Mayor Greyparrot has announced that work has begun on the “JoeBob plan”!
The plan:
First off we start with making the guns. We will save the guillotine for last since a 50 foot high structure will surely bring attention.
For the guns we will start by making the guns. To make it discreet however we will use a strategy that was also used in WW2. We will build the guns in the doctor or hospital. A section of it in which the guns will be built there will be hazard tape and people in hazmat suits around. If the military people (the militant pacifists) come by, then common sense says to not go in there, and so as long as they are quiet, we will be good.
Once we have that done, we move onto the harder part: the guillotine. Since they never TOOK the pieces away, we will build them in parts. Once every part is complete, we put them back together and then we have a finished guillotine.
And one final safety measure. We will have 2 outposts along the way to where the military people are settled. Once person will be at each outpost and they will have their own horse. If they notice them coming, then they use the horse, and run back to town to alert them and get them to prepare. Once the military people arrive, the town people can be ready to fight back since they knew in advance. And as a little bonus, they have add towers made of stone or wood to shoot at the military people from.
The plan has succeeded!
The guillotine has been rebuilt, and all stolen guns have been replaced! There can be a lynch today, and there can be NKs in the night.
In celebration, the Mayor has announced a sharpshooting competition! Everyone, pick a number between 1 and 1,000,000! Your proximity to the actual number will represent the accuracy of your shot. You may submit this in-thread or in a PM to me.
Winner gets a bulletproof vest!
You may submit a number at any point during the DP.
The results will be announced in twilight.

Fun fact for y'all, the song above was made for the Calamity Mod, a popular mod for Terraria. Apparently the devs of the mod told Ennway they didn't want songs for the non-Calamity bosses anymore (after he had already made several tracks for them), and that they didn't need him to make music for them anymore. Someone else was already making songs for the mod-original bosses.

SPECIAL EVENT #2
Oh no! A group of militant pacifists has rolled into town! They kinda hate the whole "lynching people in the day" and "killing people in the night" thing going on here.
In the name of pacifism, they have decided to beat the fuckin shit outta everyone in town, and take away any potential murder weapons. As a result, no killing will occur NP1! Additionally, they smashed the guillotine to pieces. There will be no lynch today!
We are now in twilight.
Mayor Greyparrot, a 2A advocate so staunch he scares the NRA, and lover of public executions, has decided to pass an ordinance: This town shall be committed to rebuilding the guillotine, and manufacturing new guns. However, he needs suggestions on how to get the job done in a way that:
-Rebuilds the 50 ft. tall guillotine quickly
-Gets a gun to every man, woman, and child ASAP
-Draws little attention to the rebuilding and rearmament (we don't want those militant pacifists coming back to use our stolen guns against us, do we?)
The "best" suggestion will be given a bulletproof vest. (After all, what if those militant pacifists come back? Surely they'd want to peacefully eliminate the man with the plan!)
As with the previous event, DM me your solutions and I'll send them over to Greyparrot, with your identity concealed.
I'm giving a small time extension for this. You have until 10:00 am (EST) to get these in.

Before our players get lynches going, ILikePie5 is going to be blind judging a potato dish contest!
DM me your recipes, and I will send them to Pie with your identity concealed! Whoever gives the best recipe will get a chance to obtain a bulletproof vest later today, and whoever gives the worst will be given a hot potato!
Your dish could be anything, as long as the focus of your dish is potatoes (or things that can be made with potatoes).
