I don't see a reason for their phone line to be cut, no.
Though on another hand, as Athias, I 'think has made points about,
There's arguments for private businesses being able to choose who they associate with.
. . .
Also true that media is 'full of lies, attack ads, products,
Well, points of view one might call them,
But surely there comes a point 'eventually where a falsehood or incitement is clear cut?
Created:

@3RU7AL
True, people disagree on what the truth is at times.
Some people have awfully big microphones though (Power and influence I mean)
I'm doubtful that such people should 'not be held accountable for their actions/results.
Take Alex Jones, convinced or goaded people into thinking the school shooting was a false flag, inflammatory,
Led to the parents of dead kids being allegedly harassed, and a dead kid's grave literally pissed on, allegedly.
Might be we should just hold those who 'acted accountable,
But we hold leaders accountable, people whose words 'cause, like Charles Manson.

@3RU7AL
I 'do like the idea of neutral services, where people cannot be banned.
(Even trolls and crazy people)
But, isn't incitement also a concern?
False or harmful claims?
There's also the fact of private business not wanting to do business with certain people.

I don't understand why it matters that people can forget memories, or that there is a limit to how much memory we can hold?
I also still don't understand the 'purpose of your reply in #39,
"Soon the "holocaust" will be a forgettable page of human history." - zedvictor4
Are you implying that there is no value or purpose in my reading and thinking about the Holocaust?
You then go on and on, saying history will be forgotten, history is worthless, people and events in the past don't matter,
You say, you can't name every event in history, they must not matter.
I'm not trying to be insulting or argumentative, but I don't understand your intent or point?
. . .
I also disagree with your arguments, but to my mind it ought be obvious that you are wrong,
'Except, that I think I'm missing something in your intended point.

Personally I tend to find myself confused by considering 'every argument and word,
Feels a bit like retyping the entire debate,
And I'm a person who thinks too much at times, so becomes burden, for me.
I don't mind 'some RFD myself, to prevent vote bombing by cheaters or biased individuals who didn't read or admit any arguments by those they disagree with.
Other than thinking too much,
Bug reasons I don't vote are,
Somehow I find the debate word layout more difficult to read on DART, than on DDO,
Also people talk a lot sometimes, lot to read through,
Though some debates worth reading, even though lengthy.

Well, if there were 'no rules to voting, yes,
'Some rules though require one justify their vote, which becomes more difficult, depending on the rules and how greatly an argument strays from the rules.

I wonder why I don't hear of people being dubbed over,
And I don't mean for singing or another language,
But just people who have an awesome voice but not mannerism, or people who have an awesome mannerism but not voice.
Maybe it's hard to get the mouth and dub to match,
Easy in the case of Darth Vader, since the mask obscures his 'entire face,
Harder when 'not a mask covering the mouth or expressions.

The Jewish people have not forgotten their history thousands of years past, I do not think they will forget the Holocaust anytime soon.
Nor will the countries involved in WW2 forget it,
Even those uninvolved, the history of others can prove instructive.
The events of history do not stand alone,

I 'do think cops are a bit quick to go to the gun myself, but then again, people even unarmed can kill, people with knives, or on drugs, not to mention how many criminals can be armed with guns.
I'd 'prefer myself, cops better trained and experienced to de-escalate situations, better hand to hand training and armor, more willing to risk their lives, that people are not killed,
But, 'bit much to ask people to risk their lives 'too much, perhaps,

In the manga Usogui,
There's a couple characters, described as seeing themselves and their actions from a third perspective,
As if they were not acting themselves, but observing an entity acting, I think it was.
Though I suppose it might feel freeing,
To speak of oneself in the third perspective,
Acknowledge as people do at times, causation,
Claim as people do at times, a lack of free will,
Though I find myself unwilling to.
But this cannot be, perception, consciousness, the mind is tied to the body,
If the material body and/or brain is effected, the perspective is effected,
Not as in the case of a glass window being effected, but the 'observer, . . . . . I 'think.

“How good it is when you have roast meat or suchlike foods before you, to impress on your mind that this is the dead body of a fish, this is the dead body of a bird or pig; and again, that the Falernian wine is the mere juice of grapes, and your purple edged robe simply the hair of a sheep soaked in shell-fish blood!
And in sexual intercourse that it is no more than the friction of a membrane and a spurt of mucus ejected.
How good these perceptions are at getting to the heart of the real thing and penetrating through it, so you can see it for what it is!
This should be your practice throughout all your life: when things have such a plausible appearance, show them naked, see their shoddiness, strip away their own boastful account of themselves.
Vanity is the greatest seducer of reason: when you are most convinced that your work is important, that is when you are most under its spell.”
Valuable at times, in moderation, for seeing more clearly, materially,
But in it's extreme, what value has anything, robbed of subjective value, meaning, passion?

Why entrapment, other than the reason to win points, I mean?
One can learn by experience, one's actions, what one is capable of, if not wary, I suppose.
Perhaps entrappers believe only those already guilty or unworthy, would fall to the trap,
But everyone has a breaking point. . .
Perhaps entrappers believe that society is bettered, by removing people not as resistant to whatever trap is suggested,
But individuals are ends in themselves, I believe.
Perhaps entrappers believe that to discourage others of falling into the trap, examples must be made,
But that is bitter tasting.

Drummer Hoff was a children's book, I read as a kid, colorful pictures,
Describes a group of soldiers, going about the firing of a cannon,
"General Border gave the order,
Major Scott brought the shot,
Captain Bammer brought the rammer,
Sergeant Chowder brought the powder,
Corporal Farrel brought the barrel,
Private Parriage brought the carriage,
But Drummer Hoff fired it off. "
- by Barbara and Ed Emberley.
Idea of collective responsibility, I suppose, of personal responsibility, of distanced responsibility.
Hitler gave orders, always claimed he would take responsibility,
But is responsibility something we can give away, mitigate, take?
I dislike the word a bit,
I prefer Actions taken, Actions that might be if one was/is different, Expected Action,
. . .
Though 'Expected Action becomes a problem for me, due to my nihilism,
Expected by what value? By what perception? Law?
I've heard it said, though I forget the source or truth,
That Himmler fainted or vomited, during some execution or sight,
And later changed the method of execution, that it was more 'humane,
But humane for who?
With how often the gas failed to work, or people in great fear terror nakedness were shoved in,
. . .
Humane for the executioner?
Bah, turning away from one's own actions is what,
Though one can argue for one being killed less painfully,
Is it so easy to argue for one turning away from their own action,
In 'such an action,
Easier to kill far away, with a pen, a button, a bomb, a gun,
Than close up a knife or hands, some say,
Though others might say one is 'aware of a greater responsibility had, when thousands, millions are effected,
But 'are people aware? Seeing?
Ah, I'm rambling, unable to formulate, organize my thoughts.
. . .
Though I suppose one could argue 'different responsibilities prioritized,
Thinking as he did, that said actions were necessary,
That they ought be preformed in such a way that the executioners lasted longer than shorter,
Or his desire for the people that he valued, the executioners, health be cared for.
Still I don't care for it,
Responsibility to those who ought not have been victims, should have been a higher priority.
. . .
'Necessary to what end, and why 'only said method?
. . .
Still, who am I to talk?
. . .
Oh right, I'm Lemming,
Ought I feel more guilt at the border question?
3RU7AL's comments I recall somewhere, about life and death for some people seeking asylum, 'does bother me.
. . . Though I think I still see it as necessary. . .
Or Uragirimono's comments, as I recall, on other ways that people could be helping, saving others. . .
Ah, but who am I to talk. . . : (

Is one 'aware, during intense pain or pleasure?
The thought occurs as I wonder if it'd not be better to abandon oneself 'completely to hedonism,
Though one could argue different 'types of hedonism,
. . .
But I mean drugs for example,
Is it much different from death?
People drugged out, whether from alcohol, mushrooms, opium,
Though maybe I'm viewing drugs wrong,
Some people talk of drugs as experiences, opening their minds, or intense awareness of pleasure.
But psychedelics are 'not reality,
Though perhaps video games aren't either,
But then does 'anything become reality?
. . .
I recall coworkers talking about some patients, preferring their insanities, to the effects of their medications,
The dulling of personality.
Either or, a damnation of sorts.
But then what is 'normal, 'natural?
Hm. . .
Not 'completely random thoughts, but a fair bit, rambling, going nowhere .

Somehow I find SupaDudzs description more alarm ringing than your own,
Wearing face masks doesn't seem that large an issue for development to me, but maybe having seen the face regularly during formative years is something I take for granted,
It's not as though 'all people are wearing a mask, family, TV, people are still seen without masks.
Also seems to me people still have time to encounter microbes, though maybe not 'as much as they might have had. . .
I 'do remember being sick way more when I was young, than as an adult,
Though I don't know if that's because children are more susceptible, or if there's a lot of sicknesses we get as a kid, become immune to as adults.

I 'really 'really didn't pay attention to people at school, and just read books throughout school,
Not 'every grade I think, but a lot in earlier grades, starting 4rth grade maybe?
And then even moreso during High School I think, (It's been a while)
I'm not really sure 'what other kids did or thought.
My dad was a teacher so he worked except for the summer, and my mother worked during the summer, so there was a bit of a handoff between them.
My parents verbally fought a fair bit when I was a kid, was uncomfortable, eventually they got divorced, when I was in High School some point.
I suppose some people say idle hands are the devils playthings,
People looking for entertainment, can get into a bit of trouble,
Or their minds think of schemes at times.
I never drank or did drugs, went to parties, but I'm pretty sure my 2nd brother did,
I'd imagine many of the other kids in school did.
But I imagine if older kids are under stress, from experiencing or fearing of school shootings, Covid, could have an effect on them,
Maybe get's them a bit doomy?
As for young kids, probably like herding cats, keeping them wearing masks, away from each other, maybe increased sense of fear, lack of socialization.
Just guesses from me though, wouldn't surprise me if there's articles or counselors online talking about such.

Harm is a vague word,
A person's looks/quality of life, are harmed by scars, by excess skin, weight,
Weight 'can be lost, but it's not always easy for people.
Some life saving operations 'do carry risks, but usually the individual being operated on 'chooses those risks,
And there 'are risks everywhere in life, but the chance and degrees vary,
Not everyone is effected the same by pregnancy I'd agree,
Some situations 'are temporary,
But pain and discomfort 'still isn't something people want inflicted on them by others, 'even if temporary.
Some people lose teeth from gingivitis, uncommon as you say though.
. . .
For some people , the perceived harms are a greater consideration than an unborn at X stage of development.
I also find it more difficult, to consider an unborn sacred, the further back in development it goes,
As I do not believe in souls,
Though I still think even an embryo, is a new unique life, myself.
People also don't like receiving lottery tickets for harm, even if the chance of harm is low,
Or people who ''do hit the misfortune jackpot.

(At this point in the original French text, Mr. Bastiat pauses and speaks thusly to all do-gooders and would-be rulers of mankind: "Ah, you miserable creatures! You who think that you are so great! You who judge humanity to be so small! You who wish to reform everything! Why don't you reform yourselves? That task would be sufficient enough.")
"We must cultivate our garden."
"Whosoever hath his mind fraught with many thoughts, his wits and understanding do clarify and break up, in the communicating and discoursing with another; he tosseth his thoughts more easily; he marshalleth them more orderly, he seeth how they look when they are turned into words: finally, he waxeth wiser than himself; and that more by an hour's discourse, than by a day's meditation."
"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."

"Ramiro II of Aragon was the fourth son of King Sancho Ramirez, and consigned to the church. Unfortunately, his elder brothers died young and without heirs. He was dragged out of the church under protest, married a widow who had an established record of healthy births, stayed around just long enough to sire a daughter, then betrothed the daughter to a trusted ally, and marched back to the church."
Of Frederic and Voltaire,
Just thinking about people fixing themselves, immediate area, before fixing the world.
But,
It's not really 'good, to be 'too withdrawn,
WW2 is a prime example of people failing to be proactive, due to the harms of WW1.
Of Francis Bacon,

Suppose for example 1 out of every 4 kids,
Stopped growing up, remained the same,
Mentally, physically,
Don't you think we would treat them different?
Educate them different?
Have different expectations of their future?
Of late term abortions, I'd suggest,
Though arguably he doesn't fall under what the mainstream Pro Choice are advocating,
And this article is more Pro Choice friendly, pointing out flaws in using him as an example for being Pro Life instead of Pro Choice.
But I mention this, as I'd suspect it's what many Pro Life are afraid of,
They're afraid of the slippery slope of society changing it's morality.
People 'claim slippery slope fallacy,
But I don't think slippery slope is a fallacy myself.
Pro Life is afraid of the people who 'don't care about viable late term abortions, and I think there 'are people who don't care about late term abortions.
There are modern people who beat their newborns to death because they can't stand the screaming.
Recall antiquity, it's a mistake I'd argue, to say morality can only go upwards,
Really I think it goes side to side, but that's not my point.
Though this is likely cherry picking on my part,
And 'not something I'm holding up as evidence as occurring everywhere all the time.
You 'did say
"Show me one documented case where a woman carried to the last week of her pregnancy and then said "meh, screw it, let's kill the baby." - #136 Uragirimono
I'd actually agree with Uragirimono, that pregnancy is/can be harmful does/can cause long term effects.
Though it's not something I'm well read on.

The malaria therapy (or malaria inoculation,[1] and sometimes malariotherapy[2]) is a medical procedure of treating diseases using artificial injection of malaria parasites.[3] It is a type of pyrotherapy (or pyretotherapy) by which high fever is induced to stop or eliminate symptoms of certain diseases. In malaria therapy, malarial parasites (Plasmodium) are specifically used to cause fever, and an elevated body temperature reduces the symptoms of or cure the diseases. As the primary disease is treated, the malaria is then cured using antimalarial drugs.[4] The method was developed by Austrian physician Julius Wagner-Jauregg in 1917 for the treatment of neurosyphilis for which he received the 1927 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.[5]

Perhaps a more fanatic individual, is more willing to take 'on responsibility,
More willing to keep to it,
Have it in their thoughts and considerations.
Perhaps a person 'not so fanatic,
Is able to consider their responsibilities more objectively,
As they may not 'care so much about said responsibilities, they can see them clearer,
People at times ignore faults in items that they love, seeing only what they love in said item.
A fanatic individual might 'only be willing to be responsible to the item of their fanaticism,

If my sources are proved invalid, no matter how many I use, I'll probably change my views, some.
If my sources are proved valid, my views will strengthen,
If your sources are proved invalid, no matter how many you use, My views will strengthen,
If your sources are proved valid, I'll probably change my views, some.
I've always debated using sources in this fashion, from what I remember,
Because until I'm well read on a subject,
I'm fumbling through sources a bit blind,
It's only by grabbing and testing some, that I can gain being well read.
If I was arguing 'alone, with myself,
I'd be reading articles that disagree with me more,
But as we're debating, it's valuable for me, to use you as a test of my beliefs and sources.
Abortion is not a subject I'm well read in.
. . .
I'm doubtful of other peoples claims to knowledge in statistics and sources,
'Especially sources,
Numbers 'OFTEN do no mean what people think they mean.
I have not yet made up my opinion on the statistics or sources of Abortion Life or Choice,
Well, I 'have, being Pro Life,
But it's still something I view as needing to be questioned a lot, before I'm on comfortable footing.
Also based on the source I used,
For 'me,
Pro Choice 'claims of what is happening, becomes questionable.
. . .
Much of the media and public is too 'woke for my liking, too anti Right,
I'm of the opinion that this is warping their perceptions and realizations.
Also values.
Pro Choice, 'looks and sounds to me, Pro Death,
Too 'much people saying they can do 'whatever they want with their unborn until it's born, because choice.

No, I was just looking for something to cherry pick,
Like I said, sources are a weak point for me.
But,
The article talks about 'multiple studies,
One of the main points of the article is argument that our current data is inadequate.
(I think)
It also says,
"Few states report the reasons why women choose abortion, and even fewer report those reasons by gestational age. Only Florida and Utah report the reasons given for abortions at different gestational ages, including late-term abortions. State abortion reporting is inconsistent, and some states (California, Maryland, and New Hampshire, two of them home to especially late-term abortion facilities) collect no abortion data at all. "
Utah is the Mormon state, Florida is a Right state.
. . .
I'd a agree a doctor is better suited than a not doctor, to say when a mothers life is in danger.
