You say that The Truth isn't God...
Yet this is what theologians have been saying for thousands of years, including canonized saints, this is actually what the scriptures teach, this is what the dictionary confirms, and this is the only God I profess.
You pointing at reality and yelling, "I don't like what you are, you are this instead!" Is not an argument.
Go ahead and tear down straw man god. We monotheists have been tearing down the same strawmen gods for thousands of years.
But you've gone too far if you deny The One True God. The Supreme and Ultimate Reality.

How many filters does information have to go through before it reaches our consciousness?
The reality we experience is in many ways corrupted from that which our senses draw from, our nervous system reformulates, and our subconscious sorts through.
There is a source, and what we experience comes from a selective drawing from that source and heavy processing. You could certainly say we live in a simulation.

People have pet rocks. Some people collect rocks. Some people even make statues out of rocks. Some people come from every corner of the globe just to kiss a rock.
Sure, you can have a relationship with a rock. We might even be living on a giant rock hurtling through space right now.

Maybe when you take the complexities of the universe as a whole all together, by comparison you display as much of a mind as a rock.
A universe, I might add, that you a part and product of. You yourself are like a cell in the body of the society you live in. Would you say that society is mindless because it's mind operates very differently than your individual self?

Surely your master is reality. You can't overthrow reality, no matter how delusional you are.
Whether reality is sentient or not, God is what God is. You could argue that natural law is an expression of sentience. Some people don't believe God is sentient.
I peraonally don't see how it matters, because sentient or not we have a relationship with God.

"capitalized : the supreme or ultimate reality"
The Truth means the same thing as The Ultimate Reality.
"...Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth..."
The Word of Truth being The Son, The Truth being The Father, and The Spirit of Truth being The Holy Ghost.
See how the three are actually one? The essence is The Truth.
So as worshippers of The Truth, our love of The Father is through The Son guided by The Holy Ghost.
So no, not polytheism. One God. The Truth.

You can't accuse me of that when you are literally asking me if a rock has a mind.
You are desperately trying to justify yourself, that is what it looks like to me.

The Ultimate Reality clearly is your master and there is nothing you can do to undermine this.
Why are you talking about rocks?
It seems to me that you desperately trying to justify yourself.

Why is it important to you that God is mindless?
Why can't you say I don't know?
But your mind is real, therefore God clearly has a mind, and isn't mindless.

Your argument is simply to deny the definition and replace it with another.
Your argument is to refer to a rock as a duck.
You don't get it. When I say, The Ultimate Reality is God, I am saying that this is the definition of the word. And it is not arbitrary, this is the same understanding of the concept that has been held for thousands of years.

I am not making a claim in either direction, I am saying that something that exists is a being.
So what does The Supreme Being mean?
Everything exists in The Supreme Being, or you aren't really looking at The Supreme Being. If you observe these things in the world, The Supreme Being owns it.
If something is known, it is known in The Supreme Being.
Omnipotence
Omniscience
Omnipresence
All these things are intertwined, they are not qualities that exist by themselves, and they can only be fulfilled by The Supreme Being.

I capitalize The Truth out of reverence, because it is a name of God.
I capitalize God because it is actually a different word than god.
Of course you believe in truth. Most atheists do. What they don't usually know is that atheism against God is the same as saying, "there is no truth".
That is one of the misunderstandings I am here to clear up. Atheism towards gods can be justified, but atheism towards God is not a reasonable position.
Agency is "the capacity, condition, or state of acting or of exerting power".
Omnipotency means that all agency ultimately comes from God.
If anything is at all, it is by The Ultimate Reality. If it isn't, then it isn't reality. If it doesn't come from God, it doesn't exist.

No, because the atheist does not get to define what I believe. Does a surgeon receive advice from their patient on how to best go about performing surgery?
If I go by your definitions, it will only reinforce your superstitions, because all atheist arguments against God are contingent on bad language.
I willl happily use a dictionary to prove my case. But as you stated before to me, you don't respect the authority of the dictionary when it comes to the defining of terms.
I'd rather not be arbitrary about this. I want you to have a proper understanding of theology, and you should take this opportunity because it isn't common that you will encounter someone with as mucg comprehension of the subject as I. I am not trying to brag, but it is the truth, and most people who know what I do are not masochistic enough to try to educate people who openly profess a position a position that literally means "there is no truth".
So I am offering my services here to demystify the mysterious and make lucid the obscure. Take advantage of it while you can.
Or not, we can just go back and forth dragging things on unnecessarily while we strive about the meanings of words and other vain and unfruitful pursuits.

Yet for every question you have, there will be another, and we will be here till you get tired of it because you aren't here. to learn, you are here to cause trouble.
So you can march around triumphantly that no one can answer your questions.
Not that I can't, I won't because you aren't being honest.

Hedonism and love of The Truth is incompatible. Hedonism gets in the way of Love of The Truth.
Pride, hedonism, and every other vice that subtracts from loving The Truth is what is glorified in contemporary American culture.
Really it is nothing new, it has been something that will always be there. Rich and decadent cultures are particularly susceptible to being spoiled.
Ethang5 is telling it right.

If it exists it is a being.
What is intelligence? God doesn't learn, God, God does everything perfectly the way it is to be done.

Personal? No, it's literally in the etymology of the world.
Omni. All
Potence. Effect
Omniscience
Omni. All
Science. Knowledge
It means God did everything and all things known are known by God.
Why is this hard to accept?
What do the quantum no deleting theorem and the quantum no cloning theorem mean when you have them both together? It means that nothing is hidden from God, and that God knows things as they truly are, not as abstractions of what they are.
You couldn't test reality for consciousness if you wanted to, because you wouldn't even know how to do a test. You don't know what you are testing, and you wouldn't know consciousness if it was right in front of you. What makes you any more conscious than the environment? A tree? How are you any more conscious when there is an entire universe of causality pressing down on you to make you do what you end up doing?
God is The Supreme Being, that is, the highest and most pervasive existence. It Is What It Is.

It sounds to me like you think you understand how everything works. You don't know if God is mindless or not. You want God to be mindless, that is what it sounds like. I wonder why.
What does any of this have to do with God being The Ultimate Reality?
Whatever The Ultimate Reality is, that is what God is.

Omnipotence means behind all influence.
It literally means that if it is done, God did it.
Which makes sense because if something is done, it is reality, and God is The Ultimate Reality. There is no reality apart from The Ultimate Reality.
In otherwords, the omnipotence paradox, like most arguments intended to undermine God, has its roots in superstitions.

Once again, you are not respecting the difference between the word "god" and "God".
The Ultimate Reality is God.
If you aren't going to have an honest exchange, what is the point of this wearisome back and forth?
We are not talking about a god, so quit using that word. It doesn't mean the same thing. We are not speaking Arabic, which makes the distinction between God and god through the words Allah and illah respectively. We are speaking English, where this capital letter makes a difference.
You think you have understanding, and that is why you are struggling in your conversation with me. You are not open to actually being taught. You think you know better.
See, we spent how many pages sinply establishing a definition that you have been very resistant to accepting, and now you are going to backslide again?
You have likely forgotten my original post.
Why are you wasting my time? Why are you pretending to care about what I believe? If you want to know, you need to become teachable. Your questions are stupid. I never said anything about aupernatural things or the laws of physics. What does that have anything to do with what I'm saying?
You are hopelessly superstitious, and you'd be better off chucking away your preconceptions. You can't understand me with all this baggage you think is knowledge.

No see, you are actually making a fallacy when you make God to mean anything other than The Truth.
What is the fallacy for refering to a duck as a tree?
That's the fallacy you are making when you make God anything other than what God is.
What fallacy is it when the wrongful use of a word by a large group of people is taken as the proper meaning?
What fallacy is it to take the words of someone who is passingly informed about a subject to one who is a doctor of that subject?
As I said, saying The Truth doesn't exist is a stupid and self defeating position, and that is what atheism toward my God means.

No, I am a Christian, and this is the God of Christianity. Atheism towards the one true God is nonsensical.
So I would disagree.
I am a monotheist, I simply cannot accept that there is no truth, which is what atheism professes when it denies my God.
Atheism is a position that comes from ignorance of what the God concept refers to and so now that you know this, you can now say without shame and with sincerity that you are a monotheist. If you so wished.
And if you were to perform the experiment of spreading this conception of God, you'll come to understand persecution for the sake of righteousness on a whole new level, and you'll see just how unreasonable supposedly rational people are when you talk about God.
So yeah, you are atheist in the sense that Christians were called atheists in ancient rome, but I would call you a monotheist as you acknowledge the One God.
Well, I would if you now, recognizing God were to acknowledge God as being God.

If you mean that I call reality as it truly is as opposed to how it seems to be, is thought to be, or is said to be God, then yes I'd say that there is a good chance we are on the same page.
See, we can argue about God all we want, but the existence God really isn't something that is up for debate. If you are talking about something that doesn't exist, it can't be God.

Not all religions are the same.
My religion is Love of The Truth.
A scientists religion is love of knowledge.
My religion does not conflict with this, but is actually complimentary.
These atheistic arguments against religion are against certain types of religion, and really come from a fundamental misunderstanding of what religion is by associating these certain types of religion with religion itself.
When you say religion is bad, you are also saying diligence towards the scientific method is bad.
When you Say God is bad, you are saying The Truth is bad.
The vast majority of people are, and will always be theologically ignorant. That's not something to be helped. But taking the practices of the average superstious person as being representative of the whole is an obvious error.
And yes, it can be turned around. Atheism is a superstitious position.

What about these hang ups you have do you feel is impled by The Truth? Why are you attributing, as you see it, false things to The Truth? That contradicts the definition.
This is what I am talking about. The Absolute Truth is not false, otherwise it isn't what it is.
So it would make more sense for you to say that God isn't this and that instead of saying this and that isn't true, so God isn't real.
You are attaching extra unnecessary baggage to the concept, which is why you are denying it. The essential thing here is that God is reality, so why are you making God unreality?
It is not hard to accept God as being real, it's simply a matter of recognizing that God means The Ultimate Reality.

They do not allow the practice of religion outside of what they can see and control. The put portraits of their president at the altar of churches. They really want to stamp out all religions that are not the state religion.
This includes Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, anyone.

2 plus 2 equals 4, but if you won't accept the definition of 2, then how are you supposed to see anything? A 1 and a 1 is 2, but if you refuse to believe that a 1 and a 1 is 2 because you refuse to accept that definition of 2... what can I show you?
You have to believe me to an extent, yes. But if you understand what I am saying, I am not talking about believing me, I'm talking about believing The Truth.
If you believe The Truth, truth will guide you into being more honest about what is true to begin with.
