For the sake of the argument, let's call my friend Mama Mia.

Mama Mia is this friend I have that's really quite a bland figure. He responds to everything I say with "dang" and gets offended whenever I make a joke about something that has no connection to his own life whatsoever. Typical liberal kid, amirite? But nah, he sends me these pictures of his little sister and expects me not to do something with them? Shoulda thought about that before you sent me that ho. Now I think to myself, what's the wildest thing I can do with this picture within reason? I know, I'll post it on 4chan's /b/ board cuz why the hell not?

Now you might argue that this is immoral, and to that I say really? This is immoral? Posting an inexplicit, normal pic of a little girl that doesn't reveal any information about this girl or Mama Mia that can be traced, on an image board on the internet that will literally erase itself within 24 hours of the post being up is immoral? Even if that was the case and it was "immoral", am I going to hell because of this one little event that both parties will forget about in the days to come? This is the tipping point? The "final straw" as Drake would say? I don't think so, pal.

1. Preamble and BOP

I as CON must prove that PRO’s friend’s baby sister cannot be posted on 4chan, and identify at least one risk why. Conversely, PRO must prove that he should be allowed to post his friend’s baby sister on 4chan, and prove that there is no harm in doing so. Therefore, BOP is shared.

2 .Definitions

4chan - an anonymous English-language imageboard website, launched by Christopher "moot" Poole in October 2003.

/b/ - an anonymous image board on 4chan, one of the boards that has an NSFW designation.

3. Arguments

You don’t have permission

This is essentially defamation. A baby lives a harmless life, and then posting pictures to a NSFW section will essentially harm that baby’s reputation or create the false representation that a baby already wants be part of the NSFW community (clearly illegal!) [1].

Also, posting a baby’s picture puts the baby at risk for digital kidnapping (baby roleplaying). Someone can easily generate false details about the baby, claiming that it it his/hers when it actually belongs to your friend’s parents. This basically loses control over their identity [2]

Also, from that same source:

“one site offered at least 45 million images, half of which were photos of children taken from social media accounts. The photos were of everyday family activities, but were accompanied by inappropriate comments”[2]

Surely that is a risk of posting your friend’s baby sister to 4chan. 4chan can easily attract inappropriate comments to children, especially on the NSFW /b/ section. Clear defamation here, three risks included.

Posting to an NSFW section

You are posting a picture of a “baby” (under 18, obviously) to an NSFW subsection. You are either 1) asking others to make NSFW of a baby or 2) promoting your “baby” in an NSFW section. Normally, sites must verify that people in NSFW sections are 18+. Clearly a baby is not.

I don’t really need to explain this, because this is essentially unethical. The 1st one is illegal [3][4]. There’s two risks right there.

In the first round I proved 3+2=5 risks of posting your friend’s baby sister to 4chan.

Moving the goalpost. Heaven is entirely unrelated to this debate. That's a risk of 4chan, you're harming the baby's reputation by posting it in an NSFW section.
