You do realize you possess the capability to defend yourself without mudslinging back. It's akin to someone hitting you and instead of retreating you opt to immediately start trying to harm them back. If you stopped trying to attack back and making passive insults (I'm not going to quote you, you can read your own posts), it would make you look better. At that point it would seem as if he is the one attacking you when you have removed yourself from the conversation. If he continued at that point, you would have a case for an ROAt the moment you are consistently proving him right. I honestly think you feel like you have to have the last word , or you have to get a quip in instead of dropping the conversation. It doesn't matter if you do or don't as he is the type of guy who would have continually abused and harassed me whether you did or didn't close that thread (why else is he calling me RationalCrybaby again and again instead of RM).
Whether you unlocked it or not, he'd keep abusing me until you set up an RO where his abusive tendencies would inevitably have led to him either violating it or coming after another user. He can't help himself, it's just a waiting game for me. The only way he's unbanned at the moment is due to favouritism and sticking to forum games where the way he talks is considered okay.
He will eventually find that the rules apply to him, your leniency on him will only last so long. I am aware I am fighting with my hand tied behind my back since you'd ban me the instant I was even half as nasty back at him. I also don't want to engage him like that, it doesn't achieve anything. He's a bully who won't stop what he's doing whether I am passive or active in my defense against it. The only time he'd stop is if I totally give in and don't respond at all.

It isn't equal and isn't emotional. Look a few posts above what he calls 'initation' in a reply he gave to Ramshutu. I can give you 2 other examples just 1-2 days ago since I completely let off him where he kept at it.
This isn't about 'back and forth' this is about me defending myself.
He is the delusional one, not me, who thinks that aggression = strength of argument or that what is happening isn't harassment and is a debate.
Him and me are not in a consensual debate about whether or not I am somebody he approves of. I couldn't care less if he approves of me or not. It is him who is doing the entire initation from the start of his return 11 or so days ago to now. He returned to the website and decided to come for my throat from basically day 2 of his return through to now and what he does is play the victim every single time I defend myself against him. I am even extra careful to only ever engage him when he himself did shit first each and every time so he can never do the exact things he's doing (playing the victim).
He has continually been abusive to myself and even supporters of me to bully them away from supporting me and it will continue. Why do you think nobody is posting in support of me? Do you think they don't exist? They do, they just don't want to be his next victim. The reason people so happily and freely post against me is I'm not gonna bully them for over 10 days if they say some shit about me.

Want to know what is sheer hilarity to me?
One guy talks 'respect' to every single mod like a teacher's pet while simultaneously threatening to ditch the entire site if his beloved Airmax loses the election.
The other has remain despite direct mod abuse against him, doesn't suck up to anybody and is seen as the frail one who needs to keep his ego in check.
If Lunatic was really such a 'man', so above this and I was the manipulative tantrum-thrower why did he research for four hours and more to have quotes for a mafia game about quotes from me? Why isn't he campaigning against 3RU7AL? Why's he so focused on humiliating and abusing his fellow supporter of Airmax and pressuring to ditch Airmax?
The reason is simple, he's the problem. I've never seen such a whiny type of harasser in a long time who thinks he's thick-skinned and all that.

- 'Political disagreement' needn't be physical nor in any way insinuate it (it can, technically even an extremist is a genuine political entity that can disagree with others but that is not what the term refers to).
- 'Political protest' has actually got the biggest range in terms of physicality, in what you asked. This can range from standing silently in a place nobody minds, to big-scale strikes that block entire mainstream roads that people use for transport. If it becomes a violent and aggressive protest, it is still in theory a protest but becomes classified as a 'riot'.
- 'Political sedition' involves three different parts...
To explain how sedition works, we need to analyse the ways that violent rebels feel entitled to their violence:
- Demonise whatever is the current authority (whether rightfully or wrongly) and make clear that they leave no option available to stop them other than violence.
- Fuel hatred to a certain sect within society (more genuine sedition sticks solely to the ruling class of monarchs, very rich and politicians as these sects). The sects that you divide down and alienate can be sex-based, sexuality based, age-and-income combined based, religion-based, political-outlook based, ethnicity-based etc. There's many lines to divide down and ways to push for the anger towards that group. Sedition combines idea 1 with idea 2 to push the narrative that maybe (definitely but they tend to stick to 'maybe' in their narrative) violence towards that group and cruelty verbally as well are the only options. Over time a hostility grows to the point of violent abuse to that group that can result in several hate marches throughout a place where they beat the crap out and even set on fire the people of the persecuted target-group, feigning as exercising their freedom. These will involve a lot of vandalism as well.
- When you have achieved 1 and 2, you must then actually properly state the idea that these should be acted on. Making not violently and obtrustively acting in favour of the cause seen as immoral bystander mentality. This part of the narrative is very essential, it leads to believers pressuring others to join in.

You made the right call, I have been continually harassed by him and if you think I'm the insigator, you're not thinking back far enough in the past couple weeks.
I can show you an instance in the past day alone, after that incident, where he replies to Ramshutu insulting me and provoking me to defend myself.
He enjoys spreading shit about others and acting like he's the only one who can. I still want an RO between us.
In Lunatic's opinion if you are 'aggressive' in any way, he is able to be as rude and as nasty as he pleases to 'defend' against you which in his brain equals winning the argument as to him the aggression behind his post equals strength of argument made and if he gets the last word in a thread (which he confuses semantically to be last word cross-site in all exchanges) he thinks he therefore is the ultimate 'winner' of all arguments you've been having as he's 'broken' you mentally.
What kind of person do you exactly think this is and how positive will they be for the website in the long run? This is a person who has just explicitly, for the umpteenth time, promised that unless his chosen candidate wins, he'll throw a strop (threatening a tantrum) and cry about the website and leave us.

If we want to grow this site, If we want to see this site become as successful as ddo was even close to its prime - it’s not moderation - it’s going to take a lot of our efforts to market the site whilst figuring our ways to generate engaging content. Yeah beggars who are hooked on drugs and shit, it's really hard to actually help them with money but I will give you a piece of advice that I did wrong most of my life (almost all of it until I really thought about it from the beggar's point of view).
If you are strolling in a place and a beggar is there and you aren't truly in a rush, even if you're gonna be stingy, just stop for a second and look at them in the eyes and say 'hello'. One of the most traumatic things for them is how unseen they feel. Of course, if you do start this you probably will end up spending a little but it's not about that. I'm not saying I did that much at all, I had been raised to either ignore them or spend (one or the other) as it seemed rude to just acknowledge them without spending but I relatively recently watched a couple documentaries on ex-homeless and what they described was that the times people saw them and talked to them actually felt better than the times people ran up to them dropped some change and ran away instantly.

I once bought 2 of a beggar's CDs and risked putting a virus on my computer.
He produced rap and like drum and bass stuff so I was curious.
His raps were not as good as advertised. At least there was no virus and as far as beggars go this was a cool dude technically he's a seller but it was all unofficial so yeah... Something about the way he talked me into it made me want to buy them. I don't regret the very few dollars-worth I spent though, in terms of morality.
The DnB was kind of weird lol.
I don't get where you're coming from though, you really think it's evil? Like you never would even consider giving a beggar any money?
