Yes. Because who is to define what hate speech is? This was obviously a dumb joke but he got banned for it anyways. Who is to define what's racist and what isn't? This is merely a restriction on free speech. People should have a right to say what they want to say, no matter how horrible it is. They should not be forced to testify against their own beliefs.
