Ya, I vote in every election. Haven't missed a local or federal election since I have been able to vote.  I vote not because I think voting will change anything. But he didn't take the entrance Exam but rather transferred his junior year in collage. He did graduate so the claim of a 73 IQ is well, preposterous.
