaccine is ownership of you. ya, I said the same thing  a while back in this thread. The US is a Banana Republic. It is neither a Democratic Republic nor a Constitutional Republic. At this point it is arguing pointless definitions because it is neither. The US is now a  Oligarchy or a Banana Republic pretty much the same thing contextually.  Elections are just dog and pony shows for the masses to make them think they live in a Constitutional Republic and that the Constitution still has meaning.

Wrong, the US is a constitutional republic,  It never was called a "democratic republic", What sets the US apart from all other republics is the electoral college.

That is the key difference between a Democratic Republic and a Constitutional Republic. In a Democratic republic there is no electoral collage. 51% of the voters can tell 49% of the voters to fuck off. That means only the most populated areas would have any representation.  The founding fathers new this and created the electoral college to prevent system of govt like a democratic republic. No where in the founding documents is our system of govt ever referred to a a Democratic Republic. People are making that shit up. It is however referred to as a Constitutional Republic as can be denoted in the above Quote from James Madison. The other key difference is in a Constitutional Republic, the laws are overseen by the elected representatives where as in a Democratic Republic laws are over seen by the voting majority. 

 A Democratic Republic (DR) on the other hand is a republic where the laws are democratically dealt with, in other words, by the sustaining of the majority.

America is a Constitutional Republic not a Democratic Republic.

Constitutional Republic:

Elected representatives govern a system then it is called as a Republic. A Republic which is based upon a constitution and the rule of law is called as a Constitutional Republic. The elected representatives have to follow the constitution and the rule of law.

Democratic Republic:

A type of government which has combined elements of democracy and republic government systems.  This is essentially the same thing as a democracy. 51% of the people can override any law.  The Law is what any given 51% of the people say it is. The other 49% can fuck off. The elected representatives do what the 51% tell them to do.

The Congo is a perfect example of a Democratic Republic. Great place to live.

A Republic is a Republic. The constitution and founding documents  clearly spells out what that is. No where anywhere does it say Democratic Republic. That is made up BS added on by people who want to make it seem this country is a Democracy which it is not and has never been.

Our Constitution created a limited representative republic.  A republic is different from a democracy.  In a democracy, the majority can directly make laws, while in a republic, elected representatives make laws.  Basically, in a pure democracy, the majority has unlimited power, whereas in a republic, a written constitution limits the majority and provides safeguards for the individual and minorities.

No where in the constitution or founding documents does it say that our system of govt is a Democratic Republic. Its a Republic based on the rule of law. The rule of law is now dead so now we are a Banana Republic.
