How complex will this game be?

I’m straight trash at this game and this game would have put me in a state of permanent confusion.

Yooo holy shit it’s an old name I barely recognize. Have I ever interacted with you before on DDO?

Late 2016 for me. 5 years ago for me. 7 for you now. And then there’s Danielle, who’s DDO profile says she joined the site 14 years ago. It’s kinda neat; this community is like a small town where just about everyone knows each other. Sure, not everyone may like each other, and users will come and go, but I like it here. I would love site growth, though, if it means more people to internet with. The greater amount of perspectives would be nice as well.

This question essentially falls down the line of “why are bad things happening” / “why was I not granted the miracles of others?”

The answer is that any miracle is considered extreme grace and a chance to live out a plan God had for you. 

But keep in mind one is not entitled to any sort of grace because of our sins. We deserve misery on Earth and Hell alike.

The only miracle that every human alive has been granted is the death of Jesus on the cross and resurrection three days later. That miracle and sacrifice is what saves God’s people from Hell. All one has to do join God’s people is accept that Jesus is the Lord and Savior.

Still, there is a lot of economic advancement that can be made from this and I prefer the US stays the top economy over China.

But yeah the technology is pretty cool.

Wondering if I should host an unusual topics tourney myself.

Unusual topics can be niche, but there’s so many of them. Anyone can find a niche topic that they will be interested in. That’s why I think any unusual topics tourney will take off with a great force. I’m not against people debating what they want, I’m just saying that I find the most common topics to be uninteresting to me due to constantly seeing them. I’m sure many feel the same.

I get that. Maybe a hard hitting sanction or two, but I’m not a fan of sending the troops in.

Maybe I will. If my work schedule allows for it, then it really depends on how motivated I feel to do it. Some days my motivation is just inconsistent.

Do not confuse apathy for whining. I don’t care about debating if I’m not having fun doing it. I am simply suggesting an idea that may make debating and spectating more interesting for some users. If you legitimately enjoy debating right now (and the current most common topics), more power to you. I just have my own tastes in what is enjoyable, and you can have yours.

Not good enough for me. It’s not like Russia is spreading communism (they are not the Soviet Union anymore), which is what I’m pretty sure NATO was about. Even though I’m sure Russia is in the wrong here, I see zero reason for this to be a threat to the US. Again, Europe can be concerned all they want and they would be completely rational in taking Ukraine’s side. I think if there is any interference in what appears to be a territorial dispute between countries fueled by ethnic tension, it should be the rest of Europe arbitrating, since they are close in proximity and have centuries of experience in the same kind of dispute.

I feel like too many debates follow the same “cookie cutter” topics, stuff like Atheism vs. Christianity, Abortion: Good or Bad, and Capitalism vs. Socialism.

Even the meme debates are getting stale. The question of “Is Water Wet?” has long overstayed its welcome as a meme topic. So has “X Food Item Should be in Category A”.

I think debate tournaments or even just a single debate organized by a third party utilizing topics of minimal but not zero importance would be great. I would love to see debates around the topic of things people are unironically passionate about but not polarizing like modern politics or religion. Maybe something like “Who is the best General in Military History?” or “What is the best gear setup in Minecraft?”

I just want to see debates being fun again.

I’m interested in this topic to some extent but I fail to see how or why the US should care. I am in no way proposing we align ourselves with Russia, but whatever is about about to happen between these two countries, it’s not our problem. Although… European governments do have far more reason to be concerned.

It is if you think they’re not going to use it on drugs or something. But let’s be honest: they might and probably will. So I think food banks are the better option. Or you could give food/clothes directly to them.

Depending on how truthful Chinese State Media is being, this could be ground breaking. If it is, every other world power must develop their own fusion generator soon. I can’t trust China with anything personally.

They’ve been to two of them but lost both. A Super Bowl win would end years of bad narratives about the franchise.

Who you got? I wanna see Bengals vs 49ers but I think it will be Chiefs vs Rams in the Super Bowl. 

Chiefs offense is unstoppable and I think their defense does better against the Bengals the second time around. As for the Rams, I think Matthew Stanford will throw less interceptions this time and they will finally overcome the 49ers to make it to the Super Bowl.

Also: NFL overtime rules suck. A game can literally come down to a coin flip.

I remember hearing of the name (I believe they are a user who joined DDO way before I did), but I know nothing about them. If I have interacted with them I don’t remember it.

From what I can tell they’ve made an account on the site and played a bit of mafia before dipping. They didn’t even make it to 1K posts.

I kinda like both. I wish they would work together.

I may be able to sub if needed. Typically available after 4:00 pm due to work schedule 

Even if approved, no way I’d be active enough for this. Still nice to know mafia is still going though.

I mean he was below 50% hp but I figured he could take an earthquake and just mega drain the Graveler and I wasn't sure who else to send out. My team has a glaring weakness to ground types. I forgot Graveler could explode.

Survivor fucking died. He was Level 60. I sent him out to deal with a Graveler that was giving Sandy problems and the Graveler used Explosion on him.

All that time grinding him wasted. fuck.

I remember absolutely nothing about the Divergent series. All I remember is the ending sucked ass and the movies were worse.
