I just hope those poor illegal invaders can be placed in one of the 8 sanctuary cities.

I'm just glad the people of Florida are no longer living under the threat of those 50 people in San Antonio.
Trump only called Mexicans dangerous.
The 50 were from Venezuela.

More people know and have seen VanGogh’s work than care to follow Putins war.

color me skeptical re: that assertion

The Van Gogh Museum has passed the milestone of 2 million Instagram followers! ..

Is Van Gogh the greatest artist of all time?
Image result for Van Gogh followers
Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch painter, generally considered to be the greatest after Rembrandt van Rijn, and one of the greatest of the Post-Impressionists. He sold only one artwork during his life, but in the century after his death he became perhaps the most recognized painter of all time.

Vincent van Gogh lived more than 115 years ago, and yet his artwork is still altering the way mankind views beauty, persona, individuality, and style in art. His thousands of paintings and drawings have various characteristics that have been copied by thousands and duplicated by none. Van Gogh's unique life has inspired millions to become active in art. In fact, what many people today consider to be the archetypical "artist persona" is largely a result of his influence. Perhaps the most impressive aspect is that artists continue to mimic the style that Van Gogh created over one hundred years ago.

Do you want to be coloured stupid?

Roughly a quarter of the people of Massachusetts are Republicans, I just presume that ratio applies to the people who helped out, are you contending that none of the good people that stepped up to help these people were Republicans?

Sounds like you have a low opinion of Republicans.
They were just stating the facts. The entire country now has a low opinion of Republicans.

Very rare for me to read fiction. But I was bought the books as a present by the grandchildren for Christmas, ( I felt obligated to read them) but was quite surprised to find that there is quite a lot of British and other history woven through the books/ series of the G of T. The red wedding was inspired by the black wedding that happened in Scotland. War of the Roses is another.
 The tv series fell off for me after Season 4 and didn't compare to the books in any way. I have read that the two producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, aka Dumb & Dumber ran out of material? hard to believe considering the books runs into what seem like a billion of pages.

It didn't help that the author pissed off to write masses of other stuff before completing Song of Ice and Fire.... which still hasn't been completed. The dedicated ardent fans must feel cheated.
Won't bother with this new woke shite called House of The Dragon. FKN woke brigade just can't leave fk all alone, can they.

@Best.Korea
I refuse to bother much to explain why capitalism sucks. It is not my job to educate people. Even if I did try to educate them, they would just ignore my words. They have done so before. The fact that they think they are free in capitalism shows that they are either retarded either part of the rich class. Anyway, in about 10-20 years when capitalism completely fails and world is in even greater chaos than right now, most people will suddenly switch to being commies. However, it will already be too late at that point. I dont care much about humans being wiped out. Considering what they have done, they deserved it.
My objection is that humans will say they didnt know. They always use the "i didnt know" excuse when faced with guilt. In their last days they will pretend they didnt know, just like when smokers pretend they didnt know smoking causes cancer. They knew it. They ignored it. They deserved it.
For someone who lost all his debates, you will hardly be a good choice even for communism.

They could also sue Martha Vineyard residents for denying them  shelter as a sanctuary city. It's called false advertising.
Martha Vineyard did not advertise or lure the refugees. It was DeSantis who paid to have the 50 refugees flown to Martha Vineyards from Texas.

TRUMP OPENLY EMBRACES, AMPLIFIES QAnon CONSPIRACY THEORIES
The Republican conspiracy is Trump. They believe Trump can single-handedly destroy the institutions Americans rely on and even the Constitution.
What is even more sinister is Trump will not be around after the damage is done considering his advanced age.
What will be Trump’s legacy if Qanon is picked to finish it?
American democracy is under pressure and might break.
Civil war is imminent. The Republicans won the first civil war. But the northern states have turned democrat. Advantage goes to Democrats.

Car dealerships are not beneficial to the consumer
-->
@Lair77
-> @Shila
The fact there are so many dealerships and consumers rely on them should be proof they serve consumers well.
No, it's because there is no alternative.  There are laws that prevent companies from selling directly to consumer.

Because car dealerships lobbied.  They felt that it was unfair that manufacturers could offer a better price to the consumer than third-party dealerships.  Being able to get the same product for a lower price helps the consumer.  This law does not help the consumer.
So you are agreeing even the laws support dealerships. So what the dealerships are doing is lawful. Case closed!

Nice theatrics by a community that knew they were on camera and that there was no real chance these arrivals would be staying for very long.
The community at Martha made the refugees feel welcomed and unless they are relocated would be quite happy to live at Martha after they win their law suits and have the money they need.

Here, a little maths puzzle for you. The last book of the series of Ice and Fire was released 2012. The two granddaughters that brought me this book ( A Dance of Dragons) were aged 13 and 15. I also said that they had now grown up. How old are my two girls now, thicky?

Also, Democrat leadership is lying when they claim MAGA Republicans are a threat.

The DNC has pumped millions of dollars into primary elections to make sure MAGA Republicans are on the ballot. This is what the Democrats want. They want you to be able to vote for a "threat to democracy"
Democrats are rooting for MAGA Republicans to win in the primaries so they can beat the extremists in the general elections. It is a  strategy that worked before. But there is a danger this strategy could backfire.

I was referring to the subject discussed that made you say again (if it wasn’t as already obvious) not just the word itself (context dude 🤦🏾‍♂️) let me break it down for you, you said

Again, according to your religion and your holy book, heaven
Notice the first word of that quote? Good, now I’m asking you to refer me to where you mentioned imperfection and heaven in the same sentence previously, hence why you said “again” if I’m not mistaken.

SkepticalOne posted: Imperfection is the unavoidable crime of humanity and punishment is a given. This is thought to be man's natural state sans Jesus per Christianity. Jesus wouldn't make someone perfect, only forgiven. So it stands to reason, your moral standard allows immoral people to be considered righteous. Ie. Wrong can be right.

Add in to that, we can never see who meets your standard while we are alive (or ever) - it's pretty useless as a standard.

Matthew 10:33  But everyone who denies me here on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven.

Well, that is Peter burning in hell then.
Matthew 10:33 is about Jesus Christ will acknowledge to His Father everyone who acknowledges to others that He is the Son of God.
Now Jesus adds that the opposite is also true. He will refuse to acknowledge to God anyone who denies Christ to other men.

Learn your bible, you clown.  “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures"  (Matt. 22:29)
That applies to you.   “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures"  (Matt. 22:29). You believe Peter is burning in hell. You said, “Well, that is Peter burning in hell then.”

Jesus Reinstates Peter

John 21: 15 When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?”

“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”

Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.”

16 Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”

He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”

Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”

17 The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”

Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.”

Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. 18 Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” 19 Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!”

DeSantis’ troll attempt fails miserably

How bad is California’s housing shortage? A 2015 study by the state’s Legislative Analyst found that the state has been building about 110,000 fewer units than the amount needed to keep up with demand. And California has been doing this for more than 30 years! That adds up to a shortage of around 3.5 million housing units and counting. And that translates to higher prices. A 2,400 square foot home in San Francisco will cost around $1.4 million if you’re lucky. The same house in Phoenix, a metro area about the same size, might go for around $400,000. And don’t get us started on the gas prices, the highest in the nation.

2022 Cost of Living Score: 3 out of 50 points (Top States Grade: F)

Consumer Price Index (May, West Region): UP 8.3%

Average Home Price (San Francisco): $1,396,782

Half Gallon of Milk: $2.55

Monthly Energy Bill: $266.44
California is a sanctuary state. The Refugees have high standards so these sanctuary states should be prepared before they accept them.

Sure, buddy
Just telling you the Google results.

Putting the term "RationalMoron" in quotations causes it to look for pages with that specific term, using site:debateart.com limits the results to urls that include 'debateart.com'.

Combining the two and it has Google look for any instances of the term "RationalMoron" on a website with 'debateart.com' in the url.

Always possibly that Google missed something, but it makes it easy to cut down on a long search if you know the term you are looking for. Even checked for "Rational Moron" and got nothing. So, maybe Google is missing it, maybe you are misremembering the term, or maybe something else entirely

He is talking about Red replacement theory. Lots of POC conservatives live in Red States. Most of them are against an open border. Especially when they have to pay for an open border.
JoJo , an “open border” by definition means people are not being processed by the relevant agencies. That  obviously is not what is happening  or they wouldn’t be getting transferred by authorities in Texas and Florida.
The cleared refugees were in Texas. What business did DeSantis Florida have to relocate them elsewhere?

Car dealerships are not beneficial to the consumer
-->
@Lair77
New cars should be direct-to-consumer.  And used cars, just use a private seller.

The two main flaws of dealerships:
  • Significantly higher markup compared to private sellers.  Expect to pay 30% more, which doesn't sound like a lot.  But essentially, if you spend $15k on a car at a dealership, you get a car you could've gotten for $5k at a dealership.
  • Dishonesty and ethical concerns.  Pedophiles, murderers and rapists are the only thing preventing car salesmen from being on the lowest-rung of the moral totem pole.
Also, the benefits of car dealerships aren't actually benefits:
  • "They provide customer service".  They waste hours of your time: chatting with you, making you wait in the waiting room while they talk to their manager, negotiating prices that they set artificially high, knowing they'll waste your time.  You're paying money to waste 3-5 hours of your time.  They don't help you get a product; they're just a barrier in the way of getting a product
  • "They can provide knowledge and help you compare cars".   You can find this information online, and get more detailed information (stats, features, reviews, etc).  And there's less potential conflict of interest when learning from an independent party compared to learning from people who are trying to sell you their product.
  • "They inspect their cars, unlike private sellers".  But there's a chance their inspection wasn't thorough enough.  You always assume that risk.  Either way, you get an independent mechanic to look at the car.   Them inspecting it doesn't change your decision whatsoever.
The fact there are so many dealerships and consumers rely on them should be proof they serve consumers well.
Private sales are a risk both to the seller and buyer. They are both open to scams, threats and violence.

I hate slavery so I am anti-white. Slave owners were white, so I must hate white people.
Slavery was practiced all around the world by various other races, not just White people. You have unfairly targeted Whites.
That makes whites as low as other races.
You originally said: "slave owners were white". You've now implicitly conceded that other races also enslaved: "as low as other races".
That was your  claim. See #143.
“Slavery was practiced all around the world by various other races, not just White people. You have unfairly targeted Whites. ”
Hence, you've demonstrated that you unfairly targeted Whites.
Whites even tried to colonize the world. But two world wars among white nations but an end to this ambition.
Also, White people were the first race to push for the end of slavery.
Whites ended slavery after sleeping with slaves became fashionable.
If you "hate slavery so I am anti-white", why would you hate Whites when they instigated the abolition of the thing you hate? Shouldn't you be pro-White because it's Whites attempting to end the thing you hate?
Whites ended slavery after sleeping with slaves became fashionable.
Slaves were exploited for several hundred years. Ending slavery by trafficking slaves as sex pawns is still slavery.

Your profile says you studied math and economics. None of the views you listed are covered by your education.
Formally studying some topics does not mean you cannot informally study other topics. Look at Bill Nye as an example. Bill Nye hosted a science education program, continued to work in various ways to educate the public in science, etc., but what he formally studied was engineering. Does this mean Bill Nye is uneducated in science? Not at all. He studied science beyond just his formal education in it because he was passionate, the same can be said of many people with many fields of interest. You do not need to have a formal education in something to be knowledgeable in it (hence why many academic journals do accept papers written by people without a formal education in the field, so long as the paper meets the standard for publication).
You listed your interest as: My interests include religion, philosophy, science, history, politics, and more.
So your interests are wider than his.
