There are three brands of moral code.
Loyalty
Justice
Mercy
These are three very different things once you fully understand them.
Loyalty at its unhealthy extreme is corruption and organised crime.
Justice at its unhealthy extreme is brutality and tyranny.
Mercy at its unhealthy extreme is neglect and anarchy.
So you may ask, wait? What about the opposite to loyalty? Disloyalty is either done in the name of justice, mercy or loyalty to something else (perhaps oneself).

After approving the bill, the House adopted a package of changes to it by a vote of 220 to 211. That package — agreed to in negotiations among House and Senate Democrats and the White House — now goes to the Senate for action as soon as this week. It would be the final step in a bitter legislative fight that has highlighted the nation’s deep partisan and ideological divisions. On a sun-splashed day outside the Capitol, protesters, urged on by House Republicans, chanted “Kill the bill” and waved yellow flags declaring “Don’t Tread on Me.” They carried signs saying “Doctors, Not Dictators.”The House Republican leader, Representative John A. Boehner of Ohio, said lawmakers were defying the wishes of their constituents. “The American people are angry,” Mr. Boehner said. “This body moves forward against their will. Shame on us.”
How does this encourage him to not push more to the right unless he wanted to inspire deep hatred towards him?

@Dr.Franklin
I have a debate argument on this but simply Obama contributed to the decline of America in many ways
Not true, lie 1.
he promoted the welfare state and did nothing to combat the declining American Dream.
The American Dream is a sociopathic notion that the highest satisfaction in life comes from succeeding at any cost, ruthlessly outcompeting others and showing the losers no mercy. Rich car, rich house, elite friendship circle. That is what Obama tried to both prove wrong as an endgame-goal and enable, at the same time, impoverished people or otherwise held back minorities, so as to allow them a fair shot at the American Dream too.
The quality of life, debt, and general well-being of America declined.
Lies. Actually Iran owes debt to US as well as a couple other nations, thanks to Obama. If it wasn't for Obama, Iran would probably have had a war with US over what Trump did by continually shitting on their religion and sanctioning an illegal assassination of a war general of theirs while he was on Iraqi soil. It was Obama's previous mending of fences that let them homd onto hope Trump would be out of office soon and is probably the only reason peace was what ended up happening. Quality of life (average) was higher while the highest earning citizens had slightly lower (if you can even call it that).

When the voters are lazy, it's optimal to debate lazily. :)
I learned to adapt over time and save my passion for the debate itself as an end, rather than a means to a win.
I mean, technically Orogami's success disproves that theory but overall it's true, it's just that somehow Oromagi encouraged voters to be less lazy with his debates. He also had a quid pro quo but whatever.

For the environment yes, it is. Unfortunately the US has a barely functional metro and/or bus service in most regions of many States with only NY and the likes having genuinely available and affordable public transport that gets you to places in time. I would recommend pushing for public transport being remotely funded or attempted to be improved.

Curious to what extent the contemporary racial wealth disparity is directly attributable to the slavery as opposed to racism and other factors in the intervening time period.
I don't disagree at all with where you're going with this but something financial has to be done to even the odds and make it a fair system. The unfair disadvantage has to be fully acknowledged, and not attributed to bullshit like racial supremacy but attributed to unfair start in life etc.

How do those policies make any improvements in anyone's ability to engage in the free market system and earn money?
Alright, so you've asked two separate questions fused into one.
For ethnic minorities, LGBTQ and the poor, he's already done a huge amount vs the time he's been in power to open up economic doors for them.
He will certainly focus on women too, I presume those policies come later as for now he's merely undoing what Trump did and Trump only passively refused to help female gender gap in opportunities and salaries.
As for a free market, it's about time America stopped acting like an amoral Corporate Bordello and took note of what every single other highly developed nation has done; reign in its economy so that the rich can't mindlessly prey on the poor without any restraint whatsoever. China does it for the wrong reasons and in the wrong way but you get the idea, I'm referring to Western-to-Mid Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea so on and so forth.

You can pick at words or get a fucking grip. Trump is a narcissistic sociopath who doesn't belong anywhere near a position of power. He's misogynistic, racist, extremely impulsive to a toddler level of self-restraint and has inspired a violent attack on the literal white house.
There needs to be a hammer slammed and this scumbag given what's due. There's no question he's guilty, it's just about playing word games now. This idiot can't accept his vile lack or morals lost him an election for a morally concerned president. What a sheer imbecile in every sense of the term.

This is barely the first two weeks of his presidency as unfortunately he couldn't take the white house seat when he was supposed to due to domestic terrorists of the Trumpite cult holding things up for the whole nation.
Within just 24 hours of being President, he already achieved these things:
- Rejoined the World Health Organization and announced Dr. Anthony Fauci would serve as the head of the US delegation
- Ended the previous administration’s travel restrictions on several Muslim majority countries
- Swore in nearly 1,000 new administration appointees via Zoom
- Cancelled permits for the Keystone XL oil pipeline
- Created a new presidential appointee role, the COVID-19 Response Coordinator to assist with national vaccine distribution efforts
- Launched the “100 Days Mask Challenge,” including an executive order mandating mask wearing on federal grounds and encouraging Americans to wear masks for 100 days
- Extended the nationwide eviction and foreclosure moratorium until at least the end of March
- Strengthened the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program via executive order
- Avril Haines confirmed as the first woman to lead USIC as the new director of national intelligence
- Rescinded the 1776 Commission, created under the Trump administration to help reshape how public schools teach the history of slavery
- Rejoined the Paris Climate Accord via executive order
- Reversed components of immigration enforcement expansion under previous administration via executive order
- Paused student loans payments and the accruing of interest on all federal student loans until at least the end of September
- Ordered a regulatory review at the Office of Management and Budget to undo the previous administration’s regulatory approval process
- Halted the construction of new border security installations along the US-Mexico border
- Announced new executive orders for school and business reopening plans
- Ordered the inclusion of non-US citizens in the Census
- Implemented new ethics pledges for executive branch employees
- Signed executive order preventing workplace discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation
- Extended work authorizations and deportation deferrals for select immigrants until at least June 2022
- Attended the Virtual Presidential Inaugural Prayer Service alongside the first lady, vice president and second gentleman
- Held the first White House press briefing led by Press Secretary Jen Psaki
- Announced new executive orders to expand Covid-19 testing
- Renovated the Oval Office, replacing interior decorations and adding a bust of Latino civil rights leader Cesar Chavez, as well as a portrait of Benjamin Franklin
- Implemented White House Covid-19 precautions including mask wearing, frequent testing and new social distancing measures.
- Transportation Secretary nominee Pete Buttigieg began nomination hearings with the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation committee
- Delivered additional calls for national unity with speeches by president and vice president at inauguration night concert
- Created plans to host congressional leaders this week from both parties at the White House
- Scheduled themed days for the next week to focus on specific policy priorities, including “economic relief,” “Buy America,” “Equity,” “Climate,” “Health Care,” “Immigration” and “Restoring America’s Place in the World.”
- Prepared plans to overturn key Trump administration abortion policy restricting funding for overseas abortion providers
- Redesigned the White House website to be more inclusive, with language translations and additional accessibility options
- Ended the Trump administration’s Migrant Protection Protocols Policy, otherwise known as the Remain in Mexico policy
- Sent a comprehensive immigration bill to Congress to further undo the previous administration’s legacy
- Placed a moratorium on oil and gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge
- Added gender-neutral pronoun options to the online White House contact form
- Fired Trump-appointed labor board general Peter Robb
- Established interagency group on societal impact of carbon pollution
- Asked Environmental Protection Agency to immediately reconsider methane regulations
- Announced intention to revoke transgender military ban
- Designated Domestic Policy Council Susan Rice to spearhead “robust, interagency” effort towards “rooting out systemic racism” in federal agencies.
- Proposed new Covid-19 national strategy
- Encouraged Congress to grant special waiver for Defense Secretary nominee Lloyd J. Austin III
- Named acting Cabinet members until nominees slate can ben confirmed
- Withdrew previous administration’s order limiting diversity trainings
- Ordered federal agencies to develop plans to address “barriers to equal opportunity” in the next 200 days
- Suspended all gas development projects at national wildlife monuments
- Restructured immigration arrest priorities for ICE
- Re-examine federal funding to ensure equitable distribution in communities of color and low income areas.
- Directed agencies to “consider revising vehicle fuel economic and emissions standards”
- Froze all last-minute regulatory actions taken by the previous administration
And within 1 week had done these things:
Coronavirus PandemicA series of measures will be enacted to tackle the pandemic which has claimed more than 400,000 lives in the US. There will be a mandate to wear masks and practice social distancing on all federal government property - a noticeable change from Trump’s more relaxed approach.Biden also plans to create the position of COVID-19 Response Coordinator, who will report directly to the President and to launch a '100 Days Masking Challenge' asking Americans to mask up for 100 days and leading by example in the federal government.Biden will also ensure that the US rejoins the World Health Organisation, and will be sending Dr. Anthony Fauci as the head of delegation to its executive board meeting - a move that will halt the process begun by the Trump administration to withdraw from the WHO.This content is imported from Twitter. You may be able to find the same content in another format, or you may be able to find more information, at their web site.Racial equalityBiden is set to launch a whole-government initiative to advance racial equity. The initiative is set to include 'Identifying Methods to Assess Equity' and 'Allocating Federal Resources to Advance Fairness and Opportunity'. The move towards this form of better racial equality was central to Biden's first Racial Equality Address - initially announced on January 21 and took place after Senators were sworn in for Trump's impeachment. In a White House memorandum issued on Tuesday January 26, titled 'Condemning and Combating Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance Against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States', the new administration discussed the numerous failings of the previous government in stamping out this issue.Alongside the statement, the new US president made a public pledge to crack down on xenophobia against Asian-Americans in the wake of an increase in violence and harassment during the pandemic, which some argue has been fuelled by Donald Trump’s frequent references to the 'China virus'.This content is imported from Instagram. You may be able to find the same content in another format, or you may be able to find more information, at their web site. The memorandum reads, in part,: 'The Federal Government must recognise that it has played a role in furthering these xenophobic sentiments through the actions of political leaders, including references to the COVID-19 pandemic by the geographic location of its origin.'The newly sworn in President echoed this sentiment throughout his accompanying speech and described the discrimination as 'un-American'.The new order also calls for 'cultural competency' and sensitivity toward Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders as part of its Covid response efforts. The memorandum also urges the US Department of Justice to partner with those communities to prevent hate crimes and harassment against them.ImmigrationBiden has also begun to put into motion the reversal of the unconstitutional Muslim ban and a Trump’s order that empowered harsh and extreme immigration enforcement - including the infamous building of the Mexico-US border.Alongside this he has ordered that all appointees in the executive branch sign an ethics pledge, to avoid any further instances of internal corruption. Yes, it would see that this is a direct dig at the Trump tax returns fiasco.Environment and Climate ChangeBiden has signed an executive order beginning the process of rejoining the 2015 Paris climate agreement, from which Mr Trump formally withdrew the US from last year.Additionally, Biden has revoked the Presidential permit granted to the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline, which environmentalists and Native American groups have fought for more than a decade.LGBTQ+ RightsBiden has repealed a divisive law, passed under the Trump administration, which brings an end to Trump's ban on transgender Americans joining the military. The ban was announced by the former president during his first year in office. In a statement released by the The White House on January 20 titled 'Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation', the explanation of the repeal reads:Transgender service members will no longer be subject to the possibility of discharge or separation on the basis of gender identity, President Biden believes that gender identity should not be a bar to military service, and that America's strength is found in its diversity. The new US president then took to his official Twitter page to confirm that he had overturned the legislation, four years after Trump issued the ban and announced the news on Twitter. This content is imported from Twitter. You may be able to find the same content in another format, or you may be able to find more information, at their web site. This decision will signal change for the LGBTQ+ community which has been at the centre of some of Trump's most stringent policies. The news comes days after Biden said he would nominate Pennsylvania’s top health official, Rachel Levine, to be his assistant secretary of health - a move that would make Levine the first openly transgender federal official to be confirmed by the US Senate.'Dr. Rachel Levine will bring the steady leadership and essential expertise we need to get people through this pandemic — no matter their zip code, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability — and meet the public health needs of our country in this critical moment and beyond,' Biden said in a statement about the doctor's nomination.

I confess to not watching it in depth but I can tell where he's going with the video and know his type. Anarchy doesn't work in any way other than 'rule by thuggery'. All other variants of anarchy are theoretical, idealistic fluff. Only brutal, gangster anarchy has any pragmatic validity to it and it's not a good societal outcome to aim for.

Why do people think because you worked hard to give to your children when you die your kids should suffer and give up almost half of what their parents worked for.
Because said inheritance is due to a snowball effect that came from earned profits via the enslaved work of blacks for that ancestor and said lack of inheritance for the blacks is inversely due to their ancestors being slaves. It's not as simple as inherited money necessarily being worked for.

Psychology is the most complex science in terms of the nuances and how to apply it. Everything that is involved with 'soft sciences' like psychology, game theory and other things like CGI in movies is in fact more, not less, demanding on the brain than high level physics, chem etc. The reason behind this is that it demands extreme combination of all elements within the mind as well as multiple types of thinking.
A psychologist doesn't simply go 'poof I know', they use reasoning and facts that are concrete and then use them in ways that are creative and intuitive. The fact there is no guarantee when one uses their algorithms that indeed are scientific in how they're reached, is because beyond the concrete algorithms which help estimation, comes experience and wisdom in the field that leads to higher accuracy and precision.
You can say 'humbug, it's not real science' but entire wars, criminal syndicates and many more such things have been either won or prevented by effective masters/gurus of these fields.
While master and guru are typically 'masculine' they are in fact gender-neutral if you properly understand the terms. So, I am including female experts.

DETECTING MOTIVE IS FUNCTIONALLY INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM WITCHCRAFT.
Not really, all professional detectives (profilers being the absolute specialist detectives in that field) and judges do it and measure it into how they proceed. Not to mention psychiatrists, therapists etc.

Capitalism is a rule of nature; Socialism is an attempt to hyperevolve past our base nature, to stop us wanting to get more than others at all times, in any way accumulating more with our accumulated assets (since we are talking pre-money).
What you can do with money and interest rates already existed before, but it was literal human soldiers and workers that became the assets that were used to garner more, rather than 'cash', literal assets were used to make more. Land, water, food, shelter and women were the origins of patriarchal capitalism and it's something that ran deep in the veins of any and all dominant/domineering empires and regimes throughout history. It is an overassumption that we can undo that by saying 'okay, now everyone share'. The solution was never going to be that simple, we have to fuse selfish hardwiring in our DNA and neurology with net-beneficial 'selfless' dedication to the 'whole' community and/or society. The more mechanisms, both economically and sociologically, that there are to fuse selfish motive with benefitting the larger group, the better an overall society becomes over time.
Social Democracy is the optimal political system, you cannot change human nature just like that.

Ragnar and David/Virtuoso have this 'thing', I don't even know what it's like a brotherly bond. So nothing can pragmatically be done about it. Ragnar will remain and he has this obsession with letting David sit there ruling. David only recruits 'yes men' of varying sorts, which is exactly why and how Supadudz lost his status as a 'moderator' of any kind once Virtuoso took over from Bsh1.
In fact, this is also why Virtuoso alienated and refused to reassure Castin once he 'took the reigns', resulting in her quitting in exasperation. It is easy to say she quit because of other reasons but the reality is that Bsh1 recruited her because she was very popular in the Religion Forums and he predicted she'd maintain peace there and elsewhere on the website. He was correct about the well-liked part but the issue was that Castin had a very Libertarian way of going about moderating that began to confuse everything, so Bsh1 decided to randomly dump one of Wylted's temp-bans onto her, for no real reason. Then, following that she became phobic of the drama and Virtuoso/David simply posted as if she didn't exist when she expressed all these concerns publicly in an outcry before quitting the website (she uses it on and off now but much more rarely).
The entire Moderation team is designed about an extremely simple concept; you do what Virtuoso tells you to do when he tells you to do it. If not, then do what Ragnar tells you to do. Even the 'island' MisterChris is careful about stepping on their toes but he does it out of practicality, not sycophancy. At least that is my take.
Others will tell you differently, some think the problem is with the CoC itself... Guess who designs MEEPs and cleverly spaces them out so they change very little very often? Not Ragnar, no. David. Everything wrong with this website's moderation lies in a culture of 'yes sir' that has been cultivated by David and his means of recruiting and discussing moderation in a very conniving matter behind the scenes. He literally lied about what I did in order to justify a ban, then got Ragnar to push the bullshit forward. Ragnar isn't the type to leave his Chief Moderator in the dirt, so of course he took all the flack and I am not denying that Ragnar is fake or whatever else but this entire website is constructed in a pyramid scheme where everyone answers to David/Virtuoso. I used to like the guy, let's just say some leopards do change their spots... Not always for the better.
Created:

David/Virtuoso I got nothing nice to say about anymore. Those that know already know and those that don't needn't pay attention to the absentee (silently string-pulling) chief moderator.
Ragnar is a decent guy, in terms of his moral compass, with poor decision making skills. That is how I see him, you can call it 'bias' if you like; I prefer the term 'rational observation'.
Bsh1 went too far with something that wasn't at all funny. He had good intentions but even worse decision making skills than Ragnar.
Of these three, Ragnar is the best option to lead the website, not that Bsh1 is even a viable option since he left the site.
As for the subset moderators... I respect MisterChris because he stays as some kind of island, impervious to corruption and bias. That doesn't mean he's great at moderating, but it definitely is a good foundation on which to begin striving for greatness. Speedrace was alright and didn't make a move that I disagreed with in his rank and situation. I'm not a fan of Drafterman and the others aren't really worth mentioning, they do too little anymore.
Ramshutu was ironically an okay voting moderator in all honesty. He was a very corrupt voter but his moderation of votes was pretty spot-on.

I see it as this way, give a human either a big corporation (Amazon, Microsoft) to run or an entire government.
The government has many safeguards and limitations to how much even the president (in president-led nations) or prime minister (in the other type) can truly corrupt it. What corporations and those who rank high in them can do is far more devastating. They can influence many nations, many media stations and get away with it too because they can say they acted in their company's interest whereas corrupt politicians can't feign having acted in the nation's best interest when caught.
In time you will see how the game is really played and that donors and money movers are more potent and able to get away with being it, than the politicians doing their dirty work.

Trump says terrible things but my beef with the man is 96% what he does. Within that 4%, him saying that would always be rude, because he is the piece of shit that officially propagated the conspiracy theory that Obama isn't really American, solely based on Barrack Hussein Obama being black and having an Islamic middle name.
Trump would and could never say that statement without absolutely meaning it offensively. Context is extremely important in weighing harshness of words.
