Round 4
Joke.
I'm terribly sorry for leaving you waiting; I've unfortunately been having some technical difficulties. And that is unfair to you as a person looking for a good debate. Thus, I will try and give some arguments even though I don't know what yours are. Maybe put it in the comments?
My arguments against your claim that all law-abiding Americans would support Donald Trump are as such:
1. As a law-abiding American, I do not support Donald Trump. It is wrong to make a statement assuming the beliefs and viewpoints of groups of people without word from their mouth or valid evidence. I do not understand how you can say that I, as well as all other Kamala supporters that follow the law are guarrunteed to support Trump.
2. Trump is an accused felon and criminal on 88 counts - 34 of which are federal crimes convicted and followed through legally in court. To say that law-abiding people would vote for and support a person who is not a law-abiding person contradicts the basis of the statement; any individual of morality will not support someone who does not have morality.
3. Someone's class or legal history does not dictate their ability to support or not support people. It's like saying that all cat ladies will like Taylor Swift; you cannot prove support of the individual based on the character or actions of the one being judged.
To answer the questions you asked in the first round, I accepted this debate because I come from a family of divided politics, and I would very much enjoy a peaceful conversation about politics. My impressions on this matter was that there was a claim that could not be justified in my right mind. I looked forward to seeing where you came from with the claim.
I kept this short to help make this more fair, even though that is far from possible. I hope you understand, and maybe would be interested in redoing the debate now that I've solved my technical difficulties? I was looking forward to learning from each other and helping the listeners to see both sides, but alas. Thanks for chilling a while...
thanks!
But you can only do it when its your turn to post round.
Just click on publish argument, then write an argument, scroll down, click preview then click post.
bro i can’t figure out how to put in the arguement thing so it keeps forfeiting me… anyone know how to and willing to help?
This is one of those debates where Con can forfeit all rounds and Pro still cant reasonably win.
I don't think it's going to be that bad. In this country, it's very hard to do something like that without being stopped.
That doesn't make any sense. Even if Trump turns out to be a good president, he's never going to be supported by everyone. No president has ever been 100% approved.
Well he might make it illegal to not...
