There were glitches in Michigan that resulted in a person who had lost to win.At the very least, the glitch should be checked out because it’s used nationwide and happened in two separate counties in Michigan - Antrim and Oakland.
PA was required to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day but they may have counted them anyways, which could be illegal. WI may have illegally ‘cured’ tens of thousands of ballots.
Statistical analysis includes Benford’s Law and various other sources of data specifically designed to detect anomalies - anomalies that diverge from those of states not suspected of fraud.
Of course this is not even counting sworn affidavits from a person told to backstamp ballots and a lot of dead voters who cast a ballot in the election.
Here's what I see - You found all of these little stories. You know how to find things. You are good at googling and internet research. You easily could have - And should have - found what I did - That most of the stuff you're talking about is Trumper propaganda garbage.

People all over the right are saying stuff like that, but they're scant on evidence. My take is they got nothing, and when Trump shows up to court with no evidence he's going to lose.

Votes and money are not the same. A single stolen dollar means I would have one dollar less to spend. But a single fraudulent vote would not change the ultimate outcome of the election. It has to have changed the outcome imo, but even if it did, I don't think a "do-over" would be the right thing to do. Simply throwing out the fraudulent votes would be more appropriate and less burdensome.

"any fraud" = "whole election done over"
Pretty low threshhold there.

Yeah, just looked at them. They were off by an average of about 4 points it looks like.

Impeachments don't work. The case has to be very strong. Trump's impeachment case was weak and it wasn't even a serious attempt in my eyes. If the house democrats were serious about it they would have subpoenaed more witnesses, like Bolton, to testify in the proceedings. They would have made a stronger case, but they didn't, which suggests to me that there was some ulterior motive, plausibly a political stunt.

I think Trump's scared of being prosecuted. Maybe he should resign so Pence can pardon him legitimately. (i.e. no self-pardon issue) If that's what it takes to have a peaceful transition of power, then perhaps it's worth it.

The accuracy of the polls is something that's hard to gauge until all the votes are in, and another difficulty with it is that so many people voted by mail over the course of the months preceding the election.

@Dr.Franklin
there are tons of discrepencies
Show me one that is convincing. The software co and michigan dept of state both are saying that it was an error in tabulating unofficial results caused by human error, not a systemic software problem. Even Sheryl Guy, the clerk of Antrim County, has stated as such:
“The Clerk’s Office has traced the cause of the original errors on the posted unofficial election results. Late in the election preparation process, a minor correction was made to a ballot that caused additional compounding changes to how the software totals and presented the data. The skewed unofficial results were a result of procedural misunderstanding that the Clerk’s Office had never before experienced. At no point did these skewed, unofficial results have any bearing on the Official numbers currently being reviewed by the Board of Canvassers. Both the Antrim County Clerk and ElectionSource have taken steps to adjust policies and procedures to ensure that a similar situation does not happen in the future. “We continue to work hard to ensure the integrity of the election results, and we will learn and grow from this experience.” said Sheryl Guy, Antrim County Clerk

I don't think Oromagi was saying "official" in the sense that there was some government office declaring a winner. (AFAIK the closest thing to that would be when the electoral votes are counted in the senate. ) Saying something is "official" when it technically isn't is a casual embellishment, so common that I think it should have its own entry in the dictionary. It sort of reminds me of when people say that someone else "made" them do something.

Ballots should be accepted in accordance with applicable law. As far as what those limits should be, I don't really have an opinion on that.Like should there be a time limit to accepting votes? Should ballots accepted months after Nov 3?

If by "it" you're referring to Georgia, yes I agree with you. I don't think Trump can win the other ones except NC and AZ, even with the recounts and litigation. The projected margins and too great.

There are many more factors than just the spoiler effect . The aggregate impact of these factors is in Trump's favor.

If I were to look in to it, I would request the logs of the voting data reports from those who have access to the data streams. Requesting this data from multiple neutral sources, and likely then consider multiple factors, such as whether or not the reports were consistent with other reports from the location or what would be reasonably expected from the location based on prior reports, particularly the 2016 election. The types of ballots, whether or not there were election monitors from both parties present, etc. But, I'm too lazy really.

According to the NYT, the data they're receiving is coming from here:
Source: Election results from National Election Pool/Edison Research
I surmise that this is a paid data source where media outlets pay for the information, or something like that. I also surmise that the data source from the graphs is likely the same source, or at least both sources have similar information.

The charts aren't very convincing. The underlying reports of the vote counts which caused the observed changes on the graphs would be more convincing and should be reasonably available.

NV + AZ + WI + MI = 270 for BidenIt's almost as if Trump was being serious all those times he hinted that he wouldn't accept the results if he lost.
Many thanks to Nebraska for it's funky EV allocation giving Biden 1 dinky vote lol.

Philadelphia county is only 9k votes counted. It will likely be adding 400k votes to Biden's side. https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/General/CountyResults?countyName=Philadelphia&ElectionID=undefined&ElectionType=G&IsActive=undefined

I think it something like they got to let you carry one way or the other, and it's up to them if it is open or concealed. At least, for 2nd amendment compliance. I don't recall the source.

Maybe you should present your evidence in a manner which isn't unduly burdensome. This is what you said -A 17 minute video is burdensome? Instead of wasting your time arguing with me you should’ve watched it.Query: If you're not going to risk wasting your time, then why should I risk wasting mine?I did waste time in finding the video, because you asked for a source. You just seem to argue the entire time. If you’re going to deny context then that’s on you. I prefer to have the entire source available; you clearly don’t.
The 5 minutes (max) it takes to identify the points within the video where such evidence is presented is too burdensome then too bad. There video probably has no evidence in it and is just people yacking on Fox News.

@ILikePie5
You’re welcome to watch it or not. The source is there. Either watch it, or say you don’t need sources cause you already have a viewpoint. 17 minutes is nothing when I’ve watch Biden events and Trump events that last 30-60 minutes. If you don’t have 17 minutes of your life to take out, then maybe you shouldn’t be on here arguing with me.
Maybe you should present your evidence in a manner which isn't unduly burdensome. This is what you said -
I’m not going to waste my time finding specific timestamps when you’re just going to disregard it anyways.
Query: If you're not going to risk wasting your time, then why should I risk wasting mine?

@ILikePie5
How is 17 minutes unduly burdensome? This is exactly the reason why the MSM influences people like you. You’re so stuck on the 1 minute sound bite you have no idea about what the entire context is. Watch it front to back or don’t watch it at all. If you want to continue believing one minute sound bites from political pundits who are burying the story, then go ahead. The witness is there. His emails are there.
17 minutes is too long. If there is any evidence in it then you can point to specific times within the video which show that evidence.

The video is there, I’m not going to waste my time finding specific timestamps when you’re just going to disregard it anyways. The source is there. If you want to watch it, watch it. If not, then don’t ask for “evidence” because you’re too lazy to watch/read it
Too lazy? No. Unwilling to sift through 17 minutes of footage? Yes. Unduly burdensome is unduly burdensome. The onus is on the claimant to present his evidence in a manner which is not unduly burdensome. You have not done that.

@ILikePie5
You have time to complain on DART but not enough time to watch an interview of the guy who’s the top witness in this whole debacle? Ok dude
You haven't specified the time within the video which contains the evidence. When people do not show you what you ask for and what would be easily obtainable, it generally means that they do not have it.
Created:

@ILikePie5
The video is 17 minutes long. I reject this evidence on the grounds that it is unduly burdensome to sift through 17 minutes of footage. You should cite particular moments in the video by time, or present your evidence in some other manner which is not unduly burdensome.

Eh, the available evidence suggests that the program's pretty efficient and is supported by existing infrastructure. The evidence also suggests that problems like fraud and food stamp bartering exist but aren't substantial. It strikes me as an "if it ain't broke don't fix it" sort of thing.
