I have given my reads on the situation and showed my opinions. I don't sit on my ass all day and scroll thru things

So my thoughts are as such

1. Pie is either scum or dumb town. At this point I can't tell. His pressure on Wylted seems realy stupid and looks like he is forcing a lynch on someone, which is something he does when scum, so I have an FoS

2. GreyParrot's char claim is sus to me, not the role, but the claim itself. Then again, I could be overreading the luck out of this

3. Disc's behavior reads more town. I think his reactions to the DP have been what Disc tends to do overall from my experience with him

Gp seems to be flip flopping a lot in what he says fmpov

I don't buy the pm psych overall, I think it's a stupid game to play because this whole thing was kinda messy from the start when we got our roles with dp's not starting til the confirmation thing. I find it hard to reach such.

I find your statement fairly one sided. Of course people want power. It's a virtue for anyone to want any form of power if offered it. Hell, you even ran for president as well because it would give you more power. Everyone has a desire for power, but only a few are worthy of power. It's also not about who has power, but what they'll do with it. Airmax has proven he can handle the power given to him and hence won the election.

This is a question that I would love to discuss more about because I have seen keen observation with regards to how COVID has effected the COVID teens, teens which grew up in the COVID era where isolation ran ramped.

This year was the first year that schools fully reopened to the public. And as a result, we tend to see negative behavior. Personally, I saw from my senior friends that people were getting into fights everyday, people were doing lines of crack in the bathroom, and other things that I would NEVER see in my school before COVID hit. At first, I thought it was because of other controversies going on within the school, but as I talked to more people, the more I noticed a frequent pattern

First off, my aunts work for the CPS and have been exposed to the madness that is that union, and they have never seen such behaviors such as this. From an active shooter on campus, multiple classroom disruptions, and a snarky and rude attitude. This is a repeating pattern when I talk to teachers who teach these grades.

Finally, the saddest of all, is the school shooting threats. There have been massive school shooting threats around the country like we've never seen. My old high school had 4 in a week, something unheard of. 

With isolation and lockdown, you are bound to get in arguments with the people you live with. You will disagree with them, you agree with them, and the constant yelling occurs to the point of divorce. As a child, when you hear that, you want to drown it all away and take your anger out on something. The examples above are a prime way of how to destress, but another way is sadly...Alcohol

I'm not gonna sit here and lie, I started drinking during COVID too. I watched the TV shows I watched, tried to make as much conversations as I could, what else could I possibly do? When your parents argue and you run out of ideas, the idea of alcohol consumption is not as bad as once made it out to be. Now many people drink alcohol at parties, even Freshman, something I never in my wildest dreams would have thought to happen. People get bored, they try to new things, they like the things, and they continue

Ultimately this election came down to 2 things

1) Who had the better plan for the future

2) Who had the right character for the job

3RU7AL has a goal, but never pushed it as much as he should've and as a result, people saw Max's elaborate plan and voted for him, despite Max's 3 year hiatus from the site

3RU7AL has never been in any controversy character wise. Max did as well, but like raising a teen kid, he has some problem children that made the road a bit difficult, but managed it well

Both these candidates were quality as well

I think that was a key issue with some people. A lot of people just saw the prominent figure for Max (Mikal) dishing it out at RM and just thought, is this how the presidency is going to be? Chirping people and stuff. I still had my doubts as well with Airmax sincerity since he didn't even run, but so did 3RU7AL and Airmax actually put in effort to respond and make a plan. However during live mafia I was able to talk to him about his plan and stuff and as long as he can stay active and push the site, I didn't mind having him be the president. It's also a 1 year 1 term deal, so if it doesn't pan out, there's next year. 3RU7AL will most likely have my vote next year if he runs again

Also if Wylted and RM were running against each other, this election would be much more closer than it was

You had two sides of this election, the DARTers who weren't convinced that Max would be committed to the job, and then you had old DDO'ers voting Max because there's proof he can do the job. The swing vote came down to DARTers who solely looked on campaign promises. Ultimately, that swing vote caused the direction of the election to change, causing Airmax to win

Yeah that was a bad arc. Sad since it was like the climax of the show
