Round 1
Greetings. Thanks for your participation.
Now, the nominal religion to date is Christianity. But is it actually the religion Jesus made an example of?
Even the name itself, we can't read in scripture anywhere.
I do believe where the scriptures teach about the great falling away.
All these denominations, sects, inventions and concoctions of labels with christianity are representative.
According to the scripture, man has fallen away from God. So the religion of God , what faith did he establish for man?
Let's get the book of Jude.
Starting at verse eleven.
"11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."
So this is about ungodly and the godly. Sinners are ungodly. Now are you a Christian? Do you also sin?
Christianity I believe allows sin in it which now is no different from sin allowed by any sinner. It goes on to say in verse sixteen:
"16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,"
So a holy faith . If you have the spirit , God, the holy ghost who is holy God, you are in the holy faith.
Many so called christians don't even believe or confess in receiving the holy spirit walking in holiness because it is God walking in you.
True holiness. The average person never confesses they are of true holiness because they're not. It's too narrow. Christianity is widen with denominations, all types of acceptance of sin, homosexuality, homosexual marriages, divorce, remarriage, women preachers, people calling themselves to preach adding to scripture, not having the mystery of the godhead, believing in three persons not believing in baptism, not believing speaking in tongues, head covering, wives submitting to husbands, etc.
But when you are in holiness, a way, the way the Father Jesus established, a wayfaring man need not error .
That holy ghost walks in you , you don't even stumble anymore in your walk. That's because the holy Spirit who is Father God is leading you. Very powerful stuff according to the scripture.
But the invention of Christianity has abandoned all that . Has fell away from that. I believe it's to the point now, scripture is not even the word of God anymore to so called believers. They believe in so called scholars and church fathers and theologians to be some type of standard.
Scripture say "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain."
So because there are so many different religions out there that have not come from out of the truth , it's all in vain.
Unless the Lord builds a house, its builders labor over it in vain.
I'll leave it there. The opposing side can go ahead to make a statement or two. Whatever questions there are on the topic, we can get into.

i can argue u.
1. Christianity derives from 'Christian' a name given from the church in Greece as stated in Acts.
2. Religion = as said by once, 'a path to God'. Jesus came to heal the sick, give sight to the blind, and most importantly call the lost. He didn't come to abolish the law, but to fulfil it.
- What is Christianity? Study it's principles. Love one another, forgive those who heart u, serve the sick and those outcast by society. Those traditions don't just come out of the blue, they were taught and brought by the teachings of Jesus.
Christianity was early known as The Way, as a reference to how the teachings were to place on the narrow path 2 God. The current name aligns with that, as we not only go on a path 2 God, we follow Christ. So yes, Christianity was passed on from Christ himself(evident in Galatians 1:11-12 where Paul says how God passed on teachings to the apostles)
