How to end homelessness
There are about 100 million Bernie Sanders supporters and about 500,000 homeless people and about 153 million worldwide orphans.  Lets send all of these people to the homes of Bernie Sanders supporters, because they claim it's bad that there are orphans and homelessness and they want OTHER people to do something about it.

If they think this is too radical, then maybe we just shouldn't care what happens to the homeless?  They want the homeless and the orphans to get housed, lets put them in THEIR house.

Problem solved.

Just a rant
Conservatives tell Latin Americans: Your welcome here, but don't bring your 3rd world socialist values with you.

Taxes-1024x520.png (1024×520) (vividmaps.com) states that Latin America has lower taxes on their rich than America does generally.  Even Venezuela has lower taxes on the rich than America does.  If the Latin Americans didn't bring their "shithole values" with them, they would be advocating for higher taxes on the rich.  They also would be opposed to UHC, because most Latin American countries have UHC and America doesn't(Universal Healthcare by Country 20191229 - List of countries with universal health care - Wikipedia).

How can a region that has UHC have lower taxes than America?  Yeah, America spends a lot on the military, but only around 3.5% of the US's GDP goes to military.  If the US spent a comparable amount on the military to Latin American countries, our taxes on the 1% would be about the same.

I also don't understand how any poor person votes republican.  Yeah, they promise lower taxes (in reality, it's lower taxes for the wealthy), but lower taxes means less government services, and I'm sure the poor use government services more than what they pay in taxes (as do most people).  If you have 1 kid in school, you are using $12,000 of government services per year.  The average parent has about 2 kids in school, leading to them costing the government $24,000 a year, yet they pay less than this in taxes.

When people say, "We want lower taxes", they might as well say, "We want lower taxes for the top 1% and we will cut the education budget to pay for it".  If they said the ladder statement, I'd at least respect the right.  Instead, they gloss up their policies as, "Lower taxes".  The democrats are being idiots, because they never tell the GOP and their base, "Lower taxes means less government services that your base disproportionally relies on" and as a result, the democrats end up not dominating elections.

If everyone voted solely on their best interests, you would see democrats winning elections by margins of 99% to 1% (the bottom 99% vs the top 1%), because the typical person gets more from the government over the course of their lifetime than what they pay in taxes.  This applies to everyone but the top 1%.  Even if they are in the top 1%, if they aren't too religious or prochoice, they would be willing to pay higher taxes to keep abortion legal.

This means most conservative voters vote for reasons OTHER than their best interests.  They may be pro life, so they support the Unborn's life over their own, and as a result they are willing to sacrifice their own livelihood to save a stranger fetus.  I don't understand how they can care about stranger fetuses but not care about their own kids that they know by advocating for higher taxes on the rich to give their kids a better education and to give them free healthcare.  They may support the right to own an AK 47 (a right most of these conservatives don't use as there are only about 20 million assault weapons in the US (U.S. Has At Least 20 Million Assault Rifles. A Ban Wouldn’t Reduce That Number. (forbes.com)) and the people that own them tend to own multiple of them, leading to most people advocating for the right to own an AK 47 not owning one themselves).

Granted, I'm not saying liberals don't do similar stuff.  Most liberals who advocate the right to smoke weed don't smoke weed, and many that are pro choice will never get an abortion, but there are reasons that benefit themselves (more funding for healthcare to save them some money) and others for the typical person to vote democrat.  There are only reasons that benefit others as a reason to vote republican.

This brings me to the question: Should people vote on their own best interests, or the interests of others?  If the former applies, democrats win every election by about 99% to 1%, but I could argue voting on your best interests is selfish (granted, there are times where being selfish is morally justified).  If the ladder applies, then people care more about others than themselves (even if done irrationally by preferring to spare a stranger fetus over educating their own children and giving them free healthcare), but it also means democrats have to compete for votes, instead of painting the GOP as the party of the 1% (which the GOP kind of is and I would prefer it if they just admitted that they want to cut taxes for the 1% and cut spending on government programs because it's socialist).

I'm just rambling.  What are your thoughts on this?

@Dr.Franklin
They chose to get pregnant, but pro choicers think they should be allowed to choose to not be pregnant early.  Pro lifers don’t support this option.  Their claim is that a life dies, but it’s akin to letting someone on life support die.  If you think it’s wrong to let someone on life support die, then I’m presuming you support UHC.  I don’t support UHC, so if someone on life support dies, I feel good; it saves money.  I have to extend this capitalist logic to fetuses, who are as brain dead as people on life support.

Nobody is forcing anybody to get pregnant. That is completely their decision to face the consequences.
Pro life ideology consists of forcing already existing pregnant people to stay that way.

Child support is slavery.  Granted, there are times when slavery is the only moral option, but at least I have the guts to say that deadbeat dads should be enslaved and exploited by their kids and should be forced to produce money for the benefit of their offspring even if it costs the deadbeat dad their life to provide for their kids.

Can you ask this in different words, explain what you mean by follow, what/why these contradictions would matter?
If there is a contradiction, then God isn't all knowing.

If God isn't all knowing, then the church is wrong.

If The church is wrong here, their whole religion is flawed and there is no need to follow them I think.

Exodus 12:49, "The same law applies both to the native-born and to the foreigner residing among you.”
Exodus 22:21, "21 Do not mistreat or oppress a foreigner, for you were foreigners in Egypt."
Those simply mean humane and just treatment, doesn't make foreigners citizens.
Exodus 12:49 calls for treating foreigners EXACTLY THE SAME as native born people.  In other words, if the native born don't have to go through a huge immigration tax to be allowed to legally be here, neither does the immigrant.

(Luke 18:22), "When Jesus heard this, he said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
Jesus was speaking to an individual rich man, not saying he ought take other's stuff and redistribute it.
He was telling individual people to give all of their money away.  A Christain Theocracy forces people to live by the laws of the bible (this is why abortion is banned in the Vatican).  This means if the Bible says to give all of your money away, a Christian theocracy would force you to give all of your money to the poor.  Granted, I don't support this as I think it's socialist, but that's what the Bible advocates for.

Point I'm trying to make it the Bible can be referenced by many different ideals, even in opposite sides at times,
If the bible contains contradictions, what's the point of following the bible?

Samson is punished for marrying outside Israeli stock.
What bible verse says this?  And if that bible verse says that, how is it not a contradiction from Exodus 12:49?

Are we thriving? Has multiculturalism been an upside?
America has the highest GDP in the world, one of the highest GDP per capitas in the world, and more taxpayers makes American workers more competitive because we will have more people to negotiate better trade deals for the country if we have more people.  China has been killing us on trade because they have more workers.  The obvious solution to this is to bring in more workers (and put them in blue counties where they are wanted).

How about no, how about each country defines it's borders and people and keeps their culture. That doesn't mean Europeans have to hate each other. No, they can just all have self-determination
I'm not saying Europeans have to hate each other, but they are stronger together because the EU has more GDP and population than any country in the EU.

@Dr.Franklin
What? Slavery and abortion? I'm sorry but where is the connection?
Banning abortion = Forcing someone to be pregnant and to endure the work for it for the benefit of someone else.

Forcing someone to be pregnant and to endure the work for it for the benefit of someone else= Slavery

Also, being forced to pay child support is slavery.

Therefore, if Pro-lifers want to repeal Roe V Wade, they need to modify the 13th amendment to, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime or to benefit one's kids shall be allowed in the United States.".  The current 13th amendment, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime shall be allowed in the United States." allows for Roe V Wade(and being a deadbeat dad that refuses to pay child support).

Mars doesn't get as much solar radiation.
The Summary Page (indiana.edu) states that if a planet is like mars in every way except that it has an atmosphere as thick as Venus is, it's temperature is going to be hundreds of degrees celsius.

@Ramshutu
That increase of 120ppm, corresponds to a trillion tonnes of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which isn’t a 0.24% increase, but around a 30% increase.
It's trillions of tons of CO2 out of quadrillions of tons of breathable air.  Proportions matter more than raw numbers.

Percentage wise, it's about a 30% increase (it would be a 100% increase if the CO2 concentration went from 1 ppm to 2 ppm).  It's a .012% increase if you subtract the following equation:

.040% CO2-.028% CO2.

Carbon dioxide traps heat. Can’t you imagine that a trillion tonnes of extra carbon dioxide would trap a bit more heat in the atmosphere?
CO2 traps heat, but not enough heat for a small concentration to be responsible for temperature increases of 4 degrees Celsius.

Walk me through what factors you feel effect how substantial or weak a greenhouse effect is?
If a planet has a lot of atmosphere (irrespective of what gas is in the atmosphere, but just that there is a gas in the atmosphere), then that planet will on average trap more heat than a planet with no atmosphere.  This is why Venus is warmer than Mercury despite being father away from the sun, it has 20000x more CO2 in it's atmosphere than Earth does.  It's also why Mars, despite having an atmosphere 990000 ppm of CO2 is fairly cold when if it had Venus's atmosphere thickness, it would be 282 degrees Celsius (The Summary Page (indiana.edu)).  This site claims that it's atmosphere thickness that matters with temperature of a planet irrespective of the type of gas that's in the atmosphere.

Earth has a medium strength lamp, it has a fairly thick atmosphere inside, you increase the amount of co2 in the cabinet by 30%, it will heat up a little.
Earth's atmosphere is only about .4% CO2.  If the amount of CO2 doubled, our atmospheric pressure would go from 1013.2 mb mb to 1017.2 mb.  If the amount of CO2 increases by 30% (what has happened), then our atmospheric pressure goes from 1013.2 mb to 1014.2 mb.  If a 1 mb increase in pressure leads to a 2-degree Celsius increase in temperature, then 100 extra mb in pressure leads to a 200-degree Celsius increase in temperature.  Denver would be a frigid nightmare if this was the case; it's atmospheric pressure is 150 mb less than sea level (Does Denver Colorado have high air pressure? – SidmartinBio).

I don't understand how the scientific consensus is right on climate change based on the evidence they have presented.

If we accepted this interpretation, it would mean a libertarian state, utilizing the non aggression principle.
Well, that's why I want to modify the 13th amendment.

In addition, this modification also holds deadbeat dads accountable, whereas currently, there is no constitutional basis for forcing a deadbeat dad to pay child support as it goes against the 13th amendment.

Roe v Wade ties in the 14th amendment, not the 13th.

The 14th features the right to privacy, and Roe v Wade uses that with certain time stipulations.

What does abortion have to do with privacy?  I don't really understand how abortion is related to privacy anymore than a murder is related to privacy.

But - before we change the subject - it shouldn’t be, right. You just said that plants would be increasing their absorbtion by growing larger - co2 is rising and they’re clearly not - so what you said is incorrect.
Good point.  CO2 is rising, but not by a large enough amount.

At 415ppm cyanide - we’d all be dead.  The concentration is not relevant - it’s the impact of that concentration, and the total volume it represents that is important.
This is true, but I fail to see how an increase in CO2 concentration of .012% can lead to a 2 degree Celsius rise in temperature.  If you multiply both sides by 20, you would be arguing that a mere .24% increase in CO2 concentration would lead to a 40 degree Celsius increase in temperature.  There are probably cities with a concentration of CO2 exceeding .6% that aren't on fire due to the hot temperature.

If CO2 concentration caused a planet to be warm, then Mars would be a very hot planet because the atmosphere there is 990000 ppm of CO2.

Is Roe V Wade constitutional?
Roe V Wade seems to be in line with the13th amendment

13th amendment: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime shall be allowed in the United States.

If conservatives want to repeal Roe V Wade, that's fine, but I hope they have the mental IQ points above room temperature to realize that it would require the modification or repealing of the 13th amendment.

The 13th amendment can be modified to:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime or to benefit one's kids shall be allowed in the United States.

If this was what the 13th amendment was modified to, then it could be used for all the following policies:

1) To ban abortion when a fetus becomes a human being.
2) To force deadbeat dads to pay child support (because forcing someone to pay child support against their will is slavery).

Israel makes war with many groups and keeps a homogenous community.
The bible doesn't support this.  The bible doesn't care if your homogeneous or not, as long as you don't treat someone different for being a foreigner.  This is akin to open borders.  One of the areas where I give the bible credit.  America isn't homogeneous and since we are assimilated, we thrive.  People assimilate with time to America and if they don't, there are translator devices for that.

This is also why I support the EU becoming one country.  They can use translator devices to communicate (or they can use English).

I'm not telling other people to rent out houses though.  Most people that want more clean energy tell other people to buy solar panels and wind turbines but refuse to buy them personally.

Renting houses is something I want to do personally.  I don't believe in telling others to do it.  I just don't care whether others rent out houses or not.

If that were true - then CO2 wouldn’t be going up - but it is. Hence what you said can’t be true.

CO2 is going up slightly, but if there are only 120 ppm in the atmosphere more (.012% extra), I fail to see how this would single handedly lead to temperature rises of 2 degrees Celsius.  This would be like saying if 1.2% extra of the atmosphere was CO2 (100x the increase than in our planet), then this is somehow supposed to lead to temperatures increasing 200 degrees Celsius.  I'm not saying the scientific consensus is wrong, I just don't know why they would be right with such a small CO2 increase nominally and I don't think it's wise to believe something just because smarter people believe in something.  Otherwise, we would let the smartest 1000 people in the world be the sole dictators of the world.

If that was the case, then conservatives would be pro open borders(Exodus 12:49, Exodus 22:21) and socialism(Luke 18:22).

If there are any bible verses contradicting this, then the bible contains contradictions and can't be trusted.

If there are no bible verses contradicting this, then this is the word of God that a consistent and pricnipled theocrat ought to agree with.

We also r putting more co2 than we've had for millions of years, there's twice as much as we've had for u hundreds of thousands. And we know it has a greenhouse effect, so do the math
I addressed that in the document.  We have about 120 ppm more CO2 in the atmosphere than before the industrial revolution.  This is about .012% more CO2 (120/1000000).  If this increase is supposed to cause a 2 degree C increase in temperature, then if the atmosphere was 4 extra percent CO2 (40000 per million extra), the atmosphere would be about 60 degrees Celsius hotter from an atmosphere having only slightly more CO2 in it in terms of points.  I don't think this would be accurate.  I addressed this in the document.

If you are talking about throwing a few solar panels up on your roof to reduce your energy bill, that actually is very common even among climate deniers because (and you can fact check me on this too) people like paying less in utility bills.
I'm referring to small solar panel collections for middle class people and large solar farms for people that can afford them.  Solar panels do save money on energy bills, but they only save about $100/month ($1200 a year) from energy costs and they cost about $20000 to install.  This yields a 6% annual profit ($1200/20k).  I can make about double that from stock and about 4x that from renting out houses, so I prefer those investments.

Natural sources adding and removing carbon have generally been in reasonable equilibrium - until humans started dumping vast quantities of co2 from long term stores into the air.
The equilibrium would balance.  If there is more CO2 in the air, then plants can get bigger and absorb more CO2, leading to more CO2 being produced, but also more CO2 being consumed.

Sorry I can't respond to everything you said, but I have a lot of comments to get to.

However, I do not claim to run a carbon-free life, it's not easy to get renewable energy for my mains electricity and such at an affordable price just yet in most countries.
You don't have to buy solar panels if you can't afford it; just buy your energy from someone that produces clean energy.

I also have personally given a small amount to a charity fighting deforestation and will give more when/if I'm well-off enough to with enough disposable income.
That's fine if you can't donate that much if your poor, but pretty much every democrat politician claims they care about the environment, is rich enough to buy solar panels, and hasn't bought solar panels.  I recommend you don't vote for democrat politicians if they aren't going to buy solar panels if they encourage others to get them.  You don't have to vote for republicans, but hold your politicians accountable for the stuff they promised to do.

To say that “we” would have been anti vax if Trump was for it goes to show how little you understand any of the BS you are talking about with regards to what others are thinking.
('I'm not taking it' - Harris says she won't take vaccine if 'Trump tells us we should' - YouTube)  shows Kamala Harris not wanting the vaccinee if Trump was the one giving it to her.  If Trump won the 2020 election (he didn't, but if he did), both parties would have very different opinions on the vacciene.

There is a big difference between recognizing what is best for society vs what is best for the individual. I vote for politicians who push policies that will benefit society, because then we all have to chip in. I’m not putting my money in the bucket for you to take advantage of it while I grow poorer.
Here you are claiming that solar panels will make you poor and that's not worth it even if you do your part to help the planet.  If you can't convince climate change believers to get solar panels, how are you going to convince people that don't believe in climate change to get them?

This is like someone claiming that we should go vegetarian to help the animals (while not going vegetarian themselves).

If you don't own solar panels or wind turbines, don't advocate for them as public policy.  If you don't own clean energy sources, then you don't think climate change is a big enough deal to make sacrifices on YOUR END.  (As an example) At least most of the people wanting to reduce abortions don't get them.  Most of the people that want to reduce CO2 emissions pollute about as much as everyone else.

Again, people who think similarly are going to agree on most issues, so this is much more easily explained as having two different mind types that are predominant in society rather than the world being populated by a mass of mindless bots awaiting instructions. Only a narcissist would look at the latter and think that makes more sense.
Most people (especially on DART) are mindless bots awaiting instructions from Biden, Trump, Sanders, or some figure on the left or right.  If Trump in early 2021 backed vaccines and even vaccine mandates, the right would be saying, "Get vaccinated; it's your patriotic duty.  We should force you to get vaccinated you pussy." and the left would say, "My body my choice; this applies to abortions and vaccines".  When Trump was in office, even people on the left were saying they wouldn't take the vaccine ('I'm not taking it' - Harris says she won't take vaccine if 'Trump tells us we should' - YouTube) and their only reason is that they don't like Trump (and the right was wanting the vaccine so life could resume as normal).  Similarly, many people on the right don't want to take the vaccine now that someone with a D next to their name is in power (and the democrats are pushing the vaccine because someone with a D next to their name is in power).  If you think your are thinking for yourself, I think it is merely an illusion.

I'm not a narcissist for thinking that.  I just realize that most people take their marching orders from left wing or right-wing YouTubers and websites.  Everyone should be a free thinking independent.

5) "Lets increase taxes on the rich. My concern with this idea: All the people I met that advocate this idea have no idea how they would do it.  How much are you going to raise taxes on the rich and what would be the point of it?
6) "Lets cut taxes (in general)" My concern with this idea: All the people I met that advocate this idea have no idea how they would do it.  How much are you going to cut taxes and what government programs are you willing to cut to make it a reality?  Will we go deeper into debt.  If you or a parent is a federal employee, are you willing to but their salary to make your tax cuts a reality?
7) "Lets reform/fix up the foster system".  My concern with this idea: All the people I met that advocate this idea have no idea how they would do it.  How, specifically, are you willing to reform the foster system?
I will elaborate on these, however to make it worth my time suggest how you would do it first before calling me lazy.
1) Replace the following 2 classes:
       a) World language
       b) History(most of it)

with the following 2 classes:

       a) Computer languages
       b) Grit

We have google translate; we don't need to learn other languages anymore if there are other things we can be learning with our limited school day (like computer languages).  All the History Americans need to know can be taught in 1 year with the following units:

Unit 1: Revolutionary War (So America protects its sovereignty).  Here children learn the Bill of Rights and have to memorize ideally all of them for a quiz at the end of the unit.
Unit 2: Civil War (So America doesn't bring back race-based slavery).  Here children learn the 13th amendment, and get quizzed on amendments 11 to 20 to the constitution.
Unit 3: WWII (So America learns not to repeat Natzism).  Here children learn the remaining 7 amendments to the constitution and are expected to know the entire constitution.
Unit 4: Cold War (So America learns not to repeat communism).  In addition, children get quizzed on the entire constitution (all 27 amendments)

The rest of the time spent studying history can be spent on building grit in our kids.

2) How to end single motherhood: Implement a punishment for causing someone to be a single mother unless divorced (like sterilization).  Smash and dash should be illegal and punished by sterilization if single motherhood is to be eliminated (America has the highest rate of single motherhood in the world and this is why we have so many people in jail (U.S. has world's highest rate of children living in single-parent households | Pew Research Center)).

3) Open borders.

4) Remove all gun control that has not been shown to reduce the homicide rate (which includes an assault weapon ban and a background check)(Why I'm Pro AK 47 and anti background check - Google Sheets)

5 and 6) Replace the income tax with a 14% sales tax on necessities, a 17% capitol gains tax, and a 20% sales tax on luxuries.  Make tampons taxed as necessities and make condoms taxed as luxuries.

7) I have no idea how I would do this one, so I can't advocate for fixing the foster system as I don't know how I would do it and any changes made to the foster system might make things worse.  How you go about doing something matters more than the problem its self.

Lets say you wanted to end homelessness.  I can think of 2 ways to do that.  The first way I would support.  The 2nd I would oppose.

1st way: Putting all the homeless people in the homes of Bernie Sanders supporters.
2nd way: Murdering all the homeless people, thereby ending homelessness.

If we are to change the foster system, we need to make sure the way it gets changed is more like the first way and not like the 2nd way.

So you expect the average person to have a regulation or policy figured out to the letter in how they want it implemented?

Yes.  If people want to change ANYTHING about how society currently operates, they should be specific as to how they want it changed.

They will rationalize things and try to pretend to be men, but they love being dominated. It's a turn on, and if they try to dominate you, usually it is a test to see if you are man enough to knock them down a peg, if you do, they'll want you.
I don't think this is accurate.  If you grab random women's butts (I think it's gross because that's where the poop comes out of), they won't be turned on by it.  Your more likely to get slapped than to have a woman like you for it.

You're 19 years old. There is almost no excuse not to be walking around with a constant election.
Most 19 year olds I met don't have constant erections.

I do have low self esteem though.

China switched on its nuclear fusion device
This is what China is doing.  Meanwhile, the American military is posting woke ads and we have people in the country that don't believe Biden is the president.  The American dream is dead.

Let's think about this for a minute. Most first time offenders are those with drug charges. Now they go to prison and since they are only among the 18% they start making connections to the underworld and now have new things they can do such as stealing or fraud.

When the 18% gets out of prison, then they cannot get a job because of a felony, they have no skills because they were in prison instead of learning them. Now they are in a position where the most logical course of action is doing illegal things to make money.

Instead of looking at stats about what percentage of prisoners are for drug charges, it would be more accurate to look at how most people get their first charge whether it lands them in prison or not. Did most people get their first charge as murder and car theft or more likely was it petty stuff like drugs and shoplifting etc.?
Good points.

First for the advice. Start lifting, start being assertive and eat nutritious food. If you aren't craving sex your hormones are out of whack. Fix it with the above advice.
I lift.  I eat food more nutritious than the typical person.  I'm not that assertive I think though.

If I had advice to women, it would be to be choosy about men, not in the physical sense, but in the quality of their character and to totally and completely submit to them.
Don't you think it's a little biased to tell women to "totally and completely submit to" men?

For example Ending too many government subsidies that give women a safety net that allows them to remain children and screw around with no consequences as opposed to staying with their husband's.
If this happens, then it will lead to single mothers setting their kids up for adoption because they can't afford them and then the children (who at least had 1 biological parent taking care of them) now don't have any.  Single motherhood is better for a kid than being an orphan.

You would prevent over incarceration by reforming drug laws and having prisons become a rehabilitation system as well.
Only about 18% of prisoners are in jail for drug use.  If every single drug user was freed and rehabilitated, America will still have a lot of prisoners.

Society should also stop praising single mothers as heros. They should be ashamed to be single mothers for the most part. Choosing a partner that will leave them because they are turned on by "bad boys", engaging in premarital sex, these are not good things.
I think society sees single mothers as victims for the most part.  But people really shouldn't have premarital sex.

Men need to be more masculine as well. Masculine is attractive to women, and they are just less likely to fuck around on an alpha male. Not being a beta bitch boy will just save a lot of relationships.
Who tends to be more promiscuous, alphas or betas?  Because I would think alphas are the ones who are more promiscuous (think Donald Trump).  I'm a beta according to many people and I don't want to have sex.

I actually can't stand foster parents who bitch about too many requirements to be foster parents or to stay parents. It cannot be simultaneously true that they receive too many requirements and that too many are abusive.
I'm playing Devil's advocate: If there are more requirements to adopt, it will lead to less people adopting.  But if you advocate more requirements to be a foster parent, what particular additional requirement(s) would you add?  I think there are restrictions that ban child rapists from adopting for example, yet child rape still occurs.

I also watched a kid get raped in foster care, but other foster kids. He was 6. So good job government, taking an abused kid and apparently believing their wasn't enough abuse with their parents so putting them in a more abusive environment.
How do you plan on ending child rape within the foster care system?  It seems (at least to me) that everyone who wants to end child rape anywhere doesn't have a good plan for how to do it.  How would you like to end child rape and how do you know the plan hasn't been thought of before (if the plan was thought of before, it would have been widely adopted and the foster system would have no child rape).  Trying to end child rape is like trying to end murder, it would be nice if there was no child rape or murder, but I don't know how we are going to accomplish such a goal.
