1. No. It's vague and pointless when we know Mods will simply classify behavior as they like anyway. The terms have never mattered. The same mods we have now were here and in agreement as Rag ran the board as a personal fiefdom.

Now, we don't know if Trump would have also effectively distributed the vaccines, but we do know he had a plan in place. We do know however that had he not gotten the vaccines out in time, distribution would have been impossible. Of the two challenges, getting the vaccine manufactured and past FDA red tape, AND distributing the vaccines, Trump's job was more difficult, and done without any Biden's plan in place, unlike Biden who was able to use Trump's already set up system of distribution.
Please don't tempt me to call you a stupid partisan. The date was set, but was past the election. Trump could have set the date before the election, but that would have been chaos, and the Democrats would have accuse him of staging a stunt for the election.
Every president leaves with things uncompleted, but Biden bares full responsibility for the idiocy of the evacuation under his watch. We know Trump would have performed better.

Later, Trump clarified his comments after a reporter asked Bryan whether disinfectants could actually be injected into COVID-19 patients.
"It wouldn’t be through injections, almost a cleaning and sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t work, but it certainly has a big effect if it’s on a stationary object."
