I said way back before the election Trump would win, everyone scoffed. People on the left constantly need to be told what they believe is acceptable.  Why do you think they always use the courts instead of referendum to reaffirm their beliefs. The single greatest fear of anyone on the left is having their views put to public scrutiny by vote. When they do have a referendum and lose what id the first thing they do? Call it unconstitutional and have it over turned. Just look at the last Presidential election. They lost fair and square. What do they do? Try to take down the president by any means they can. The left cant stand to lose or have their views questioned or challenged. Look at our College campuses, a perfect example where the left cant stand to have any other point of view heard. Not now it isn't, but when fiat currency fails, which it does 100% of the time every time it is used in place of gold and silver it will be valuable. You wont be able to buy shit with your worthless fiat currency. See Weimar Republic, The most recent example of it failing. The American dollar is 90% of the way there. When the US dollar ceases to be the world reserve currency which will happen, the federal reserve will no longer be able to issue worthless currency to pay for never ending deficit spending. Gold and silver will become king.

Because people on the left need to have their views reaffirmed constantly. That is why the left always uses the courts to affirm what they believe. If left to society the left would be laughed out of town. Debating simply makes them feel better about their views. They can't just know what they believe is right or wrong, they need to argue that it is. They need this to justify what they do and believe. I am on the right so I don't need to justify anything. There is right and there is wrong, To me it's simple. To them it one giant grey area. Right can be wrong and wrong can be right. Which way it goes depends on how it affects their life style and feelings.

Are you referring to fiat currency? If so then yes you are right, it's as worthless as two tits on a hog. People believe in currency much in the same way one would believe in god. The govt (GOD) tells them it has value but in reality it is worthless paper that isn't even worth the paper it is printed on. That also applies to all the coinage that is made of zinc. So yes money is an abstract. Gold and silver on the other hand, a totally different story. It never loses value. For example 150 years ago a fine tailored suit cost what was then a twenty dollar gold piece. That same suit still costs the same as that 20 dollar gold piece.  But really it's even more expensive because gold should be around $10,000 an ounce not $1500. That is how worthless the US dollar really is.

Well from what I can tell, as of today, is that the Democrat Party represents everyone in the world except the citizens and the country that elected them.  They all hate Trump and will never vote for anything that Trump proposes. The Republican Party is comprised of Trump supporters and Trump haters. 1/3 Trump haters and 2/3 supporters. The US govt is a worthless corrupt seething pile of useless shit. And every single person that works for govt in any way needs to be fired and replaced. It is impossible to distinguish who is corrupt and who isn't. The parties are the same pile of shit. My faith is in the private sector entrepreneur. I, like all entrepreneurs, succeed, work and persevere despite the govt and despite the political parties. Um I lived in my car for three weeks and survived on bread and bologna the whole time. I never once considered asking the taxpayers to bail my ass out. I know what it is to be poor and go without.  That is why I have zero empathy for people living on welfare with their 3 bedroom house cell phones 60" wide screen TV and cadillac escalade sitting in their driveway. Nobody in this country knows what real poverty is. I wasn't even poor when I was living in my car eating bologna sandwiches. Human suffering is 99.9% self inflicted and I am no exception. I have learned to live without and expect nothing. That is why I am not poor anymore. In the end, no one cares about your lot in life except you. Look to no one for anything unless it is reciprocal by agreement by both parties. Never have pity for anyone who has destroyed their own life by obvious bad life choices, not ever. Let them hit rock bottom and suffer. Helping them only enables them to continue a destructive lifestyle.

That's Yemen's problem. I can't care about all the suffering in the world and wont try.  I will care about the suffering that I can do something about and that is it. Why did Venezuela fail so miserably and so quickly? It was a Democratically elected govt and the people by a huge majority chose to have a collectivist system. They had all the greatest minds in the world from Moscow to Hollywood and from Sweden to Mexico advising and watching to make sure it would work. Why didn't it? It wasn't because of a lack of resources. It is rich in oil and a vast plethora of other natural resources. It was once a very rich country with little poverty. What happened? They still have all that. Why doesn't it work?  

Yes capitalism is the only system by which the individual through his own efforts and own risk can create wealth. No other system allows that. They all without exception pick and choose who will win and who will lose, pretty much like you would do. "You make to much money I have to take it and give it to this person who did nothing to earn it like you did."  I on the other hand would handle all poverty through the private sector. I would give huge tax incentives to donate to private charities. Private charities would be more mindful of those who deserve help and those who don't. Your system doesn't differentiate a real person in need and a useless pile of lazy ass shit that will milk your system for every dime they can get.

And they all without exception failed and made people poorer and striped them of their freedoms. Venezuela is the most recent. A once prosperous country and within 7 years turned into a poverty stricken shit hole using your exact approch to sloving poverty. Robbing Peter to pay Paul or if you like socialism or if you like wealth redistribution which always leads to communism. Socialism is just a precursor to communism and the total eradication of human individuality. You serve the village you owe the village and you will bow to the village leader.
