people owned guns since they were invented w/o licence, needs test or permit.  Until fairly modern time were restriction implemented.  At no time that I'm aware of, after the signing were guns rounded up from individuals, restrictions of sales and ownership.ever implemented to anything resembling to modern day.  Why is that do you suppose?  If the 2a is interpreted by anti 2a views why was there never a disarmament of non militia private citizens and or all the restrictions of ownership, manufacture and sales of?  Shouldn't have been too difficult if it was constitutional.

Pardon the interruption, but I just kill stuff (I'll take the teeth out, rattle them around in my hand like dice and put them back in the pouch) and, well, somethings are....shall we say.....not alive, or not exactly flesh and blood.  If you have any tools of MY trade that would be useful to me, we can probably come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

shop keepers might have stuff not "over the counter" or readily displayed for the general public ;)   If they are the only game around they may also be the black market.  One of the problems with unique weapons or ones with unique properties is that they may still belong to someone hehehe.

entitlement reform will never happen, more dependency = more/bigger government = shrinking middle class.  Imagine if there is little to no middle class, the elites will always be and always keep the poor dependent to protect their own positions.  Otherwise there would be reforms aka cuts, cell phones w/o data, no cable tv, limited food selections, work encouragement instead of punishment, more sliding scales and personal accountability.  You'd see more off of welfare, more self independence and a larger middle class, which isn't as easy to manipulate and control.  Self sufficiency is the bane to government, today's democrats/progressives specifically.

as far as the number of countries, only developed should really be counted or matter, with the obvious evidence that many can't control the borders and some are shit hole countries whom no one would really want to be a citizen of anyway, I think the comparison should only be of countries people would actually want to immigrate to, which leaves Canada with that policy.  Australia changed there's a while ago.  There's been a lot of interesting arguments from both sides.  This will w/o a doubt go the Supreme Court, should be interesting.

Seems I've read somewhere that android phones will soon have to be 'unlocked" meaning you can use the phone with which ever carrier you wish.  My guess is they will figure out a way to keep control over the device if it's on a payment plan, which makes sense.  Though once the phone is paid, it's yours and they shouldn't have any control over it any longer.

I've never really looked into bomb making, but pvc can't hold the pressure so it wouldn't do much but split open and burn, rather than explode.  Otherwise they'd be making gun cartridges out of plastics.  If you really intend to do maximum damage this doesn't seem the best material to use.  It would be a big fire cracker I think.
