Description

Resolution:

Pro's penis is bigger than con's

Rules:

1. If you don't have one, then you lose.

2. It only counts as yours if it's of your flesh, attached to your body and your blood flows through it. For example, a dildo taped to your arm doesn't count.

3. No violating the code of conduct. Pertinently, "You may not post or link to pornography or other explicit adult sexual material." HOWEVER - If you can find a way to prove your case without violating the code of conduct, then by all means do so.

4. Size at the time fully erect is what matters. Flaccid and stretched flaccid length are irrelevant.

5. Preferred form of measurements are bone pressed erect length measured in inches or centimeters and girth. This is not about "longer". This is about "bigger". Total volume is therefore the most relevant.

Round 1

Pro's measurements:

7.0 inches bone pressed erect length
5.5 inches girth

This volume is top 1% according to calcsd.info

Assuming these measurements are true then there is a 99% probability that Pros penis is bigger than Cons and such probability is sufficient to win this debate.

Con

BoP

By default, on Pro, without specification. This is what settles the debate.

3. No violating the code of conduct. Pertinently, "You may not post or link to pornography or other explicit adult sexual material." HOWEVER - If you can find a way to prove your case without violating the code of conduct, then by all means do so.
Since I can give no more or less proof than the level of what Pro did(which is barely any), it would be nearly impossible for Pro to prove that his is bigger, since we don't have photos.

And since the BoP is default to Pro, Pro wins not.

Round 2

I have made a claim as to my measurements.

Con has not denied my claim, even though Con could easily do so on the basis of lack of information or knowledge to affirm or deny them.

It is only necessary to provide evidence for facts which are in dispute. As Con has not disputed my alleged facts, it is therefore unnecessary for me to provide any evidence other than a bare allegation.

Con has made no claim as to his measurements even though Con could easily do so. This suggests that Con is withholding information from us because disclosing that information would be damaging to his case.

Con admits that my claim is evidence, albeit "barely any".

Even the weight of a feather is sufficient to tip the scales.

Con claims that it is impossible to provide evidence without violating the code of conduct. This is not true. For example, a credible third party witness could review photos and attest to the measurements from the photos. Such testimony could be posted to this debate. The code of conduct states that you may not "post or link" to explicit material. However, it does not seem to me that this prohibition would extend to posting the images elsewhere on the internet and providing users with instructions as to how to find those images. Alternatively, the images could be blurred or a sheet or other covering could be placed over the penis in the photos. The site moderators could be contacted to review such content prior to posting for purposes of compliance with the code of conduct.

Well,

It looks like he forfeited.

The reason I do not post the pictures isn't because my measurements are false, but because this debate did not go well and I will not be able to debate this again if people do not doubt me. When I post the debate, my contender must think he has a chance if he would accept the debate. A prospective contender would think he has a chance would be if he thinks I'm lying or he thinks his is bigger. So, that's that. The ambiguity must be maintained.

Con has had ample opportunity to deny my claims and present his own claims and/or evidence. Con has not do so. On balance, this debate should go to Pro.

Obviously I have no opportunity to rebut anything Con posts in to the final round. For example, if Con denies my measurements, posts his own measurements or offers new evidence I would have no chance to address it. Any such denials and arguments should be rejected as untimely.

Vote your conscience.
