In my 57 years on this planet I have yet to see, know or meet anyone who works for minimum wage or ever worked for minimum wage. My son in high school working part time at McDonalds started at $11.50 an hour.  Only a truly worthless freaking moron would agree to work for minimum wage.  Anyone who would agree to work for minimum wage would cost that  business more than they pay them in lost productivity, waste, breakage, mistakes, theft the list goes on and on.

The baker said he would make a cake just not one depicting a gay wedding, service was not refused. Its no different than asking a baker to make a cake shaped like a dick or some other depiction the baker finds inappropriate.. The photographer did not refuse service he declined because it involved a gay wedding, again same scenario. Both parties were sued using the judicial system to force them or pay heavy fines, which they did. Also they were publicly persecuted by the news media.. But what ever, you find no fault in forcing people using the gun barrel of govt (THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM)  to cow tow to what they believe patently immoral and perverted.

You know nothing about either case. They were not refusing service, they were refusing to be at a gay wedding and make gay marriage depictions.  

The constitution is only as valuable or worthless as the people who are tasked with its interpretation. People who believe that it stands in the way of or  limits what they think should be the law, rule on and interpret the constitution to fit their narrative. The constitution can say what ever you want it to if you are a political  activist sitting on the bench. Get enough political activists to sit on the bench and the constitution becomes worthless. The real danger is people don't realize that activism is a two way street.  You literally fuck yourself by approving of activists sitting on the bench, it will come back to bite you in the ass. Same goes for changing rules in congress to push your agenda, that to will come back to bite you in the ass. You want strict constitutionalists on the bench who don't give a shit about your feelings. The constitution says what it says. That's why you don't have to be a lawyer to sit on the supreme court you don't even have to have a formal education. That's how clear and understandable the constitution is. It is lawyers who go to extreme lengths  to make you think it  doesn't say what it says.
