Lets say that a woman was pregnant with a clone of hers. The clone does not have unique DNA. If uniqueness of DNA is the sole criteria for person hood, then this clone wouldn't be a human. A One state Palestinian solution would allow the Jews religious freedom and would give the land back to the people who owned it first. If the US welcomed a foreign group in a big enough number, I wouldn't want them forming their own country out of US land.

Stem cells aren't human beings either. Killing a stem cell shouldn't be classified as murder.
Cancer isin't specialized cells. A fetus has specialized cells, and they have a heart and brainwaves within 6 weeks.

Depends. If one person is murdered, then yes. If multiple people are murdered, I would prescribe something more painful.

I'm pro life beyond 6 weeks. A fertilized egg isn't human, but a fetus with a brain and a heartbeat (which happen at 6 weeks) is a human.
