The thing is, most, if not all of these problems could be avoided if we privatized all education.

Physical removal… how much does it conflict with free speech?

Well, it depends on how disruptive the removed was. For example, if you walking into a room and start shouting over everyone, one could argue you are limiting the free speech if others, thus they have the right to physically remove you.

Sure, it could technically be considered a form of censorship… but it’s preferable to censoring a whole room by shouting over them, derailing conversations, etc

It should be noted that the beliefs of the person doesn’t matter- it’s more about HOW they express those beliefs. Offensive opinions by themselves are not disruptive. Shouting an opinion over everyone else (especially in anger) is disruptive, no matter how spicy or mild an opinion may be

I have question my Christian faith at several points in my life. I remain a Christian.

My style is joining debates, forfeiting rounds because I stop caring about said debate, and tanking my elo as a result.

But when it comes to the theological side of things, I would say no. The nation of Israel was meant to be a nation of priests spread word of God to the nations.

But when Jesus commissioned his disciples, the Jews who did not recognize Him failed to follow their calling. Meanwhile, those that did became the first Christians, and travelled long distances to evangelize.

The true Israelites are the Christians. We are God’s chosen people. Not by genes or some area of land, but by our faith.

With the purpose of the question in mind, no, for the Israelis of today are not God’s chosen people.

That being said, there is debate to be had on if American Christians should involve themselves in conflicts like this, and to what extent. So there is a logical path to believing we are commanded to support Israel- it’s just not the path Ted Cruz takes.

In my personal opinion, I do not think American Christians are obligated to support Israel with our military or its assets.

From that point- is intelligent design (the idea that a paradoxical and supernatural being created the universe) really that far off? I posit it is the logical conclusion.
