Yes.

Every city would have their own independent telephone company.

A very small scale monopoly.

Here is mine. I would say it is mostly accurate, except for the statism part where I consider myself more in the center than this indicates, for example I am pretty much a free speech absolutist and a strong supporter of most civil liberties, which didn't get too much attention on the quiz

10,000 relatively wealthy corrupt individuals are much less dangerous than 1 relatively wealthy corrupt individual with the resources of 10,000 relatively wealthy corrupt individuals.

And for the record, how would you "stop it properly" ?

Interesting to see how much I have swung from libertarian left to more centrist. I do not think the liberty-authority one is quite accurate though (I think I am more aligned to liberty than it shows), but am not surprised that I am not as extreme as I once was on it.
