This is a devil's advocate position. Please do not judge me harshly......
HEALTH EFFECTS
There has been numerous studies done to show the negative health effects of racism. Apparently the emotional, and psychological stresses of being discriminated against or just perceiving racism is enough to increase your chance of heart attack and many other stress related diseases.
MISSING WHITE WOMAN SYNDROME
How come when you watch Nancy Grace or other news shows you'll see missing white women, who are beautiful and upper middle class? Do black women ever go missing? There's been people who've looked into this question. Apparently from time to time, black women actually do go missing.
Believe it or not La Toyia isn't the only non white woman to disappear. Even though you wouldn't know that from watching Nancy Grace. In 2002 a 9 months pregnant Evelyn Hernandez went missing.
Seriously think back to anytime you've ever seen a missing black woman on T.V. that was as big of a story as Elizabeth Smart or any of these other cases I've mentioned. It's not just your experience that tells us of this racial bias in how the media covers missing people. A study using 5 national news stations between 2005-2007 has also verified the massive under representation of missing minorities in news coverage.
The results of this type of racism are obvious. The chances of safely recovering a missing black person in danger is significantly reduced by the lack of media coverage. Racism means that minorities are more likely to permanently go missing.
SELF ESTEEM
Racism has a negative affect on people's self esteem. People treat you or view you as inferior or bad and eventually you will start believing it.
Low self esteem can have far reaching effects on your life. People with low self esteem are more likely to tolerate mistreatment or to mistreat others. A person with low self esteem is more likely to get in trouble with the law, be promiscuous or do drugs.

On balance would mean that it causes more bad things than good things in society.
Bad is a term that I have defined to mean bad for society in this debate. In debate you can counter this by having a different opinion on what constitutes bad and make an argument for why your version of good and bad should be accepted. For example if I was in your shoes I would likely argue that racism can be good at detecting criminals or that it's good for individuals to be racist despite it being bad for society and that we should prioritize self interest over community interest. There is room for semantics and for arguing against my moral framework here and putting the debate in your court.

After-all racism is just pattern recognition which helps humans survive. Whats more important, surviving or some minor risks of stuff
My definition for bad is - something that doesn’t benefit surviving and good is something that is beneficial for survival, everything else is subjective

It's good that you have developed a moral framework. The next step is going to be to defend the moral framework and to convince the judges why your moral framework should be adopted.
That's only step one. The next step is to explain why your moral framework is relevant. For example you could give statistics that prove that it actually does increase the chances of survival to be racist.
It's kind of too late to defend your position. Hopefully you do in your next debate.
The judges should vote me because I made arguments to supportmy position as where your moral framework was merely your opinion on what we should consider and you never linked your moral framework to any arguments that were relevant to the debate.
