So you have no argument, no evidence, no explanation, no interpretation, no quotes, no mind and no brain. All you have is baseless claims.
I will now claim that Korea is not the best. I will give no evidence nor anything else. I will simply say, Korea is not the best. How do you feel about that?
Unless you give evidence for your claims, your claims are invalid, just like your name.
Rats and bats are also haram
Pigs are one of the dirtiest animals
They can give you a lot of diseases
Says in the Quran a pig is forbidden
If you have a problem with that, keep it to yourself.
First of all, eating pork is nothing to do with proving Islam to be the truth.
Secondly, a Pig is known to be one of the most dirtiest animals in the world. They thrive off mud. Trichinosis is also an effect of eating pork and humans are prone to this disease. There are many health issues with eating pork plus Allah gives a command to say to not eat pork. Many reasons.
Thirdly, Hindu's not eating cows is irrelevant. You said cows are not eaten in India, that is not the case. I think you meant Hindu's. Plus they worship the cows and consider them sacred, however we do not do the same with pigs.
QURAN ( 2:173)
Indeed prohibited for you are dead meat, blood and meat of the pig and anything else that has been slaughtered with a named other than that of Allah, but if someone is under duress without being rebellious then there is no sin on him and Allah Merciful and Forgiving.
Not saying that either. The difference between a religion and a follower of the religion, is the follower has a thing called free will. the non followers also have free will. so i am not talking about Muslims oppressing women but a more general 'people' oppressing women.
This is just a debate about whether or not Islam is the perpetrator of oppressing women. Islam is the ideology, the religion. Muslims and Islam are different
I defined both terrorism and self defence and they have no correlation. Terrorism is unlawful acts of violence to terrorise people. And self defence is in simple terms fighting back from an attack. Which means that self defence is not unlawful which means it is not terrorism. There are many cases of self defence such as ww1 ams ww2 but no one calls that terrorism. An innocent being is one that hasn't committed anything wrong. Wrong means against the law.
I am not changing any topic. I simply asked you to provide me with some quotes that tell Muslims to kill innocents, that tell Muslims to act unjustly etc. That was and is my challenge,
The actions of Khalid. What did Khalid do? Did he commit terrorism? Same with the Prophet. Give me evidence.
You have a complete misconception about women in Islam, I have a debate where the opponent forfeited look at that.
Gay people I have no problem with. Obviously my religion condemns them. Lets get you educated. If some Muslims are gay, then they are gay. But it is a test. Only if they act upon being gay is it then punishable. And even that, you need 4 witnesses to punish a gay person. 4! So if a gay person has sex with another person of the same gender where 4 witnesses can see, then only is it punishable. But if it is done in a bedroom and there was not any witnesses then it is none of my business, simple as that. Now hopefully that answers your question. Gay people in Islam can be gay but not act upon it. It is part of the greater Jihad. Every day struggles, such as praying 5 times a day, it is hard but you have to have a strong iman. Same with eating non-haram foods, not drinking alcohol etc. It is a test.
Feminism I have no hatred to. Islam does not teach that women are meant to be degraded and they are not important. There is an entire chapter in the Quran about a woman. A man is not allowed to hurt a woman, not even leave a mark and not hurt her. A woman is entitled to rights such as working, voting, inheritance rights, is exempt of all financial liabilities such as debt if the man can pay it etc etc. I have a debate on this as well, so feel free to check it out.
I am not saying you are a bad person. I am saying you need to open your eyes. You can hate Islam, Muslims and the Quran. But you need to think why. Are you claims justified? If you make a claim, you have to back it up with the sufficient evidence. If you cannot do that, then your claims are invalid. Simple rules and laws of a debate. If your claims are not justified, then ask yourself why are you still believing in them? This is following blind claims. Where they don't have a base and are just there in place to set an agenda and a bias. Let it go man. I am just guessing here that you are around 20. That means if you die old, hopefully you do, then you have another 60 years on this earth. Let go of the bias and learn. If you don't want to learn, let go of the silly claims
There are a lot of things to clear up. You are a grown up, I am assuming you are over 18, over 20 even. If you are that age, then surely you must have the knowledge. If not then alas, I am here to clear things up.
The Quran is not violent from the get go. It is not violent at all. However it is not a pacifist book. Violence is allowed under circumstances such as self defence, which is morally acceptable. I don't think you are an Islamophobe, you have the capability to debate and are very intelligent, however not on Islam. The sooner you learn, the sooner your attitude will change.
The Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) marriage to Aisha. Lets clear that up.
-He married her at 6 years old. Yet he waited until 9, for consummation. Why did he wait? If he was truly a a groomer, why did he wait 3 years?
- Girls got married very young 1400 years ago. If you are from the UK, you would know that 100 years ago, the legal age to marry was 12. Imagine 1400 years ago. When a girl turns 9 years old, she begins to hit puberty. This signifies being an adult, more mature.
-If we look at the lifetime of the Prophet, he never committed any sins. You may disagree, but the rest of the 'things' he did which people think are wrong, are not wrong, just need to be explained.
-1400 years ago, girls marrying at a young age was common. Many people did it. The Prophet married 13 women. Nearly all were widows whose husbands died in the wars and Allah commanded the Prophet to marry them because they were grieving etc.
These are all the things that happened in the Prophets lifetime
- The Quraysh were defaming him and distorting his message, they accused him of becoming a poet, a liar and insane
-A woman would throw garbage at him every single day yet he never retaliated.
-The Quraysh were ridiculing him and called him a madman whenever he was spotted to discourage him
-The Quraysh boycotted him and the Muslims. They would ban doing business with them, talking and giving food to them. Even his Uncle joined in
-He had the insides of a camel thrown at him
-Non Muslims would torture Summayah and eventually shoved a spear in her private parts and left her for dead
-Yasir was tied to two horses and had his body ripped apart
-The people at Tarif abused him and threw rocks at him, he had the option to destroy the city and refused
-Bilal was tortured, got whipped and had rocks on his body
Many other things happened and he forgave them. This narrative of your description of him is simply untrue.
First of all, the Quran doesn't get more violent as it goes on. Nor does it get more peaceful. It is not in chronological order.
Secondly, I answered every quote.
Now you don't have to believe Islam promotes terrorism
There you go! Have fun,
Unless you want to give me quotes that I did not answer?
It is not a biased answer, it is common sense. If the Quran states kill people in self defence, then it isn't terrorism right? Unless you want to tell me it doesn't say in self defence? But look, you are too biased to even debate. Let go of it and just think,
If you have read the Quran and Hadith, then give the quotes to your claims. If you cannot then your claims become invalid and respectfully go back to school. Its mad how I am the 16 year old and have more common sense!
Or are you too ignorant to actually say 'I am wrong'. All I am asking for is a verse which says kill people who are innocent. If they are guilty then they are right to be killed. I am going back to self defence. If you cannot provide it, then it isn't true. If you cannot give your evidence, then it isn't true. But you won't give evidence, and it is down to 1 of 2 things. The first thing is you don't want to admit you are wrong, so you will beat around the bush with extreme claims. The second thing is you are biased. If you are from the UK, you have been listening to too much tommy Robinson, ukip party and the EDL. If you are from the US then it goes without saying, I feel sorry for you for you have been brainwashed by the media.
Both you, RationalMadman and ISIS have at least 1 thing in common. You both believe that Islam is a terror and war like religion. You have it all in common. You both think it. However the other 1.8 billion don't. Let go of the bias please and enjoy life
A thing in which you and RationalMadman are not understanding is I am challenging you to give evidence of your claims. I will then respond to the 'evidence' and debunk it. If you cannot give any evidence then your claims are wrong and unsupported. Very simple. You and the other guy both believe that Islam is a religion that supports terrorism and I am here to tell you its not. And you are saying 'I am finding a way'. No, I am just giving the answer. Self defence is not terrorism, so that is not finding a way, that is me telling you what is going on. As you are both non-Muslims and I am a Muslim, surely you would know who has more knowledge. I am not saying I have the most in the world, but more than you too.
You both still have not proved that Islam is a terrorist centric religion. I would like you to give quotes and I would like you to listen to my answer. Then, if you actually listen, let go of the bias and be sincere, all your quotes that you give will be answered and you would maybe and hopefully change your mind. But if you are stuck on a mindset of 'Islam is a terrorist religion' and not listening to why it isn't, how can i prove it and make you change your mind? The answer is there, but some do not like to listen. 'It is not the eyes that are blind, it's the heart'
The problem is, every single quote that you showed me does not promote violence to innocents. I debunked every single quote. So the challenge still stands
Those who don't want to listen are the ignorant ones. I challenge you to give me 1 quote from the Quran that promotes violence/terrorism to innocent people
Muslims go to war for Allah, the only way war is permissable is if it is in self defence, hence the enemy attacking first.
There is nowhere in the Quran that says slay in the name of Allah unto innocents. This is because Islam does not teach to kill innocent people, I have said this in many of my arguments. Any verse that you supposedly cherry pick from the Quran about war, killing, fighting is most definitely not going to be about promoting terrorism, killing innocents nor oppressing innocents. If you can't see this then your a lost hope. Islam is the most converted to religion each year, it will be the most popular in 50 years. People are beginning to accept the message. But this narrative of Islam promoting violence when there is an option of peace is just not right and biased. Give me any quote in the Quran that is unjust and unfair and I will debunk it for you, I am that confident
You can know as much people as you want. I know ISIS, not personally, but from a public background. I can say they are not following Islam. What a lot of the non Muslims say is like your argument. Why are Muslims torturing and killing ex Muslims. This is not taught in the Quran therefore it is a person's choice, not a religious thing. So to answer that ambiguous question, nothing to do with Islam, but only with peoples free will :)
The main thing to grasp is I am talking about the vast majority. I am saying men who only want to marry for sex, will use and abuse that woman. The woman will have many kids, as men's desires will always get in the way, this is a fact. Men need to control their desires as they are taught in Islam, however the western world has capitalised on them and corrupted their mindset. If everyone works, who is going to look after the children. Plus if the mother has about 8 children, 2 from each father, the kid will have 4 different fathers which makes no sense whatsoever. There are so much reasons to why a woman is not allowed to have 4 husbands. Even though not all women and not all men is a thing, most men and most women is also a thing. It is ok to generalize if we are talking about the vast majority, but I am going to say there are some exceptions, the minority of women so to say.
I think I have given satisfactory answers to your question in my opinion
I am not saying women are incapable of working. I am just saying it is too much stress for a woman who is born to be more emotional and less physical to provide for 4 men who all have different wants and needs and her children too. And the firepower of the men must be taken into consideration. Men can be much abusive to women in these sort of scenarios
Muslims are not some sort of animals you know. 1.8 billion of us on earth that is a quarter of humanity. You think Muslims will send you death threats over opinions that you may have? There are people burning the Quran, one person in Norway is a repeat offender, and you know what happened to him? Nothing, but for every Quran he burns, £50,000 is donated to build a new mosque in Norway. This is not violent.
Also, even if you do see lots of Muslims killing people for their opinions today, doesn't mean it is right. There is a difference between Islam and Muslims. Muslims have free will, Islam is a religion that won't change. People will.
It is a woman's free will to work if she wants, yes of course they are happier to be at home and look after the kids. However the thing about the GDP, you said without women the economy would be lower. Of course it would however without men it would be even more lower. Both genders are not equal in the economy by the way, men are more dominant in this saga but women are striving to be a more dominant than she is right now.
You need to understand, it does not matter what time or era it is, women will always be naturally weaker than men. Whether this be emotionally or physically, they are designed to be more emotional and less biologically stronger. Sure a woman can work, Islam gives the right for a woman to do that, but for a woman who is already naturally weaker, to look after and feed and provide the money for and shelter 4 men and her children is too much of a ask. Not all women are the same, some can be stronger yet the vast majority are born with a more emotional side. Plus you have to account the firepower of the men, as they are naturally more stronger, they can be abusive to the 1 female. There are a range of factors.
Also about the safety net and divorce thing, in Islam we have a thing called a dowry. A woman can demand anything, it could be £100,000 or a new car or a new house etc, and if the man is financially capable to give her these things, then she is given a right to keep everything she demands and not pay a single penny of the divorce if she gets it. So she has left the marriage with something.
Allah commanded him to marry all of his wives except Khadijah because they were all grieving as they lost their husbands. The Prophet (PBUH) provided for every single one of those wives and protected them until his death. It is not ok for a woman to have more than one husband. Not only because we won't know who the father is, but because that 1 woman has to provide for all 4 of her husbands and children. If we look at a woman in society now, we see that yes they think they can cope, but no.1 it is not their role in society to be the breadwinners, they have a right to work but their main aim is to keep stability in a family and look after children and no.2 they are mentally strained. 4 husbands need to be looked after, fed and kept in good condition. same with children. same with anyone else in the 1 woman's life. A man is told if you cannot handle 4 wives then only marry 1. So if he has a mental strain then only marry 1
But surely if you read my responses to that debate about the quotes that you picked, you would be a bit more lenient. nearly all the quotes you gave are only for self defence and the holy war criteria and then you gave that bit about Khalid who did no such terrorist act after reverting to Muslim, even from that website you sent, then the assassins were not following Islam. So what do you still resent? Even Allah, He is God. Of course he should be feared. The reason being is if we commit sins, and remember Allah and his punishments in hell, then we can double look these sins and tell ourselves, is it really worth it? Then we do not commit those sins at all. Here is the great part which I forgot to add in the debate. If we want to do a sin and we actually double look ourselves and be sincere and do not commit that sin, it is a reward. This is how merciful God is. But you do you. Could I ask, do you follow a religion?
The Quran doesn't state more than 4. It says marry two, three or four and stops. It implies 4 is the limit, even if they are widows. A man can donate money to the widow if he really wants to be just
I thought your last argument would be a bit more heavy hitting in my opinion. I can still lose this debate, but you should have exited a bit more stronger but it is what it is.
But yes, please understand both mine and Pro's points, take it in and again,
Thanks and men can marry 4 wives if he wishes to but not more than 4. So 4 is the limit. The Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) was an exception because Allah had ordered him to marry 12/13 wives he did as almost all were widows who were suffering
But for it all to have a beginning, there must be something before this. As there is no such thing as nothing. If you imagine 0 cannot make 1. So this option of nothing making something is false. The universe needs to be made from something and this something needs to exist always and never have a beginning or end. Independent from all dependencies
That is just an opinion. There must be a reason why people may think Islam is sexist (in a bad way) if they are not within the religion. Maybe the scripture or maybe because they don't understand the true value of rights that Islam gives Muslim women
Isn't this double standards? Women are told what to do yes. But Men are told what to do as well. Men are told to 'lower their gaze', men are told to respect parents, men are told to do many things but why are you only referring to women and not men?
There are so much other examples, but it is just the people saying it, not the way it is written in the book. People's language changes all the time however the book stays the same. Many people don't use the word O anymore yet it is written in the Quran. This is an example of language changing. Even modern Arabic is different to the Arabic of those times. A specific thing that is special about the Quran is it has never been changed. So linguistics and wording will always be there, doesn't adapt to people's language
It is clearly double standards here. According to your logic, the word 'tired' doesn't necessarily meaning 'boring' but it can be used that way. No it can't, because the word tired has no correlation to boring but some people (in my country anyway) use tired as a word for boring. Your logic just depends on who uses this word. 500 years ago, the word cute will not mean sexually attractive, but now people have used it in this way
Your name has the opposite reflection of you. Women have brains and are smart enough to make their own decisions. Are you saying that women do not have the capability to find a difference between right and wrong because that is certainly what you are implying. According to your logic, women do not have the knowledge as much as men do which is extremely sexist
The word fight does not necessarily mean to kill. You have to look at it like this way. Jihad means to struggle or strive. There is lesser and greater Jihad. Lesser Jihad is struggling and striving as a community. This does not mean killing as a community. This means protecting your faith as a community by using self defence. Even when it says to 'kill all non-believers' it is simply not true. It just means those who violate the treaties, those who do not keep peace and aggregate violence, use violence against them, another thing in self defence
Good day, may Allah guide you
Yes but surely you know what exactly is wrong with Islam. Care to explain?
Please tell me what is so bad about Islam?
Opponent full forfeited, please vote for pro on this one
If you guys can, please vote for this one. In my opinion Con has not refuted most of it plus he forfeited in round 3
I mean every animal is haram if it is not cut in a halal way.
That is cutting the animal by its jugular vein to reduce as much pain as possible and make the death instant with no suffering
Plus the animal cannot be near the other animals
Halal killing in my opinion is the way
Rats and bats are also haram
Pigs are one of the dirtiest animals

Lol why would you get death threats? It is a debate. Also if it fills you with dread why do you accept?
You really like debating about Islam huh?
Because Allah commanded him to marry. Plus some of his wives reproduced
But yes, please understand both mine and Pro's points, take it in and again,
May the best man win
Thanks and men can marry 4 wives if he wishes to but not more than 4. So 4 is the limit. The Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) was an exception because Allah had ordered him to marry 12/13 wives he did as almost all were widows who were suffering
But for it all to have a beginning, there must be something before this. As there is no such thing as nothing. If you imagine 0 cannot make 1. So this option of nothing making something is false. The universe needs to be made from something and this something needs to exist always and never have a beginning or end. Independent from all dependencies
Yes I agree to an extent. I think that logic is needed however I did need to put references in.
That is just an opinion. There must be a reason why people may think Islam is sexist (in a bad way) if they are not within the religion. Maybe the scripture or maybe because they don't understand the true value of rights that Islam gives Muslim women

Just go to this website and then you can see. scroll down and read it all
Isn't this double standards?
