A mass character claim is an odd idea, but I'm willing to try it.

I don't usually claim this early, but I have to with my role. I'm the Antidoter's role out of the Star Trek game modded by bsh1. I'm the miller.

Playing as mafia is easier. I'm still awful as town. My high levels of activity and occasional analysis is a poor disguise for my persistent failure to catch scum.

No. Modern-day progressives advocate for equality of outcomes rather than equality of opportunity.I guess I am asking, in opposition to what? Aren't today's progressives basically arguing for the same thing? I.e. a nation-state founded upon abstract principles of universalism.

@Bullish
That's true, but that was misleading information and was not related to any actual thematic split.
Created:
Posted in:

@Bullish
No, you weren't. I had no insider info. It was impossible for me to predict the theme because my role could be either scum or town, so my character was not indicative of the theme.

@drafterman
I was actually worried you would kill me for revenge. I couldn't guess who your partner was, so I ultimately had no choice but to join.
Created:
Posted in:

@drafterman
It wasn't a desire to join. It was to keep you from killing me, as well as a ploy to cause a change in behavior so I could find and lynch you. I had every intention of winning as town if at all possible.

I'd hoped that claiming Black Widow would have tipped you off.

So when did y'all first suspect I was the Judas, and when were you sure?
Created:

@Lunatic
That was exactly what I'd tried to make y'all do.

Drafter is definitely the game MVP. From the bus, to the final gambit that essentially forced me to play to my win con, he was brilliant.
Created:
Posted in:
It was badly balanced. I practically couldn't lose unless I played it idiotically. All I had to do was communicate my role to mafia to avoid an NK. Everyone else did the rest of my work for me.
Created:

@Lunatic
I didn't want to win as Judas. It was boring and felt slimy. I actually had to argue with myself to convert myself to play to my wincon in DP3.
Created:

@Speedrace
The reason I was able to toe the line so well was that I wasn't toeing the line. After my despairing comments about outing the siblings on page 6 of DP1, I resolved to win as town if at all possible. After that, I had managed to almost entirely divorce my mind from the reality that I was Judas.

@drafterman
I didn't take the bite because I wanted to win as town. I genuinely did play, act, and strive to win as town. However, when Bullish flipped town to my extreme surprise, I realized that probably wasn't going to happen.

@Lunatic
You'll wait on him regardless, because the DP doesn't end until everyone's voted. However, I'll gladly vote myself to prove that drafter is scum. VTL SirAnonymous

@Lunatic
I wanted to lynch scum rather than prove my claim. Lynching me wouldn't have provided much useful information.
Created:
Posted in:

@drafterman
I'm not the one lying here, although I don't care if I get lynched this DP. That will just confirm that I'm lynchproof, and we can lynch you next DP.
Created:

@Barney
That's the long and short of it. Now, which of us do you feel like lynching today?
Created:
Posted in:
-->
@Barney
I asked Speed about it. He told me that I would be informed of the RB anyway.
Created:
Posted in:
However, if we can't get a consensus on anyone else, I am willing to self vote.
Created:

@Lunatic
From an outside perspective, yes. However, I'm not on the outside. I know I'm town. I know I didn't get roleblocked, so I know drafter is lying.

@Lunatic
<br>If I'm being real honest my gut still is ringing that scum is you and DD, but I don't trust that fully, so I think VTNL is still the best option.
Then the logical thing to do is lynch me. If I'm scum, I'm caught. If I'm town, it's a vtnl.

I just don't see any way he can be telling the truth about roleblocking me. He has to be lying.
Created:

@Lunatic
Well, I'm still shell-shocked after Bullish flipped town, and I thought he was scum based on an apparent lie. I'm worried drafter could go the same way. Unlike Bullish, however, I don't see how there are any ways drafter could be telling the truth, so he pretty much has to be scum. Still, Bullish flipping town has severely shaken my confidence in my own logic.

@oromagi
Well, I could go along with a drafter lynch. He lied about RB'ing me.
Created:

@oromagi
You're welcome. Now, who do you want to lynch?
Created:
Posted in:

@oromagi
He claimed Hawkeye on page 2.
Created:

@Lunatic
Lynching me is looking more and more logical. I'm the only person besides Lunatic that town can lynch and be 100% certain that mafia won't win. If I'm town, it's a VTNL and we catch scum next round. If I'm scum, I get caught. As someone said, it's a win-win.
Created:
Posted in:

@oromagi
Yes, I'm town, so lynching me would be a VTNL. We could get more info next round. Also, the NK would eliminate a suspect, which is good because there's no one we can rule out besides Lunatic at this point.

@Discipulus_Didicit
Who do you want to lynch today? Right now, I'm thinking that it could be a good idea to lynch me. It would confirm me for the next DP (although I'd probably get NKed because of that), and it would function as a VTNL. Also, if you think I'm scum, it gets rid of me.
Created:
Posted in:
Ok. I'm finally back on, and the chaos I see is quite something. No, I did not receive a message telling me I was roleblocked. As Lunatic pointed out, that doesn't mean anything if I'm scum with DD. However, I don't have any problems with being lynched today. It would just be a VTNL, and I think that's the right play today.
Created:
Posted in:

@Lunatic
You don't count as town. I asked Speed. If there's the same number of mafia players as there are town players, then mafia wins. So if we mislynch today, it's 2v2v1 and mafia wins.
Created:
Posted in:
-->
@Discipulus_Didicit
Not if we lynch Lunatic. Then it's 3v2 next DP.
Created:
Posted in:
That was a short NP. Now it's MYLO. It's SoP to to vtnl here. I wondering if we could lynch Lunatic instead of vtnl'ing. It would have the same effect, since he isn't town.

@Lunatic
According to what Speed said, it wouldn't matter whether Singularity was NKed or bombed. The only possible conclusion is that Bullish is lying. He claims to have been RB'ed, but the fact that he didn't know it when he started posting and claimed he had guarded Supa is proof that he did not guard Supa and is therefore a confirmed liar.
Created:
Posted in:

@Lunatic
This is what Speed said about that.
If Singularity had been NKd, and a bodyguard targeted Supa, the bodyguard and Singularity would be the ones to die
Created:
Posted in:

@Lunatic
@Speedrace
It shouldn't make a difference, but I'll ask Speed.
@Speedrace
If Singularity had been NKd, and a bodyguard targeted Supa, the bodyguard and Singularity would be the ones to die
Would this still be true if Singularity had been killed by a suicide bomber rather than an NK?
Created:
Posted in:

@Lunatic
No. I said he killed two town: himself and GP. However, it makes absolutely no difference whether Supa/Singularity were NKed or suicide-bombed. The same logic still applies.

@Barney
How about lynching Bullish? We know for a fact that he lied.
