Had a friend who is religious say that they didn't support abortion in class because it was against their religion. Student got suspended for saying that. There's policies I'd like to change about RO's. I believe moderation should not excessively enforce RO's unless they directly violate the purpose. I also believe they should be less commonly given than they are. I believe thus are adequate reforms to the entire system of RO's. While ideally, I believe this website should remove the entirety of RO, there seems to be a demand for some users to obtain, and thus I will suggest reforms that can be made

EXCESSIVE REPETTITION OF WARNS DUE TO VIOLATIONS OF F WILL RESULT IN A 3 DAY BAN
G) If a person replies DIRECTLY to a restrained user in a different thread and there is enough evidence that said user was in malice, that user will be subjected to a 3-day ban
H) If a person replies DIRECTLY to a restrained user in a different thread and a situation has escalated due the post made being egregious enough to violate the basic terms of the CoC, that user is subjected to a 14-day ban

I do understand that there are major flaws of the philosophy, with regards to outsourcing. However, companies outsource and move to foreign lands due to the increase in government regulations. I guarantee you that more companies would stay in the USA if it weren't for these regulations. I just don't think Reaganism is going to drive this country in the right direction as radicalism on both parties is shifting (Trump being Auth Right and Bernie being Socialist Auth Left). I believe freedom is essential into democracy and the one thing preventing us from true freedom is government. Government holds more authority to oppress us than the corporation

Not a mod, but do talk with mods regularly. Same with the average user.
Moderators do their job by enforcing the CoC and they doing their fucking best job doing that. The active moderation on this site is beneficial. Anyone arguing against that is simply wrong
The people who criticize the mods are criticizing the CoC. I believe that this site is fairly moderated, and the bans that are in place are for people who repeatedly violate the CoC to a degree. The question is, do you believe the CoC is fair or is it not. My answer is that it's fair, but there are changes that should be implemented. I said many times (and have told mods before, so this isn't new info) that having restraining orders on this site is a losing battle and to ban someone over them does more harm than good. If there should be a RO in place, it should more relax than others. I've said it from the start, (especially when I got banned 7 days for putting my top 4 hottest girls in a thread created by someone having an RO, like seriously, this isn't direct contact with someone, it shouldn't have been a 7 day ban) that RO's hurt the site.
Ultimately, people respect the mods, but disagree with their level of moderation. While personally, I would be a much more relax mod if I were a forum mod, I understand the position they take and don't oppose to it.
