To a degree yes. If a team were to majorly rebrand itself despite having a classic logo, it would be heinous and ruin their brand. However I rarely see classic NBA teams do as such. Sure the Magic have done that, but when we think of the original NBA teams that are iconic, I don't think Magic come to mind. 

You also have to look at the commonality of such events. The Magic case is their alternate jerseys they won't typically wear. If they were to rebrand their main jersey, then there would be issues

I like the designs of the jerseys. Needless to say I care more about the performance than the jerseys

This was the correct verdict. As much as the left will complain, whine, and cry for mommy, Rittenhouse did not do anything wrong in the scenario he was put in.

1. YouTubers themselves already have the ability to filter out comments that they deem inappropriate. With this new feature, they can now hide behind a wall when they fail to take accountability for the actions they committed. Example, if someone is accused of sexual harassment and such and they make a video denying these allegations, they can hide behind the like counter and disable the dislikes to not show the whole opinion. It's restricting public opinion on a certain matter to benefit the creator itself. 

2. YouTube themselves has used this feature on their videos to censor dislikes. They censored the dislikes on their video discussing the feature to make it seem like this is a positive change as well.

What Grey is saying is a stretch, but the impact it could have can spill over to what he is referring to. This is a poor move on YouTube

I didn't follow much this election but the fact that Virginia flipped red is sorta crazy. Hopefully some policy will get done. I remember vividly when Bruce Rauner won the governmental race in Illinois and then his tenure leading to him becoming a puppy dog for Dems and the as a result, getting blown out in 2018. Still, it does show a lot about the outcomes of the next election, as in 2016, Trump won.

I would agree with your statement on this issue. You have great points about what you're saying in general, but I also do think you weigh the impact on your school return rate for a certain degree. You can still get jobs that returns a positive, but also note to scale up in the world of whatever you'd like, it's important to look at the university.

I've talked to many employers and such, and if you're university is ranked in the Top 10 for your major, employers immediately perk up if your resume is decent. If you are done with school after college, grades aren't as important. Doesn't mean you should slack off, but they don't carry the weight they had in high school.  However, if you plan on going to graduate school for law, then you most likely need to have better grades.

We are not banning him for his opinions and such. The rhetoric in what he said is not only excessive, it is illegal in which what he said and uses a derogatory term. This rhetoric is not rhetoric on a debating site used to debate, but to stir attention and cause commotion versus being intellectual

Ultimately, his rhetoric violated the SPES and COC. He warned various times for his rhetoric as well, yet failed to comply and as a result. Received a ban. Also note this isn't a permanent ban, but a temporary ban

We aren't banning people for their views, but the language they use. If that is the case, Wylted could've been banned awhile ago for his controversial views

Chris was very busy with school and such. We had these bans in place for a while, but never could act until we had full perception of what he wanted. Yes the timing of it is ironically bad, but the bans were in due time adding up. Ethang's was discussed for weeks, BrotherD's for weeks, and Wylted was constantly pushing the border and his excessive vulgarity ultimately pulled trigger.

I personally was against the Mesmer ban, but I was personally was out voted on the issue by both Whiteflame and MisterChris
