@oromagiI was mad that I did something that the mod thought is violating the rules. Looks there is no need to hide it anymore. I clarified that I was Mace Windu from dp1 and then I revealed info for town today that reveals my role. It is nothing either way.
You watched SCUM do the NK in NP1. That's always an impressive feat and game changer.

Intel claimed WATCHER in DP1, the same post that claimed Mace Windu. Notice that I have not pressured him to claim role at all because I already knew what he was.

I am outing my ROLE since with so few players there is little utility to reincarnating in future NPs.
What would Jesus do? Reincarnate.
I was hoping to get myself NK'd NP1 but that's hard to do with COPs and town JAILKEEPERs outing themselves.
I can't think of any reason why Speed Dudz and Mharman shouldn't claim.

I have a nephew who can talk about the Titanic for ten hours straight. We'd buy two tickets to that museum. In fact, Molly Brown's house, one famous survivor of the Titanic is a Titanic museum just a few blocks from my house. I've also been to a museum dedicated to the Titanic in Cobh, Ireland. There used to be a store in Cambridge, Mass. that sold authentic and replica White Star Line products (mostly dishes and other memorabilia). I don't know if its still there but I can't find it online.

seems non-sequitur to me
- One ancient book makes some popular assertions about the nature and purpose of one ancient culture's God.
- One story in that ancient book contains multiple assertions contrary to nature of the physical world.
- Therefore, no human conception of God can be said to proven.
Seems like too great a leap. I believe that George Washington was a real guy even though there's a lot of untruths about the guy told in a lot of literature. Why should Genesis be the benchmark for evidence? After all, the authors of Genesis never claimed that their story was true or that such stories should serve as proof positive. I'm not sure I see why unscientific assertions in one very pre-scientific book have any influence on our determination of whether powerful, sentient beings guide our destiny.
There are many good reasons to argue that the existence of magical Gods is unproven. I don't think finding fault with Genesis is one of them.

More people means things get produced faster because there are more people to do productive things in society.
Hasn't this been increasingly less true since the Industrial Revolution? The robots coming online today can replace most repetitive humans tasks for a tenth of the cost of human employment. We'll need far fewer people in the future to build the machines that replace most repetitive human tasks.
Furthermore, I'd argue that humans produce too many things already. The fastest growing industries in the world are waste management and storage for all the stuff we want but don't need. I'm not sure I'd call increased production a positive value when we so many already have more than they need.

Earlier, I referred to a game where I used all of the first letters of my PM in the style of iwwt, etc. I think it was after this game that drafter added the no encryption rule but I could be mistaken. I feel no hesitation towards to use that kind of claiming tactic when permitted and useful.

TUF's claim is at least watchable. His demeanor, while anti-town, is not necessarily indicative. His demands for ROLES is profoundly scummy and should be ignored by TOWN.
However, I am not adverse to more, even mass character claims, particularly since TUF seems to want to skip them.

I'll even go first since I'm like 75% sure mafia can figure out what I am anyway. This isnt a large game and mafia have some decent POE already with having the cop out and a vanilla to narrow down from. Why don't we just turn the POE in towns favor since croc fvcked us? I think the order should go me, you, speed, Danielle to cross off the vets with the best chance of coming up with something really good then we go down the list for the rest of the more noobier town, going supa and mharman and whoever else I'm missing.
... and now you are asking for a mass role claim without even bothering to start with character claims.
So, that's 4 good reasons to lynch you.

What is the exact purpose of you qouting Jules then? Just getting in spirit of the game? I mean you are literally telling me these are qoutes, which I might not have figured out, but you could be telling me this in case I did figure out that you were potentially bread crumbing, and you are trying to bite the argument in the butt.

Decrypting Intelligence's claim served no town purpose, and I'm not entirely sure he did it on purpose.
I put it in there because I was pleased with figuring it out and showing off. After a minute, I thought about somebody other than myself for a second and realized that there was no value to outing Intel and apologized. Now it seems like the cat's out the bag so might as well keep it up.

"What would jesus do" part seems pretty indicative of him setting up a claim for being Jules Winnifield from Pulp Fiction, who is a religious nut. This character not being in the game would be appaling, since "BAMF" literally is on his wallet in the iconic restaurant scene in the end. It's also drafter's profile picture.
My early claims need to be convincing so they try to be way more on the nose than WWJD=religious guy. But now that you bring up I should point out that I used two Jules quotes early on when we were breadcrumbing SLJ

Those were not BCs and I would not have used them to bc Jules since that would be way too obvious for my style of play. Because I put those obv quotes out there, the one character you can be confident I would not claim is that one.

It's a line that stands out because most people say "Bless you" instead of "God bless you", so the fact that he puts in the unccomon "God" before it, seems like he was qouting the movie to later use this as a fake claim.
