How do you clean your teeth if you're against the use of toothbrushes?
I clean my teeth with toothpaste and water alone. I just hold toothpaste in my mouth for some time making sure it reaches my teeth.
I had problem with sensitive teeth, it hurt when I drank cold water or ice cream or anything cold. I tried different toothpastes for sensitive teeth. None worked. But about one year ago, I found the information that toothbrush damages protective layers of teeth. I decided, out of pure curiosity, to try not using toothbrush for a week. And I noticed that my teeth were not exactly clean like they were when I did use a toothbrush. I didnt want to cancel the experiment, so I decided to just wash with toothpaste more often. After the week has passed, I didnt notice any significant difference when not using toothbrush. I didnt want to end this method, so I continued not using toothbrush for a month. This is when I noticed actual improvement. I noticed my teeth were no longer hurting when I consume something cold. I need to make it clear that I had problems with sensitive teeth for my whole life and only when I stopped using toothbrush for a month the problem disappeared. So yes, I believe toothbrush is harmful for teeth.
To clean teeth without toothbrush, you simply hold water in your mouth moving it through your teeth. Then you do the same with toothpaste and water.
why are you against cars but not plastic bags? they can both kill people.
Cars kill people, children, animals... and they are not needed for transport as there are less harmful forms of transport such as trains that can be made secure by making fence around the path where the train will go making it almost impossible for pedestrian or animal death to occur.
Also, decreasing the speed of a train makes it safer.
Now, there are some people who dont like the idea of trains.
If someone wants his own private transport he can buy a motor scooter. Scooters are much safer than cars assuming their speed is limited and assuming everyone uses them on a fenced road.
Cars kill so many people every year, partly due to very poor management of the roads, partly due to the cars themselves presenting danger no matter where they are: garage, road, driveway...
Cars are also very expensive and use more energy than scooters.
Now, some might say that they need cars to transport their children to school. No. You can transport them using a bus, a train, or if they are old enough they can have their own transport like scooter or electric bike.
Even buses are safer than cars assuming the road is fenced and their speed is limited.
Some people might say that new cars that will have sensors with their movement managed by computers will be much safer.
Yes, they will be safer than cars who dont have that. However, that costs even more money and is still less safe than trains, buses as these can be made perfect in their safety meaning they would for less money provide perfect transport system resistant to all accidents.
Now, as for the plastic bags I am against their use as bags made out of cotton seem to be just as effective. However, I havent put all the things I oppose to on the profile page.
