Just started was just restricting calories before that. I am just looking to drop a bunch of weight and then I will likely adopt a more Mediterranean type diet. Something mostly plant based but with a tiny bit of meat. The goal right now is just to get to 145, see if I look good at 145 and if so then switch to something that is barely known like a calorie restricted optimal nutrition approach. It's just small improvements here and there. Before adopting the CRON diet completely, I'll have to do some soul searching to figure out if I value good lools or longevity more. If it is longevity than I will definifely adopt CRON and adjust my workouts, if it is appearance than I will likely move onto something resembling a bro diet.

Rape can be beneficial to the victim. For examplr they may learn from the experience.
