Lean Town
Lunatic: He started the mass claim, which was pro-town. He has played consistently pro-town the whole way, with plenty of analysis.
Speedrace: While his pro-town vibe is useless due to his incredible acting skills as mafia, his play has been pro-town. He seems to be genuinely scum-hunting, and he revealed that the roles are random, which was pro-town.
Null
Zaradi: Has been highly aggressive, although I'm told that's normal for him.
Lean Scum
ILikePie: He's been aggressive and opposed the mass claim. His role is somewhat suspicious, but the roles are random.

PressF: He is the spitting image of a jester trying to get lynched.

It's an open setup, I don't think third party can tell the truth. The role list and the google doc drafter posted seem to clearly define the roles that have 3rd party win conditions. I've been looking over the document.
Ok. In that case, the third-party could be a distraction for town, since we need to kill mafia to win and the third-party would look like mafia.

It depends how you use it. It could be used as a straight-up role-blocker. This would have some power as a weak cop. If there was no NK, then the person he blocked would be a good candidate for scum. It could also be used to create a paradox if he uses it on himself, in which case he roleblocks himself so he can't roleblock himself so he can roleblock himself so he can't roleblock himself...

Well pies asleep, so what do you guys think about the balance of claimed roles so far? What do you think about the bomb/hunter dynamic, two extra killing roles in a small game of 6?
There is no balance. It's as random as it comes. It does look pretty bad for my claim, though, especially because I claimed first. Think about it: I'm scum. I claim a role that can't really be verified. Then Pie comes along and tells the truth about being a hunter. If he was scum, then he wouldn't make up a claim that makes the game seem unbalanced, so suspicion is immediately on me (unless his claim is a WIFOM to incriminate me, but it would make him look scummy as well). Thus, it makes sense that I'm scum claiming a safe role. (Should I be saying this? I'm going to convince y'all to lynch me.)
My only real defense is that the roles are random. However, this is a really good defense, because if the roles aren't random, then Speed is lying. However, he would have no reason to do that unless he's scum taking a gamble, but that still gets me off the hook. Pretty much, either Speed's lying and he's mafia, or the roles are random and my role isn't suspicious.

The more I think about it, the more PressF's play resembles his gambit in the last mafia. Last time, his cop claim was deliberately over-the-top and inviting mafia to come kill him. He may as well have been saying, "I'm a PGO, I'm a PGO, you don't want to lynch me." This time, it looks like he's deliberately playing anti-town to say, "I'm scum, I'm scum, me, me, me!" It really reads like he's a jester. I could be wrong, but it looks really similar.

This is why I suspect PressF. Someone smart enough to pull off a gambit where he's a cop claiming to be a cop in order to look like a PGO shouldn't simultaneously be dumb enough to fail to understand a popcorn.

There's a major problem with popcorn. If the next person to go is offline, then we wait for them to go online. Meanwhile, scum can come up with an exotic claim. Can you disagree with this? Yes. Is it illogical? No.
That would be a painfully obvious attempt to avoid claiming that would result in a lynch of the offline player.

Because he's thinking about the reverse. You would post your results, then whoever you tracked would post what they did. If you lied, you're caught. The downside of that is that, whether you expose their lie by posting after them or they expose your lie by posting after you, it's your word against theirs.
