Again assuming you are referring to the book of Job here (I can't think of any other story this description would apply to).
With that assumption in mind the answer to your question is 'The Adversary', which I am pretty sure was an angel in the religion of the writers of the book of Job. The name is given as 'Satan' in the more popular English versions of the bible though like I said mythological characters often have multiple equally valid names and you could apply the name Lucifer to this one, you would have to justify that in some way though.
This is the part where you either provide aforementioned justification or you continue to boldly assert your claim as fact without any justification, whereupon I abruptly stop responding to your posts thus ending this conversation.

If your reason for saying Lucifer is an alternate name for some other character is something other than "cuz pop culture" or "cuz PIDOOMA" then it should not be hard to point out what that reason is.

Seems to be a reference to the story of Job. I could ask "where does the name Lucifer appear in that story?" but I have read the bible enough times to know that it doesn't, which is fine since obviously it is pretty common for these characters to each have multiple names associated with them but I would still need to know what it is that caused you to associate the being in that story with the name Lucifer.
Pretty simple concept.

Imagine me saying "I have a car that I really want to teach everyone about."
Someone might ask "What color is it? What is the year, make, and model? Is this the first car you ever owned?" and I simply reply to these questions by telling them "My car is a car".

Okay well here are the basics:
1) Hire a tax professional or use some sort of free tax software
2) Provide tax professional/tax software with all the information they ask for
3) Your return will be calculated as follows: X-Y=Z, where X is how much you owe the govt, Y is how much you paid the govt already, and Z is how much you now owe the govt (negative values for Z represent the govt owing you money).
I still to this day cannot figure out how this was stretched into a two day lesson. Took less than 10 minutes for me to type and should definitely take you less time to read than I spent typing.

Not like filing taxes is hard anyway. If you don't understand the basic concept after about 10 minutes of Google surfing then you probably have a learning disability. But yeah I do recall that we had 2 days whole devoted to the subject in my personal finance class in highschool. Way more time than they really needed to give it honestly.

I have never heard of us having a tax bracket. I think it is 21% for all (but the deductions honestly make it a regressive tax). It said Illinois has brackets for corporations, though.
Sounds like a potentially good idea to me to implement a corporate tax bracket system of some sort. Depends on what other nations policies are in that regard since the largest corporations tend to be multi-national so any policies affecting those corporations would directly affect global trade. Something to think about at least.

No. Those are merely different ways of organizing legal ownership of a company and have no inherent relationship with the size of that company in terms of assets or profitability. Any of those could be more wealthy than any corporation. In fact now that I am thinking about it once you get to the point where the bracketed income tax from your proprietorship exceeds the flat corporate income tax I think you could in theory just turn your proprietorship into a corporation with yourself as the majority and/or sole shareholder in order to bypass the extra taxation so if in reality the larger companies all tend to be corporations that could explain why.

Is it true that drafter and duh were were offline for some night phases? As a mod I usually have a requirement that the NP continues until all players have used their roles AND all players without roles have sent me a ping via PM OR a certain amount of time (usually 24 hours) has passed. This avoids the all-to-common "hur hur hur ima just look at the profiles and see if they were offline hur that will narrow the scum pool without me actually playing the game hur hur" faggotry that seems to have occured in this game and has definitely occured in others.
I get that luna wanted to make it fast because quickfire but as I have stated in regards to a past game modded by supa it is the mods job to close off any potentially unfair way of breaking the game to the best of their ability.

Limiting it through taxes is bad because it reduces competition, and you know all of the issues arising from that. Lowering taxes gives some smaller firms a chance by lowering that barrier to entry.
Agree with most of what you are saying (no surprise there) but I would think that they would have a kind of corporate tax bracket taxing more wealthy corporations a higher percentage the same way they do for individuals. Is that not the case? I honestly don't know.
