You don't have the liberty to murder a human baby. The government should uphold moral values and principles that actually help the nation. Which includes banning abortion. There is no need to construct an imaginative civic idea of "gubberment should have no say" when in reality, the government will ALWAYS have a say and influence behavior, as it should really.
Unborn children are not babies or living and have no rights according to the Constitution.
The ideal society is one where the individuals freedoms is respect, and there is not restrictions in this freedom to do as the please within the limitations. Fetus are not apart of the American people and should not be regarded as such. 2. I do not consider this a W. I am pro life, however, our government should have no say in what a person can do with their bodies. It is simply not anyone's decision besides that person. To deny person that liberty violates the freedoms promised in our constitution. I would much rather have a government that let things happen that a government that is actively restricting peoples liberties

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for not responding timely. I have been swamped with school work this semester with some hard business classes that I've been taken, so I have taken a step back in direct moderation. I was confident enough to allow them to take place, but here will be my take on each warrant for the ban
Firstly, moderation is an enforcer for the Code of Conduct. Moderation is responsible for the enforcing of the code of conduct as a whole, not creating it. We can hold referendums (which one will be coming at the end of May) to change the Code of Conduct of the site, but we do not create the rules of the land. I think this is a common misconception of what we do
Now I will respond to the following reasons Wylted was ban. My original suggestion was 30 days, but after reading it over, I still, would have banned Wylted, but not for the period of time I originally suggested and instead ban him for 14 days looking back at it

In my calculations, I did not take into account of the second rule, which is the call out thread rule. I disagree with the rule in place and in my version of the revision to the CoC, we would be removing this clause from the CoC. My point still stands on this. Call out threads are not harmful in anyway
Second, with regards to doxxing, the CoC specifically states "If a user intentionally exposes or threatens to expose the sensitive information of another user"

Everybody on this board who cares about children should be defending them to ADOL and engaging his arguments. I would also request anyone who is good at doing so, to work on doxxing him. This includes mods as well. Feel free to email me any information you find to [censored]. I will get ahold of police departments in his area to make sure he is being watched and does not have contact with children.
Wylted intentionally threatens for people to find information about him. He encourages the behavior of doxxing by telling people to doxx. This is a threat and a call to action. While I understand the argument against, I believe a threat to expose is an encouragement for people to do such a thing. It would be targeted harassment with the intent to doxx that user, which I believe is a CoC violation
Third, I will look to the extravagant lies part of the ban, which I am seeing in a different lens and would like to take back what I said about the extravagent lies. Extravagent lies DOES exist in the CoC, but it does not relate to the issue of harassments but for the issue of impersonation of account. Looking to that, I would say that is the incorrect way of phrasing the ban and looking at the COC, while it can be done as an harrassment, I would not consider this the case due to ADOL self inflicted wounds in the scenario, all attacks were fair game, and personally, I did not see any CoC violations.

Because that is not how the world works. We do not care if someone does or doesn't mind it. If someone does something negative to someone but that person does not care, that does not mean that person is not punished. A crime is still a crime, even if that person did not mind the crime happening to them, which is how people enforce. We do not care if the other cop was fine with speeding, we are not enforcing behavior based on that cop.

With regards to the post above, there are some things I agree with and some of it to which I disagree with.
I agree that the extravagant lies is a vague term in which can have many interpretations. I was on the fence with regards to this as quoted because Wylted brought out countless evidence to support the claim, so it can not be regarded as extravagant when evidence and why is pointed out. This evidence provided was majorly weak, and because of the interpretation given, I was swayed to not disagree with this statement, however, it is something I am borderline about
I think call out threads are fine and in my newest MEEP I have, a proposal is the remove the rule of call out threads because I believe it is a stupid rule
I would tend to disagree with you on the doxxing issue. I usually am someone that is extremely lenient to some of the reports and other things and suggest the lowest punishment all the time. The only thing I take serious is doxxing. A threat to doxx someone is a serious situation in which I don't want to happen. To have a 4chan website where people doxx each other all the time is NOT the environment I want on this site. While I understand Wylted did not doxx, he specifically had a call to action which encouraged the act of doxxing ADOL and threatened to do such a thing IF someone where to go through. This suggestion is a THREAT to doxx and the call to action supports it being a threat to doxx
- Furthermore, a threat to doxx in my eyes is a major violation of the CoC and deserves a 30 day ban. That was my original suggestion
- Continuing on, a goal as a moderator is to work with other moderators for a smooth moderation ability. We negotiated on the 60 days due to various prespectives brought in

There is a difference between a dox and freedom of speech. The constitution allows you to speak freely unless you spark unneeded fear or such. You would still be arrested for screaming "he's got a gun" in a movie theatre when he didn't have a gun.
It doesn't matter if the user was OK with it. If an user was OK with being doxx, that doesn't take away from the action

I am going to be very honest with you here because what you are saying about my, IDGAF attitude as mafia is far from the truth as a whole. It was only in recent games where I have made mistakes and YOLO'd lynch because I thought I had outs in a game to win with my plan and didn't think things over

I also do not like his boxing claim at all. All of these techniques shown are a combined attack and defense type martial arts, but boxing is more reliant on the attack, which is why MMA fighters literally are terrible boxers. Sambo does the same thing too.

This is a bit of a dark horse choice. It wouldn't be the first time that we've had a team who started out relatively inactive and largely just let the main conflicts between town members play out. The more I'm watching you participate, the less I'm buying this as a viable team, but I'm still considering it.

I am leaning more toward WF being scum but I have to reread. I've used Justice before and that's the name given. I think either RM or WF are scum and right now I'm leaning toward WF. If WF were to claim striking and attacking, I would say it is more believable, but you do not box in MMA, so I find it hard to believe Lunatic would call striking someone as boxing
