Description

The recent protests/riots came into fruition because of white America's true nature and feelings towards Black people. I've made similar debates that pertain to this topic, and no one has been able to prove me wrong. Whether it's taught or engrained, Whites are definitely the most racist group of people on the planet and history backs up all claims. I fully understand and agree that rioting is a necessary evil unto itself and I support it. Every racial group has rioted throughout the years in some form of fashion. People in today's society who denounce rioting are simply being hypercritical to the facts of life. The protests/riots have went global which further institutes and backs up my claim.

Case In Point: Statues of racist white people are being toppled in various countries. People all over the globe are calling out the Jewish community on their racism, lies & fallacy of being the real Jews. Bill Gates has been banned from entering certain countries because of his eugenics programs. White South Africans are complaining about keeping land that isn't theirs...As you can see, it's the same group of people who are causing all of the world's problems.

If you can prove that whites aren't the most racist group and are not the world's perpetrators then you're welcome to take this challenge.

Thanks for accepting.

Ok, so the topic at hand is fairly simple. White people have an issue with skin complexion for whatever weird reason that may be. I really don't have too much to say for this round because the introduction gets straight to the point. On the other hand, I couldn't help but read the comment section because that tends to be the area that harbors most of the action. First and foremost, I've set the narrative and your refusal to answer questions only proves that your argument may not have legs to stand on. With that being said, if you try to stay in the quote-on-quote modern era, then you'll have less to argue with because nothing has really changed among your overall behavior.

Of course, this is not a personal attack. I'm simply bringing facts to the table. I've stated on numerous occasions that I'm clearly aware that the demographics are not in my favor, so the chances of myself winning every single debate is slim to none. On the other hand, I simply enjoy ripping my opponents' arguments to shreds with documented evidence.

Yes, everything that I've said is true and factual by all means, and I don't think that my opponent can bring a strong enough case forward to prove me wrong.

My opponent has not brought forth any evidence to support his claims, so there is nothing in which I need to create a rebuttal for. He has failed to connect any examples to his argument that white people are the most racist group of people on the planet. Pointing out that statues are being toppled does not mean whites are racist. Jews being called out does not mean that Jews are racist. There is no evidence connecting a couple of minor specific examples to strengthen your claim.

However, I do have my own case. As this is a debate on which ethnic group demonstrates the most racism in the modern era, that would have to be China.

Currently in China in recent years, there has been a rise in identified concentration camps located in the Xinjiang province. Estimated figures from multiple sources project that 1 to 3 million Uyghur Muslims are forced into these concentration camps without a trial and even without charges, being racially targeted as a group of extremist terrorists.

Inside these camps are torture, abuse, and often times, death. Inmates live in unsanitary and overcrowded living conditions, are forcibly sterilized, and are typically shackled, beaten, and sometimes even raped. Many survivors declared this place to be "hell". 22 nations have condemned these acts, as they were racist and completely inhumane.

In Xinjiang, Uyghur Muslims were racially targeted by police and areas where they are from are constantly patrolled by military-grade police vehicles. Everywhere, they are being patted down and checked, with a social stigma falsely criticizing Uyghurs as terrorists. Mosques and religious areas were destroyed and schools are designed to indoctrinate them and to wipe out their culture. One witness said that after a couple of people were playing baseball during the pandemic, they received a far harsher treatment due to their race: "They were brought to the police station and beaten until they screamed like babies, the skin on their buttocks split open and they couldn't sit down". Widespread abuse and brutality are a norm in Xinjiang when targeted against these minority groups. After people were arrested, they would be forced to go to these concentration camps, oftentimes without any chance to speak with their families before their disappearance.

In the camps, torture reigned. Another survivor witnessed and said that "One time I heard a man screaming from morning until evening". These acts have been described as inhumane. It is the modern-day act of ethnic cleansing - targeting these Muslim groups, forcing sterilization, subjecting them to pain until insanity, and then indoctrinating them with Chinese propaganda. The intentions have been made clear enough: these actions are done in racist ways, they are brutal and violates basic human rights, and are done so by another ethnic majority.

Unless you can bring up evidence that shows that in America or Europe, there are ethnic white groups performing violations of human rights on a massive scale to this immense size and proportion, I see no way that you can argue your case. The horrific concentration camps set up to ethnically cleanse and wipe out an entire culture is the modern-day definition as the most racist act performed by any majority race, and therefore, China overall is the most racist group, and not "white people".

You can not compare to racist words said by a couple of ethnically white people that pissed off the internet to what is happening in China. You can not compare a couple of racist tweets to ethnic cleansing. You cannot compare subconscious bias to this. Spinning off racist acts in America today as worse than concentration camps in China is dehumanizing and offensive towards those who are currently being beaten and tortured in China for nothing.

First things first, my opponent (Con) stated in the very first line that "I haven't brought forth any evidence to support my claims, so there is nothing in which I need to create a rebuttal for. He has failed to connect any examples to his argument that white people are the most racist group of people on the planet." My reply: On the very first line of the introduction, I clearly gave an example by stating "The recent protests/riots came into fruition because of white America's true nature and feelings towards Black people."...Did I not say that?...The protests/riots are the example because white cops & white citizens have been murdering unarmed black people every single month in 2020...If that isn't racism then what would you call it?...To further backup the facts; you don't see black cops murdering unarmed whites every month.

Con says that "pointing out that statues are being toppled does not mean whites are racist. Jews being called out does not mean that Jews are racist." My reply: The statues that are being toppled are of racist white men." Are they not?...If white Americans aren't racist then why would they want the statues to remain as is when the statues are clearly symbolic figures of racists/slave owners?...When it comes to Jewish people, they have a long history of racism. Explain to me, why does Israel kick out the Ethiopian Jews instead of the white Jews? On the other hand, the so-called Jews played a major role in the slave trade...The Talmud, which is the central text of Rabbinic Judaism and the primary source of Jewish religious law & Jewish Theology, stated that "Blacks Are Useless Eaters."...Is that not racist?

Henry Kissinger, a Jewish-white man, coined the term useless eaters on various occasions...Samuel Gompers, a Jewish-white man, founded the American Federation of Labor, and guaranteed that Blacks wouldn't get a job after slavery. Wasn't it a Jewish man who set the stage for the Jim Crow Era? https://www.thoughtco.com/the-compromise-of-1877-after-the-civil-war-1773369  I could go on and on....

My opponent says that "China is the most racist because they forced Muslims into concentration camps, held them without trial, tortured, sterilized etc., in Xinjiang. Con says that this was inhuman and modern-day ethnic cleansing"...Ok, so this event took place in China, and the Chinese didn't travel around the world inflicting this torment...On the other hand, white people have inflicted the same damage around the globe. My opponent boastfully says that "Unless you can bring up evidence that shows that in America or Europe, there are ethnic white groups performing violations of human rights on a massive scale to this immense size and proportion, I see no way that you can argue your case."..............Which is laughable.

1. King Leopold killed/tortured over 10 million Africans which is known as the "Hidden Holocaust." https://www.africanexponent.com/post/8581-king-leopold-ii-the-man-who-got-away-with-killing-10-million-africans

2. Chicago Law Enforcement held a torture ring for decades throughout the '70s, '80s and '90s. http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/jon-burge-ex-chicago-cop-who-ran-torture-ring-released-prison

3. The US government sterilized 1/3 of Puerto Rican women between 1930 to 1970.

4. The US Public Health Service purposely gave syphilis to Black men between 1932 to 1972. "The Tuskegee Experiment."

5. Etc.,.....

Not to forget that modern-day gynecology came from white doctors experimenting on Black women but I'm sure you already knew that, didn't you??

So tell me, why is the Bill/Melinda Gates Foundation banned in India? Did you know that a white woman recently killed over 100 babies in Africa while pretending to be a doctor? https://newsone.com/3854490/white-woman-doctor-uganda-africa-100-babies/...

In conclusion, Con clearly hasn't done his homework and it shows with his weak performance.

Burden Of Proof
The resolution means to prove the most racist majority group on the planet TODAY, so I should win if I prove if it is China. Conversely, my opponent can only win if he or she proves that it is white America.

As a reiteration to before, my case is built upon the following contentions:

I. China is the most racist group
As I presented evidence in Round 1, I have proven that China has demonstrated actions of violations of human rights, ethnic cleansing, and the set up of concentration camps that dehumanize a specific race and culture: the Uyghur Muslims. China's presence in the Xinjian province includes constant military-grade vehicles policing every street, destruction of cultural aspects such as mosques, indoctrination, suppression of free speech, constant abuse by the police, branding of a race as terrorists, and privacy violations on a daily basis (forcibly checking phones, pat-downs, etc). One key aspect of this is the violation of the freedom of speech: China is still trying to round up and arrest anyone who has spoken about these camps and their entire families.

This is ethnic cleansing today. An estimated 1-3 million Uyghur Muslims are packed into horrific concentration camps and are subject to torture, rape, forced sterilization, and physical abuse. The scale at which this is done is called to be incomparable to any other racist acts on this day.

Sources:

II. Racism in White America Cannot Compare to China
What America has done in recent times still falls short of ethnic cleansing. For example, here is the best argument my opponent brought up for racist acts in America today:
The protests/riots are the example because white cops & white citizens have been murdering unarmed black people every single month in 2020...If that isn't racism then what would you call it?...To further backup the facts; you don't see black cops murdering unarmed whites every month.
White cops do not intentionally murder black people at random. In every case this year, the deaths were as a result of compliance. Breonna Taylor was shot in the dark because the cops were being fired at by her boyfriend, thus it was out of fear for life. One cannot see the color of their skin in the dark and thus is was not out of racism. George Floyd, though clearly quite racially motivated, was struggling refused to cooperate with police, and was killed not intentionally but out of neglect. Other cases include victims firing tasers are police, trying to run away, or performing actions that motivated a harsh response.

In fact, twice as many white people were killed by police in 2020 than black people. Here is the chart:

Every single year in the past four years, nearly twice as many white people are killed as blacks, despite blacks performing more murder, manslaughter, and robbery than whites. In fact, as far as total crimes done, white perform twice as many than blacks, and are killed twice as much by police, thus no conclusive argument can be made that black people are being targeted and killed based on race and not by actions.

Source:

My opponent also claims that the protests and riots are actions of racism by white people. However, protests/riots are a demonstration that people feel that blacks have been racially targeted. Just because others feel it does not mean that it is there. I have just presented evidence on just so; on how racism is not there.

FURTHER REFUTATIONS:

The statues that are being toppled are of racist white men. Are they not?...If white Americans aren't racist then why would they want the statues to remain as is when the statues are clearly symbolic figures of racists/slave owners?...When it comes to Jewish people, they have a long history of racism.
However, the statues show past racism and not present racism. They are defended due to "cultural aspects". And keeping up these statues means nothing in arguing that whites are the most racist race. How can ethnic cleansing in China compare to a couple of people who want to keep statues of past figures?

My opponent brings up points of Jews being racist. Using Israel is irrelevant to the argument as we are arguing for white America. There is a claim Jews were part of the slave trade, however, we are arguing for recent events, not events from centuries ago. And citing the Talmud saying something racist does not equate to Jews being racist.

To reiterate: this argument is based on modern acts performed by races to determine who the most racist group is. Not only does China have their own form of "Jim Crow Laws" against Uyghur Muslims through racial segregation, suppression, abuse, and the further examples listed before, but they also have concentration camps too.

My opponent responded to my points, claiming that white America was more racist by using the following points:

King Leopold killed/tortured over 10 million Africans
Although true, these acts were from centuries ago. I could point out how even last century, the Japenese raped, pillaged, and murdered over 20 million ethnically Chinese citizens during World War II and present that as my case. However, a lot has changed since then and therefore, events from the 1800s and 1900s do not apply to this argument.

Chinese didn't travel around the world inflicting this torment...On the other hand, white people have inflicted the same damage around the globe.
Again, if this is a reference to imperialism, that was from the past century. In the past century, Japan has done the same, racking up massive human rights violations in Korea, China, and pacific islands. And once more, we are comparing actions done today. Today, America has been sending billions in foreign aid to other countries in massive spending bills.

Chicago Law Enforcement held a torture ring for decades throughout the '70s, '80s and '90s
Using your source, this law enforcement ring affected around 100 people in the past century. Even if we count these actions to today, the person behind this has been prosecuted, called out, and shamed upon. In China, 1-3 million people are still tortured in concentration camps supported by the government and received only praise in the country.

US government sterilized 1/3 of Puerto Rican women between 1930 to 1970
Also, past century. Also, Muslims in China are sterilized TODAY.

The Tuskegee experiment also was from the last century and called out, and also only affected 200 people and resulted in no deaths.

Your last example on one white woman killing 100 babies in Africa has also been called out and sued. In fact, she was trying to save the children but failed to do so. It was not done out of racism and hate.

In China, no one has been prosecuted for their actions. No one has been punished for torture in murder of Uyghur Muslims. In fact, only the people who try to tell others about these concentration camps are the ones being locked up.

Closing
Unpunished ethnic cleansing, sterilization, and torture in China, affecting 1-3 million people, along with constant police brutality towards the over 27 million people in Xinjiang province is the largest human acts violation that continues today.

My opponent trying to claim that actions done by Americans are worse. However, as I have shown, the few examples he points out affect merely hundreds of people, are outdated and do not apply to this argument, have been called out and condoned, and aren't proven to be racially motivated. In short, modern America has a system set in place to stop racism and goes great lengths to enforce it. In contrast, China encourages its racist actions.

My opponent, therefore, has failed to prove that any acts in white America violate human rights today than the horrors in China.

Vote CON.

Disclaimer:...Before I began my next argument, we'll need to set the record straight. My opponent's trying to compare white America to China. The actual topic of the debate is about white people in general and their racism. I personally used the protests/riots in America as an example, which can be seen on the very first line of the description...I clearly stated that "Whites are definitely the most racist group of people on the planet and history backs up all claims," which is the third sentence of the description...Did I not say that?....I went on to mention "statutes," "the Jewish Community," "Bill Gates" and "White South Africans" which proves that my argument is about white people in general...not white Americans.

Con has basically tried to co-opt the debate by changing the narrative in which he has failed to do. Mistake #2: My opponent, (Con), is trying to base his entire argument on a certain timeframe. He also said that he and I agreed on this mysterious timeframe...If we agreed on a certain timeframe, then you'll need to prove it. Guide me & the readers to the location of this mysterious agreement?............I'll wait........

Now that I've easily caught my opponent lying and trying to change the narrative, I'll breakdown the rest of his non-arguments.

Con stated that " I have proven that China has demonstrated actions of violations of human rights, ethnic cleansing, and the set up of concentration camps that dehumanize a specific race and culture. My reply: When looking at current events, you'll notice a trend of white women who keeps making fraudulent 911 calls on Black men. This is now known as the "Karen" meme...It's gotten so out of hand to where legislation is being passed to punish white people for putting Black people's lives in danger. Yes, that's a human rights violation. Proof? https://wearemitu.com/things-that-matter/a-new-law-targets-karens-and-could-finally-make-their-behavior-a-crime/
Con mentions ethnic cleaning in China via military-grade vehicles, police abuse, suppression of free speech, privacy violations etc...My reply: Are you even aware that Black neighborhoods are heavily policed? Are you aware that American law enforcement uses military-grade vehicles & military-grade weaponry? Are you aware that there's a "Defund The Police" legislation being passed by congress?...Explain to me the purpose of Defund The Police?.....I'll wait.......

My opponent mentions concentration camps as if the American Prison Industrial Complex doesn't count as a concentration camp...Are you aware that there are racist laws that target Black people? https://theblackdetour.com/1994-crime-black-communities/...There's a 100:1 Ratio that punishes blacks more than whites for drug use/sell. Isn't that racism?
Here's the kicker...Vice President Joe Biden played a crucial role in constructing this racist bill but his son & daughter never spent a day in jail for their crack/cocaine use which can be found at https://newspunch.com/joe-bidens-son-regularly-used-crack-new-yorker/.......Isn't that racism?...To further back up my argument of white people's racism, meth & opioids are running rampant in white society but white lawmakers refuse to punish white addicts. There are now drug-injection sites that are setup for white addicts in the US & Canada. Proof? https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/other/secret-us-drug-injection-site-shows-how-supervision-could-save-lives/ar-BB16v4AK......but blacks go straight to prison...Isn't that considered to be dehumanizing a specific race/culture

As you can see, I've given several examples of white racism that matches & eclipses anything that's going on in China. Entire laws have been created to harm black people throughout history including the Black Codes, Redlining etc.

My opponent says that "White cops do not intentionally murder black people at random. The deaths were as a result of compliance. Breonna Taylor was shot in the dark because the cops were being fired at by her boyfriend, thus it was out of fear for life. One cannot see the color of their skin in the dark and thus is was not out of racism." My reply: Are you even aware that the actual suspect was caught earlier that day before they Murdered Breonna Taylor?

Have you noticed how easy it was for me to destroy your entire non-argument with one simple question?....Tamir Rice, a 12-year old boy, was killed at a playground by a racist cop. Guess who called the police?.......A white woman, which further institutes why the "Karen" legislation is being passed by congress.

The rest of Con's argument is utter nonsense. He says that "the Talmud saying something racist does not equate to Jews being racist," despite the fact that The Talmud is the Central Text of Rabbinic Judaism and the primary source of Jewish Religious Law & Jewish Theology. I've also given other documented facts about other Jewish racists in which Con refuses to mention.

It's funny how he says that China is the most racist, but wasn't it white people who named COVID-19 the "China Virus" or "Kung Flu Virus?" My opponent has gotten so ridiculous to where he mentions that "the Japanese raped, pillaged, and murdered over 20 million ethnically Chinese citizens during World War II."....Con is now getting his Asians confused. lol.....Why is Con making an argument for the Japanese after he has built his entire argument by referencing the Chinese???

As the old saying goes, "Even A Fish Would Stay Out of Trouble If He Kept His Mouth Shut."

Rebuttals

1. Our Argument is about the Modern Age
PRO claims that I am changing the narrative and requests proof on any established time frame prior to this debate.

The description of this debate involves the use of modern-day examples in attempts to prove that white people were the most racist and provided no examples from the past. In fact, I pointed this out in the comments, saying that:

To be clear, the debate is on how white people are the most racist group of people, and as a con, I will have to prove that a different race or culture is more racist than white people. Also, I will be debating about actions in the modern era, not about events from fifty years before.
To this comment, PRO replied:
Good luck
Without objections following the comment, it has been made clear that we are talking about events of today. The reason I prefer for this to be in the modern age is that there are many other pieces of evidence I could present about other races being the most racist if we were looking at the events in the 1940s. For example, in previous arguments, I mentioned that I could use the Japenese instead of the Chinese as my case due to Japenese torture and murder of China, Korea, and pacific islands.

Pro has thought that my use of the examples of acts performed by the Japenese as a mix-up with the Chinese:
Con is now getting his Asians confused. lol.....Why is Con making an argument for the Japanese after he has built his entire argument by referencing the Chinese???
To the reader, I had made it clear that I knew this difference and that I was pointing out a reason on why were not using examples from the past century; I had better evidence on what made Japan the most racist during the age rather than China, however, times have changed and countries have evolved and none of those actions apply to today. To reiterate, bringing up these past acts of Japan shows the absurdity of bringing up past acts of America into this argument involving examples from this day and age.

2. PRO's examples cannot compare to those of China
Pro has presented a series of examples to prove that white people are more racist than the Chinese. Please also note that in white America and Europe, people have the freedom to record racist acts, call them out, speak about it, and propose a change to make the system less racist. In China, those who have tried to point out the torture of Uyghur Muslims have "mysteriously disappeared" with all internet traces wiped out.

#1:
When looking at current events, you'll notice a trend of white women who keeps making fraudulent 911 calls on Black men. This is now known as the "Karen" meme...It's gotten so out of hand to where legislation is being passed to punish white people for putting Black people's lives in danger. Yes, that's a human rights violation.
Each one of these calls are for a reason: a white woman felt threatened by another man. Race may have been a motivation, and thus, the glory of America's freedom of speech plays out: they are called out and have been fired from their jobs. The new laws proposed to make this a crime shows a system trying to improve itself and eliminate racism. In China, this simply is not an option; proposing a change to the government may be a one-way ticket to jail without a trial. Also, Black lives may be in danger but the chances of them even touching a cop is close to zero; in fact, these calls have resulted in no abuse or deaths from the police. In China, calling out an Uyghur Muslim as a Han Chinese will have them beaten up and sent to a concentration camp without a chance to speak to their families. To call this a human rights violation is absurd.

Definition of human rights violation: (https://bit.ly/2EUHN4Z)
A country’s failure to act against abuses by private individuals, such as domestic violence, can itself be a human rights violation
Your example of white women calling the police on black men does not fall under any form of violence or abuse. The country also acts upon it and punishes the private individual. You even said that there are laws passed to stop this from happening again.

In fact, none of the examples Pro provides comes close to matching this definition, as I will show:

#2
Are you even aware that Black neighborhoods are heavily policed? Are you aware that American law enforcement uses military-grade vehicles & military-grade weaponry? Are you aware that there's a "Defund The Police" legislation being passed by congress?
Black neighborhoods are heavily policed because they often contain violence and danger. Using the same sources as my R2 argument, despite making up 13% of the population, more than 50% of murders are committed by blacks. In China, Xinjian is policed not because of high violence rates but because Muslims are despised and branded as terrorists. The policing there includes constant pat-downs, phones checked at random, and arrests without habeas corpus nor trials. The attempts to reduce this policing will fall on deaf ears in China, however, in America, there are advocates who are trying to change it. Once again, this argument doesn't come close to violating any human right.

#3
My opponent mentions concentration camps as if the American Prison Industrial Complex doesn't count as a concentration camp...Are you aware that there are racist laws that target Black people?
The American Prison Complex arrests those of all races who performed crime, does not contain torture to the likes of China, and if they do fall into violation, they can be called out, sued, and changed. Thus, unlike concentration camps in China, American prisons do not violate human rights.

#4
There's a 100:1 Ratio that punishes blacks more than whites for drug use/sell. Isn't that racism?
The source shows no mention of the ratio. Even so, they are being punished for crime. In China, a Muslim does not need to commit a crime to be subject to torture, rape, and murder. Over the years, legislation has been passed to lessen racist laws. Thus, this does not constitute has a human rights violation.

#5
To further back up my argument of white people's racism, meth & opioids are running rampant in white society but white lawmakers refuse to punish white addicts. There are now drug-injection sites that are setup for white addicts in the US & Canada.
890K whites are arrested each year for drug abuse violations while only 342K blacks are arrested each year. Again, in China, one does not have to violate drug laws to have their human rights violated.

As you can see, I've given several examples of white racism that matches & eclipses anything that's going on in China. Entire laws have been created to harm black people throughout history including the Black Codes, Redlining etc.
There have been no examples provided that match the definition of a human rights violation. Laws created throughout history have been retracted and replaced with new laws to grant equal freedoms. America's systems are continuing to make changes to itself to rid itself of its racist past. If one believes there is a law that is racist, one has the ability to call for change.

#6 (response for Breonna Taylor)
My reply: Are you even aware that the actual suspect was caught earlier that day before they Murdered Breonna Taylor?
The police fired not because of skin color as it was dark and could not see. They fired because Taylor's boyfriend had opened fire at the police first. The fact that a suspect was arrested is irrelevant to how Breonna Taylor died.

Closing
None of the examples PRO brings up falls close to being a violation of human rights let alone even racist. To claim that the torture of Uyghur Muslims in China is comparable to the persecution of black people in America for committing crimes has been established to be absurd. Thus, China is the most racist majority group that has violated human rights and refuses to stop them.
Round 4
Pro
#7
In conclusion,

Con hasn't been able to debunk any facts that I've presented. He has refused to answer important questions, has deflected from the topic, and is simply making  excuses...Let's look at some of his mistakes.

Con's first statement in the last round says that "our argument is about modern age."...I've stated on multiple occasions that this debate is not about modern age and he has yet to locate this mysterious quote as proof...Hmmm...I've told you this multiple times, so what else do you want me to say?...Con goes on to say that "it has been made clear that we are talking about events of today." My reply: Con continues to argue about the topic.

My opponent says " I had better evidence on what made Japan the most racist during this age." My reply: Ok, so why would you mention Japan in the third round after you've based your entire on China? My opponent says "bringing up these past acts of Japan shows the absurdity of bringing up past acts of America." My reply: I didn't base my arguments on America. My argument is about white racism, which is global.

Con says "Each one of the "Karen" calls are for a reason: a white woman felt threatened by another man. Race may have been a motivation. A system trying to improve itself and eliminate racism. In China, this simply is not an option." My reply: So, basically you just proved my point on white racism. You also proved my point by saying that this is not an option in China because the Chinese aren't making fraudulent "Karen" calls on people of another race.

Con says "Black lives may be in danger but the chances of them even touching a cop is close to zero; in fact, these calls have resulted in no abuse or deaths from the police." My reply: Are you aware that many of these police shootings of unarmed black people were recorded? How can you argue against a documented recording? Con goes on to say "Your example of white women calling the police on black men does not fall under any form of violence or abuse." My reply: Huhhhh? Well...I wonder what Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Alton Sterling, Walter Scott, Philando Castile etc., has to say about that...Oh that right! They can't speak because they were murdered by racist white cops...Can you see just how ridiculous you're sounding right about now?

Con says "The country also acts upon it and punishes the private individual."...My reply: All of the names above; the cops were never charged despite the fact each murder was recorded....Con says "890K whites are arrested each year for drug abuse violations while only 342K blacks are arrested each year. Again, in China, one does not have to violate drug laws to have their human rights violated."...My reply: Since the data shows that more whites are arrested then why are more blacks in prison? My opponent is simply proving my point every time he speaks.

My opponent goes on to make excuses about the Breonna Taylor case which is the typical "M.O." of a racist.

In Finale, white people are the most racist group of people on the planet whether it's modern day or the past. All anyone has to do is compare each race's historical background and you'll see that whites have killed, discriminated against, tortured, taken land, enslaved, raped and pillaged more people than any other race. Arguing against documented facts is quite ridiculous.

In Finale, white people are the most racist group of people on the planet whether it's modern day or the past.
By claiming that whites are the most racist group in the modern-day, PRO has just admitted to taking on the burden of proving that his claims still apply to today. In Round 3, PRO asked for evidence that the grounds of this debate being modern-day were established prior, and I have provided the evidence (see: R3), none of which was disputed. Thus, as PRO does not have evidence to counter, the grounds of this argument is for today and no evidence from the previous century can be used. In fact, in R3 and R4 after mentions of the time period, PRO has only provided evidence for acts from this century. Thus, it seems that PRO is also arguing for acts of the present.

PRO has not disputed any of my evidence regarding human rights abuses in China targeting upwards of 3 million Uyghur Muslims without cause. To reiterate evidence already presented before, these include:
  • Torture through drugs, sleep deprivation, forced interrogation, stress positions of pain, and electric shock
  • Forced sterilization, contraception, and abortion, sometimes with drugs causing subjects to lose consciousness and end menstruation
  • Brainwashing through cultural cleansing, forced classes, indoctrination, and propaganda
  • Forced labor and child labor
  • Organ harvesting
Many other witnesses report:
  • Abuse through physical means of violence and beatings
  • Destruction of culture and religion
  • Inhumane living conditions at camps
  • Rape
  • Killings/murder and widespread death
As said before, all of these constitute, by definition, as a human rights violation, as China continues to perform these actions. In fact, reports have been made after reviewing documents of these acts, saying "that this is a form of cultural genocide". NPR states that this "meets UN definition of genocide". The definition on the UN website of genocide pertains to acts with the intention to destroy entire racial, religious, or ethnic groups:
  • Killing
  • Bodily/Mental Harm
  • Deliberate physically destructive living conditions
  • Preventive Birth
  • Forced Transfer of children
As China meets every single one of these prongs and targets only the Uyghur Muslims, it is a modern genocide.

PRO claims that white people are the most racist by citing racial injustices involving the deaths of merely a hundred people and the imprisonment of a few thousand. However, every case involved some crime or act being performed that placed them in the situation. And in each case, the subject had a fair trial, or in case of police shootings, they were subject to trials of murder.
However, even if we assume every claim made by PRO to be true and completely racially motivated (which it is not), none of the claims are close to violating human rights let alone being a genocide. PRO did not dispute this when I brought it up in R3, thus, all of PRO's points are merely minor racial injustices and nothing like any human rights abuse on a large scale.
Thus, because of this, it is impossible for PRO to win, as there are no human rights abuses or modern genocides conducted by whites today, and all small incidents of racial injustice involving a couple of people have been called out. As an analogy, PRO is trying to build a taller tower than my Empire State Building using a small box of legos; even once PRO has used up all the legos, the tower is still a fraction of the height of my skyscraper.

However, even though PRO cannot win, I will ensure that PRO cannot use any legos for his tower at all.

REFUTATIONS
When I mention Japan
Ok, so why would you mention Japan in the third round after you've based your entire on China?
As I explain if he read the sentence after, it was to show the absurdity of bringing up past acts as in the modern world, Japan has evolved. I do not use Japan as an example; it is merely an analogy for why this debate must be about the modern age, and as such, I can not use the Japenese for my argument.
In response to when I said we cannot bring up past acts of America:
I didn't base my arguments on America. My argument is about white racism, which is global.
Even so, PRO does not dispute how we cannot bring up past acts, thus as evidence that this argument is for modern-day. PRO does not provide later evidence about other white countries either, thus making it an empty statement.

PRO does not understand this sentence. The white woman called due to feeling threatened. As other feel this is motivated by race, they make moves to bring justice and punish these "Karens". In China, you cannot punish people who commit racist acts as the government themselves are doing it. In America, the system is trying to eliminate racism. In China, it is increasing with each Muslim detained for no reason.

Are you aware that many of these police shootings of unarmed black people were recorded? How can you argue against a documented recording?
I don't. The stat he is referring to is for "Karen Calls". The police shootings regard suspected criminals who struggle and aggravate police to shoot them. The fact that these justices are recorded is a privilege; in China, any recording of their injustices will throw you in jail.

Well...I wonder what Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Alton Sterling, Walter Scott, Philando Castile etc., has to say about that...Oh that right! They can't speak because they were murdered by racist white cops
Tamir Rice: shot fake gun at people in a park, removing any signs that it was fake (illegal).
Sandra Bland: Committed crime, arrested, committed suicide.
Alton Sterling: Resisting arrest
Walter Scott: Resisting arrest and fleeing
Philando Castile: second-degree manslaughter, dangerous discharge of firearms

None of the examples offered are proven to be racist. None are murder; they all have reasons for the use of violence. Thus, the five cases PRO gave all do not contribute to his side.

All of the names above; the cops were never charged despite the fact each murder was recorded
Again, in each case, the police had reasonable cause. And the cops were also fired, punished by the media, and shamed. In other cases, such as George Floyd, all cops involved were arrested and charged. And now, new laws are being proposed to lessen police shootings even if they have merit. Whites overall are not racist; they are constantly improving to end it.
Since the data shows that more whites are arrested then why are more blacks in prison? My opponent is simply proving my point every time he speaks.
Federal Bureau of prisons shows 57.9% of inmates are white and 38.3% black. Thus, as no source was provided by PRO, this goes towards his case and his credibility. In fact, in R4, PRO provides no sources at all.

My opponent goes on to make excuses about the Breonna Taylor case which is the typical "M.O." of a racist.
We are in a debate. It is my duty to defend the cops who shot her. And the cops who shot her were fired at first, thus triggering protocol to fire back.

Closing

Pro has taken on the burden of proving that whites are the most racist today. Pro has failed to provide one piece of evidence that race (not action) caused any death. Using the analogy once more, PRO's lego tower does not even exist while my Empire State Building stands, undisputed by PRO.

It is clear that one should vote CON.
  • Argument: China's cultural genocide against PRO's case: no definite evidence of any racism connecting to death
  • Sources: I provided sources for all claims. Pro, none for R4
  • S&G + Conduct: vote CON
