An example of a regulation is the minimum wage. If there were no wage regulations, the stock market would do better.
Minimum wage destroys smaller competition so that larger companies can gouge the consumer. A great deal for the stockholders. You didn't actually think for a second Democrats cared about helping the little guy on this issue?
Democrats often support the same regulations their lobby donors suggest. Most of the regulations the past few years had to do with supporting Big Pharma of course, going so far as to threaten swaths of people with unemployment if they did not pay their vaccine tithe to big pharma.

Normally, democratic politicians are better for the stock market.
And yeah, generally speaking Democrats are pretty good at passing regulations that favor the stock market, especially when it enriches themselves like Pelosi. They just made a really bad call with the predictions of the Covid shutdown on the economy.

Biden only indirectly caused inflation by passing government spending that wasn't paid for, requiring the printing of trillions of dollars during an economic downturn. If there was no extravagant government spending, there would have been no reason to print trillions of dollars. Trump also shares the blame on this.

Since much of the stock market is based on the USD, when the government destroys the value of the dollar, it destroys the stock market values as well. People are less likely to sell at any price while the value of the dollar is unstable. What usually happens is people dump long term capital investments into presently valued commodities instead of future business enterprises, reducing the wealth of the nation which is also reflected in the value of the stock market.
There is also a knock-on effect where uncertainty in currency values drives uncertainty in the stock market.

Okay, I will dumb it down for you.
Ordering systems requires expenditures of already existing energy. Due to the conservation principle, as mass increases, energy decreases. As the mass of a black hole increases, the energy of a black hole decreases. Less energy in a system means less ability to remain ordered. Or in layman's terms: dead.
The origins of the universe never ponder the creation of mass, but the creation of the massive amounts of energy that is perpetually in decline throughout the known universe due to ever increasing entropy.

There are only 2 positions to hold on the FBI raid, that it's either OK to have unnamed sources declare documents to be in jeopardy to warrant a raid on the homes of politicians, or it is NOT OK.
Since most people are okay with this, then it will be the new normal.

I mean Trump, doesn't actually have to order anything. Just appoint a rabid partisan as the Attorney General and declare plausible ignorance of everything. That is the standard mode for Washington DC. The warrant had nothing to do with the subpoena so it also won't have anything to do with a warrant to raid Biden's house on possible suspicion. Not that it matters because the public won't be allowed to see the documents leading to the warrant anyway.
The sword of the FBI has 2 edges as long as the public is okay with the current state of the state police.

I like to think of it analogous to lightning starting a fire in a forest. The general observable rule of the universe is that everything naturally is more likely to become disordered rather than ordered. This is reflected in everything from an expanding universe, dying stars, corrosion, erosion and decay, and of course, death of life. On an atomic level energy, is constantly trying to escape and all compounds are in a long process of breaking down from complex forms to basic forms.
So in a forest, there is a very small chance for lightning to start a fire, but when it does, it goes through a cycle of consumption, reproduction, and finally extinction. I tend to see life as a similar cycle. We are but sparks of accidental flame in an otherwise vast cold and sparkless universe.

Interestingly, Biden's lawyers suspiciously dropped this information just as the House Reps were starting to announce their investigations. Apparently the strategy was to get ahead of the House before it was revealed so they could say "see! we report bad stuff, we don't wait for people to discover we did bad stuff"

From the limited information that can be had by the gatekeeping press, It appears the lawyers found the loose documents BEFORE the raid on Mar-a-Lago. Seems to me the justice department decided to approve the FBI raid as a way to soften the blow when the information finally came out after the election about Biden's mistakes. It's likely everyone is going to forget about all this in a few months as planned.
