I will argue for the negative, from a conservative Christian perspective, attempting to show that causing offense is not only non-harmful, but potentially helpful and more loving than affirmation. The "pro" side will argue for the affirmative, and will attempt to show that causing offense is necessarily harmful.
I saw a similar debate on this platform, but it was repeatedly fortified by the player. It had excellent potential. Hence, I have again put forward an opportunity for anyone to express their view. Note- Only participate if u think you have the time to do so, I do not want this debate to be fortified too and meet the same fate as its previous version.
