Why is Barney town again?

I think JoeBob is likely town based on that claim. Even before the game started, I figured that Jock would likely be in it. 

I don't like it. I shouldn't have had to reveal any information after volunteering my character and people should have went along with me.

I'm obvious town. I have the scum pool to 3 people it's time to lynch one and I vig another and we end the game. I encourage the next person to get their signups going because unless town is retarded, people will do what I say and since scum is narrowed to 3 people we will win by dp2 at latest. The exception is if people do not play along and lynch joebob and then I just vig them for not doing what I say.

This is retarded. What next the popular kid ends up taking one extra vote to lynch and it confuses you. I am really struggling with keeping you in my town pool. You are Indian, likely grew up in a predominantly white area.

because I refuse to believe that you are the only person on the planet whose mind does not jump to school shooter when you hear the phrase "quiet kid". I just cannot believe that you are unfamiliar with a meme you were likely labeled with growing up.

if pie does not have a good reason to trust barney he is scum, but we will know by dp 2 if this theory of scum being 2/3 of joebob, austin, whiteflame is true

Honestly, the quiet kid being the vig makes enough sense. I can see that. Though, I'm not sure if Moozer would include that particular character/role combo in one of his games.

Trying to townblock people on page 3 of D1 has gotta be the silliest strat I've seen here yet. Especially given fakeclaims seem pretty easy here?

If people want me to I'd be okay with full claiming. It would be good to get it out of the way while I can still be active. 

I'm not opposed to char claiming. I don't think I've seen it really hurt town yet, and the expected value from generating activity is probably worth it regardless.

Yeah, that's why I posted earlier about how popcorn claiming isn't going to be effective this game. Are you fishing for another claim? I won't inquire further for now on why you think Barney is town, since that probably has something to do with your role.

I'm not the biggest fan of putting on pressure just to see if WyIted will put out a fake claim or not. I don't love his response to you (I think we should be assuming some scum manipulation, and RB is a common one), but I do think that if his role is even somewhat verifiable, that's worth considering before pushing him to claim it.

I was waiting on Barney since he was next, but I guess it doesn't matter much: I'm a student.

I don't think so. It could be a protective ability, or a cop ability or a vig or any number of things. If they don't know what it is than they don't know how to tamper with it.

Hello, I've played a similar game before, so I believe I can keep up.

I don't mean psychoanalyze every little thing, but we don't have a lot to go off of.

Right from the start, I'm immediately suspicious of Casey_Risk. He mentioned, "Wow, seems like the scum team has been given a huge advantage." The way he expressed his surprise implies that he isn't part of the scum team, as he would have already known that the role reveals all players. His behavior suggests that he might be trying to throw us off by acting surprised, which could be a deliberate tactic to appear innocent. ILikePie5 made a similar comment as well. We should keep a close eye on their actions. 

Of course, this is a huge conspiracy that has no concrete support apart from speculation. This is just a remark, not an accusation.
