You are mostly correct but I prefer to be bussed than the other way around. The only time I can recall aggressively bussing somebody is when they were trying to bus me DP1 merely because I got some heat that is just a natural party of the early game. It was Romanii that did it. 

I am aware. I use it in sales. I also am aware of studies on police with this alpha behavior name command presence vs those without it. The ones with command presence are less likely to need to engage with force they are also less likely to be shot

If you are talking about whether something like a short sword can have a different range of quality (tiers) than okay that's common sense.
